Claimed a part was not covered, called the company now it was a lie, charged me over 160.00, the original problem was clear, making a bigger problem. Clear one drain, causing that drain water to backup in a different sink. Then the tech refused to return, as he knew there no more money from this senior. Got water all over the place, then toss my belonging that was under the sink in the trash never saying anything. I ask before he started did he need them moved. Had me sitting here from 3-8, 7:17 he text claiming that's a new problem, my: reply no, there was no problem before your fix. Then got pissed and stated he was coming. So this company failed, I just use my wet vac to clear the water, to stop the other room from flooding as it did before I realized what was happen. They sent a so called plumber to my house while I was away. The guy wasn't able to fix a leaky faucet on the bathroom sink, something that I've done several times by simply changing the cartridge. He also told my wife that the tile needed to be broken to fix a leaky faucet in the shower, which all you need to change that cartridge is to use an extended socket, not break the tile... She asked the shoe maker if he could come back when I got home because I told her it was an easy fix. He told her yes, that she just had to call and they would send someone to finish the job. When I got back from my business trip, my wife called the office to have a plumber return to finish the job. My wife requested a different plumber be sent, because if I'm not a plumber and that guy was unable to fix something that I've fixed several times, he's definitely incompetent. So she asked for another one of their plumbers to be sent. One that has previously done work at my house. The person on the phone who refused to give their name told my wife, "This isn't McDonald's. You don't get to have it your way". That comment along with several other sarcastic & unprofessional comments were all in text, because they refused to speak to my wife directly on the phone. After the person refused to identify themself after my wife asked them several times who she was speaking to, they told my wife their name was John. Which was most likely a lie. The person told my wife "not sure how having a name makes a difference in conversation"... I was shocked at not only by the incompetence of the technician that was sent to my house to do a simple repair, but by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the person representing the company that spoke to my wife on the phone. When I read the texts I said, what an asshole this person is. If I had anyone like that representing my company, I would immediately fire them! My wife asked several times to speak to the person directly on the phone, because there can be misinterpretation in text, and the person refused, even when my wife called, nobody would answer. This company has highly incompetent technicians working for them, and their staff is highly unprofessional. The trap under the kitchen sink was leaking on a Sunday. I initiated a claim through Choice Home Warranty and Flawless Sewer and Drain was assigned. They contacted me on Monday and advised that a Technician would come on Tuesday (today) between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Earlier this morning I was advised that the Technician would come between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. ANTHONY arrived at 12:10 pm and immediately determined what needed to be done and explained it all to me. He then proceeded to expertly complete the repair, which involved considerably more work than what I expected. ANTHONY was careful, neat, and obviously competent. Previous customers clearly documented their pattern of demanding cash payments without proper receipts and imposing excessive charges. They also reported substandard work and the company's refusal to accept accountability for their mistakes. My experience confirmed these warnings. Within hours of their pump installation, I discovered an obvious leak. When I contacted them about this defect, they dishonestly blamed it on an existing pipe that has never leaked during my years of homeownership. If you get this company as a service provider for one of your home warranties( ex, Choice home), please call the home warranty company to re-assign your claim to a different company. Flawless is full of flaws. They take cash only deductible. Then, provide a wrong diagnosis to the warranty company so that no work needs to be done. They pocket the deductible and diagnosis fee payment from the home warranty company(I think it is $100) The home warranty company ( in my case, Choice Home )is ok with the arrangement, as they closed the claim for less than $150. Choice home warranty contracted flawless for a sewer smell which needed to have main outflow snaked. Flawless tesponded in 48 hrs than better response down to 24 hrs. Was told between 11-3. Gentleman came . I showed him toilet which was making noice said I had to put in another claim with choice and wouldn't fix it. I showed him main outflow that needed to be snaked . Said he had to call choice to see if it's