We ship using FedEx most expensive service about twice a month at most for a couple packages at this store. On Saturday, May 2nd 2026, my wife came in asking for 8x flat rate boxes but was told she's not allowed that many boxes and was given the most ridiculous reason along with an attitude - "...what if everyone asked for 8 boxes everyday how can we keep up with supplies..." Well first of all, it is NOT our problem if you don't stock sufficient supplies, that is YOUR job. If you cannot keep up with supplies what is the purpose of your store. Secondly, we paid for the service, which includes the box (IT IS NOT FREE). You should have been happy that we have more shipments than normal, giving your store more traffic. It is a good thing I was not present when you insulted my wife. We will NOT be coming back to this "low-rating" store and will also report this incident up. I have always patronized FedEx for my office needs. Just this last June they instituted a $2.50 "counter fee" for anything you need that you have to purchase at the counter. This fee is not disclosed at the time of purchase but you will see it on your receipt. For larger quantities this doesn't seem to be an issue but I would guess most of their sales are under $10 which garnishes them a pretty hefty increase (at our expense). read more

We asked to have a small bottle of medication sent overnight. The woman behind the counter immediately pulled out a large padded envelope and proceeded to complete the transaction stating it would cost over $82.00 and the package would arrive by 6:00 pm the next day. This was overkill in my opinion. She never offered a more cost effective solution such as a smaller package for less cost. I mentioned that the USPS would ship the package for around $32 and if it didn't arrive by 6:00 pm the next day your shipping fee would be refunded. She just ignored my comment. We've used the Burnsville Fed Ex location and the personnel there are much more informative and helpful. Lesson learned. read more

I have done few projects at this location and its always a hustle and pricey. Which was ok with me however last Friday 09/2 0/2024 I stopped by to place an order for printing a restaurant menu and a poster. The new manager was behind the counter. He yelled at a lady before me and I was very surprised at this. When it was my turn, he started lecturing me without even listening to what I needed. "I am short-staffed, this will cost you a lot, it will take a few days" I interrupted him and I said you don't even know what i want. He started talking again and again. I walked away from him. Young man slowly walk up to counter, ask him if I could get 5 books spiral bound, while I wait. After looking at then like he never saw paper before, asked me for my name, then phone. Asked why do you need my phone I am going to wait. Then said oh I can't do now, what if done one comes on and I have to help them. Looked at watch, yep 705pm on Friday, yep place is empty, and yep two people working. I took my paper and got the heck out! Avoid this place! read more

Speaking strictly about their printing here, I think they do a nice job. Every year I have to get about 75 booklets printed for one of my extra curricular activities. They usually do a proof and give me the cost before I even leave the store. I will say prices keep going up despite my keeping my document the same # of pages. I also like the ability to go in and print or copy something directly from a flash drive. Staff that I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the availability of office products and random options like greeting cards. Of course there is the Fed Ex services --I've not personally used them but it's nice to know they are there in a pinch. read more

Most of the people working at this location are super nice and so a great job, except there is one older owner, can't remember her name, who is just very rude. I feel like a child getting scolded by a teacher every time I go there and she helps me. She is like that to everyone. I always try to avoid her whenever possible. I was in there once and a man was trying to ship a package and she told him he needed to add tot he box because there was too much extra room. So the guy goes to his car and comes back with paper towels, according to her that wasn't enough. He went back to his car and brought in more paper towels but that still wasn't enough. The whole time she just stood there with an attitude. Then she finally goes and gets some packing paper they had and puts it in there. Why didn't she do that in the first place??? read more

Everytime I go into this location they make me feel sick. I want to drop off returns that are all boxed up with the shipping labels on them. First a box came with a whole in it, and I wanted to return the item and was told "I cant except this, there is a whole in the box" you will have to buy a new box. That's the way it arrived and that's the way it is going back. I am not buying a new box. 2 other times, there isn't enough filler in the box "I cannot except this" youll have to buy more filler... well that is how Fed-ex shipped it to me. Some staff always try to upsell and repack your pre-paid ready to ship boxes no matter how well packed (for a fee). You can barely get them to agree to take a package unless they repack it. Only use this place if you have no other easy alternative. They also tell you the package will not be covered for damages unless they pack it! I am 'forced' to use this location since I need an immediate scan for my customers and next nearest is across town. Some staff are better so it is not everyone there, but I cringe every time I go in wondering if I will be hassled or not. I have never been hassled at any other FedEx location in the twin cities! Time to start looking into using UPS instead. read more

I'd like to give them a complete zero rating if possible. I ordered some unbreakable, guaranteed for life, husky mud guards that go on a pickup truck. They are made out of a rubberized plastic. Also in the box was a small bag of bolts/screws. The company I ordered them from accidentally shipped me 3 sets instead of 2. So I arranged a return. Keep in mind that Fedex shipped this box directly from the online dealer. I knew I was going to return it so I never even opened the box. I taped the return label to the box and brought it to this Fedex location. The employee at the front desk looked at the box, lightly compressed it and said that the box needs more packing to make it through shipping and it would cost at least $3 to have them fill it. I explained the whole situation to them and stated that the box is in the exact same condition when I took the delivery. I showed her the picture of the product that was on the side of the box with the description so they could understand that everything in the box was unbreakable and "guaranteed for life". She took the box to her "supervisor?" and asked her opinion. I explained the situation to her & that it obviously made it to me in one piece so it shouldn't have any trouble making it back. The "supervisor" stated that it needs more packing because it will never make it without being broken. #1. I understand company policies and why they need to be in place however; #2 Since when does rational thought get thrown out the window to make life so much more difficult on the customer. I had to either pay $3+ or go back home and repack it. Very inconvenient and annoying. #3 If unbreakable items need extra packing to make it through Fedex....I don't think they are handling the packages with an ounce of care. I would recommend to never ship Fedex as they will break everything you send. These people are incompetent. Avoid them at all costs. read more
