They never look up or even acknowledge you or smile. They work at a snails pace and go out of their way to make everything harder for everybody. It seems to be run by the most miserable humans ever. They are super inconsistent on what they will take as far as boxes for returns or not. It just depends on whether you get someone in a good mood or not which is almost never. Customer service is nonexistent and they will charge you for absolutely anything they can. Seems like management has no desire to make any changes to better their service.

At one point the driver entered a turn-only lane and then drove straight through the intersection towards oncoming traffic to cut me off. This was around 68th and Blondo where it turns into a RESIDENTIAL area and is also right by a school! Any items on that truck were definitely being thrown around with the way the driver was gunning the gas pedal at every opportunity. If their drivers are actively ignoring the laws of the road and putting other drivers in danger, I wouldn't trust them with my business.