covered. This company is such a sham that it willing takes $75 in cash, no receipt given, knows already what's covered or not covered as its been long time affiliated with choice. They show up, collect the service fee and do not fix anything. Happened a couple of times with me. Not going back to them. On both the occasions they came through the home warranty company. In the first instance there was a leak in the powder room under the sink. They wouldn't fix it saying it's not covered under policy as the plumbing was not done correctly. In the last 6 years there was not a single leak, so when I questioned them they said it doesn't matter. I called up another plumber on my own subsequently, they came in, found the issue was an old pipe was leaking because of wear and tear (which should have been covered under the warranty). This plumber charged me but fixed the issue in 30 mins. I did not have the energy or time to go back and fight with the warranty company. Wrong diagnosis on the part of the flawless technician. On the second occasion (also through the warranty company) my shower started leaking due to a clear wear and tear issue in the existing pipe which comes from the wall. Anthony came to fix a leaky shower . He replaced the cartridge and solved the problem. Just as he finished up I asked him to tighten a cover plate a bit and through sheer bad luck one of the screws broke. He was very professional - poor fellow had to open up the faucet and had to drill the screw out. But he got the broken screw out and reassembled the shower faucet without any complaints. I had a sewer backup. The plumber from Flawless came and said he ran 110 feet of cable and wasn't able to clear the blockage and that the blockage must be farther down the line. Said I'd have to get a different plumber because the home warranty only covers 100 feet. The next plumber (who I paid out of pocket) was able to clear the blockage at ~90 feet. So the plumber from Flawless both wasn't able to fix the issue and didn't even realize he had already passed the blockage. After the Flawless plumber left, I saw he damaged the trim on the door. This was Friday so I called the plumbing company Monday morning and was berated by the owner and hung up on. If you get assigned this service, just tell the warranty company to send someone else. Based on my experience and other reviews there's a decent chance they'll end up costing you money. read more

Update to my review: We got it confirmed from another plumber and they confirmed that the person who used a saw to cut open the drain cover didnt know what they were doing and in the process of cutting through it, cut through the PVC pipe underneath (attached the pic with the cut in PVC). The drain cover (attached a pic) which this guy told he couldn't open the screws and needed to cut it to get the snake in, the other guy opened both screws in less than 5 sec. When I asked these people what about the 30 day workmanship guarantee, they had no answer except to say, your home warranty told us to ignore it, lol. The same home warranty told me to ask them to pay the damages. The point is, now that even when we proved to them that their plumber did the faulty business, they still didnt want to own upto their bad deeds. What does that indicate?? - They are con and they are used to doing it. Same thing what i told before, they just have the pattern to damage people's homes and then blame it to them. The only thing to do for me now is to go through legal route to atleast get the damages back. For a simple unclogging, they made the mess out of our bathroom and due to that we have a damaged ceiling drywall and a broken PVC pipe and haven't been able to use the bathroom for almost 6 weeks now. We called Mr Rooter plumbing and Joe checked and diagnosed that the supply to shower valve was leaking and fixed the issue in no time. Wish we could post a negative review and you can see based on the other reviews what kind of terrible company this is. They were hired by my Warranty Company to find and fix a leak that was causing water to come in under my kitchen floor. They spent less than 10 minutes running water in my sink and then decided that that it wasn't a plumbing issue and was either "a crack in the foundation" or "leaky back door". They decided to state that as a fact causing my Warrantly company to not allow any further inspection of the issue. It turns out that it was a leaky pipe (which was found in 5 minutes by the insurance adjustor). When I called them to try and get them back out to do the job or at the very least call the Warranty company to clear up the issue, the owner started screaming at me like a mad man saying "pipes that connect to appliances aren't a plumbers responsibility" (which I confirmed with the Warranty company that it is), they claimed I was trying to scam them out of money and admitted to dodging the calls from the Warranty company to follow up on the job. Avoid these people at all costs, they need to have their license revoked and are unprofessional scam artists. They literally wanted us to be left without coverage rather than admit they made a mistake.
