This company is absolutely horrible, my mom used your movers to deliver a bed and other furniture and didn't even bring the bed frame upstairs to her home and not only that but they also delivered to the wrong home!! She had to move it herself and she's about to be 70 and had to do it on her own and movers should never do that to someone!! I will be putting this on FB as well and advising people to NOT EVER use ur company for ANY business!!! Client from Poland, ashamed she had to use this garbage of company. Paid 250 PLN for FedeEx Priority after asking and getting informed about regulations for packages in the recipient country, only to suddenly be informed by the recipient that she got a call about the package (that at this point was still stuck in Poland) that there's a need for custom papers of which there was no mention beforehand and that the package is already potentially declared as "to be discarded", which is a total crap bc the company is just a mass of greedy asses that wait to get their hands on the inside of the package. And still, after trying to clarify everything and a mail sent to TWO branches and a representative - with no response at all, the package was sent to the recipient.. only for the recipient to be informed they can't deliver the package if she can't pay +$300 for the package so the package itself will be discarded. When she asked if she could at least have the part of the package that is not as "valuable" in FedEx's eyes (the envelope with a letter and a few simple turtle stickers), they decided she'd have to pay to store the package. This makes no sense because if she gets the part she's asking for, where does the storage fee come from?! The whole FedEx company, their lack of replies to the emails and out-of-the-world unreasonable fees, and complete lack of logic, AND absolute lack of communication between branches, is bullshit and garbage! Yet another shitty company with no proper customer support that miraculously keeps working only because of the corruption and leeching on innocents. Scandalous! read more

Many times we run late at work and have samples that must be shipped overnight. Most cases, locations that advertise themselves as FedEx drop off points, do not reveal that they have cut offs of 4 pm or earlier so you drop off your package expecting it to go that day and it sit till tomorrow. This is an actual FedEx facility. Drop it off within their time frames up to around 6pm and it will go when you think it is going to do. Dropped off a package at 5:30 pm yesterday and it was in NY today in time for a conference call. this afternoon. read more

Spent $2000 on an item. It is very heavy and shipping was ~$240 for Fedex Freight. I was called by Fedex and delivery was schedule for today from 12-5. Just before the window, I checked the tracking number to see if there was more information regarding specific time. To my shock, delivery today had been canceled. I had no received a phone call. I called Fedex and was transferred to the local facility. They informed me that there was no liftgait truck available and I would have to reschedule for next week. I cannot take another day off and was put in touch with a second woman. She told me I could drive to their shipping facility today and pick it up. I was very angry but there was nothing I could do. I didn't want to take additional time off. I drove 45 minutes to their facility. After an hour of waiting, they told me that my shipment is lost. I then drove 45 minutes home with nothing to show for it. I suspect the first person telling me no liftgait truck was available today was attempting to buy time due to the lost shipment. I recommend finding alternative shipping vendors. read more

I have canceled plans multiple times to be available to accept a Saturday delivery only to receive a "DELIVERY EXCEPTION" notice and the driver never showed up. If you want reliable service DO NOT use Fedex or at the very least don't use Fedex located in Newton, NC. read more

HELD ALL THREE OF MY PACKAGES FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS. After calling and complaining, I confirmed my address, the costumer service lady honestly seemed angry that the driver hadn't even attempted to deliver or contact me in a month. when i finally get one of my packages it has been nearly destroyed from wear and tear. The cardboard box felt like tissue paper. The next package they deliver to the WRONG house. FINALLY after 2 months they send my third package BACK to the guy who shipped it, saying i hadn't contacted them. I HAD contacted them! Long story short, I'm going to have to pay to return the item because FedEX is the WORST company i have ever had the displeasure of knowing. read more

This was my first time using fedex freight vs ups. NEVER AGAIN!!! They lost 20 boxes on a pallet that was completely shrink wrapped- how do you do that?? They found the 20 boxes weeks later and three weeks after that contacted me to say they lost them again!!!! How do you do that???? UPS has screwed up, but they did find them and compensated me, not fedex. NOTHING for all this hassle- many shippers, use them instead! read more

Fed Ex Freight Priority showed up with a load for us that weighed 700 pounds. Our lifting capacity is 750 pounds so we asked the driver to use the lift gate that the truck was equipped with. He informed us it is an additional $100 charge to use the lift gate. We will be using a different freight company from now on. We have received hundreds of shipment over the years that the truck driver used the lift gate and we have never been charged for the use. This is a ridiculous fee and the worst customer service we have ever received from a freight company. read more

Delivery was scheduled for an item I desperately needed today. We had about 2-3 inches of snow fall last night, just enough to cover the grass. FedEx canceled the delivery. Are you kidding me!? We are in the mountains. A few inches of snow is routine in the winter. If there was a foot of snow on the road, I get it. But the roads are mostly clear except a few unpaved side roads. Local mail service and UPS delivered on time today but I guess it was a good excuse for FedEx to take the day off. Every single time I have an experience with FedEx it is negative. I guess that's why everyone uses UPS or some other delivery service. Thanks for nothing FedEx! I SUGGEST EVERYONE USE ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN FEDEX WHEN POSSIBLE. read more
