He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

You request a ride and then a driver accepts. I waited at most, 10 minutes, Once you are 'connected' with your driver, you can watch them via the app and see the location of them as they can see your location. Every driver has been respectful and kind so far. At the end of the ride you get a confirmation and you can rate the trip in a five star rating. The drivers get to rate you as well. Much cheaper and quicker than our current cab system. Tech rocks. No cash. The driver has less chance of being robbed and you don't need cash for a cab. In the call, and the follow up call I got, told me that her cab would be showing up shortly. Over a full hour later, heading toward 11PM, she's still standing in front of my house, waiting for her ride to show up. If an alternate ride shows up, I'll be setting her up with someone else. It's way past her children's bed time, and I'm really feeling sorry for her and her kids. This is way past ridiculous. This is Thursday, not the weekend. Then I might almost be understanding.
