The team is always so welcoming and bubbly - a few are extra fun cracking jokes and brightening days. I LOVE the self print stations here - it's so handy to email my documents and print them onsite. The print quality is amazing. I also love the cut station and lamination machine! When I order bigger projects like give signs or large quantities of postcards and other materials, the turnaround is always within 24 hours and great quality. Once when the cut on an order was off, they made it right and redid the project. Prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper/easier than buying a good printer, ink and paper myself. Home Depot has better trucks at better rates. 2. Moving can be stressful. Get their truck insurance for the peace of mind. Pros: 1. Easy to order online. 2. Plenty of moving tools and accessories for purchase at their office 3. The 15' rental truck comes with an extended gangplank for loading. 3. Gated parking for your personal vehicle with access codes to get in and out. 4. Afterhour customer support if you're trapped in their gated parking lot. Expect to wait 45 minutes or more. Cons: 1. This location closes early so don't take the employees word for it. Google said 5pm but the cashier guy told me it was actually 6pm. When I showed up at 6, the whole place was shut down. 2. Return the rental truck before the office closes or else you'll be using the self checkout process. The website was sluggish when I used it and can give the false impression that the check out process was completed. There's a $20 fee otherwise. 3. Another reason to return the truck before the office closes is the gates can malfunction and lock you in their premises.

Rep said we were out of luck and, with much attitude, asked if we were the kind of people who'd show up 3 hours late for a 2:00 haircut. Here's how it should have went: The clerk honors the pre-confirmation and gives a 6-day reservation a pick-up grace period like every other company does. Or ... the rep apologies for the confusion, explains the policy, and finds us another truck in the area. You left us without a truck for our move, coupled with an unforgivable bad attitude with everyone involved in your customer service. Never will I use or recommend UHaul. Inexcusable.

I purchased chairs from Amazon that arrived in two boxes. We opened one box, didn't love the chairs and decided to return. I initiated the Amazon return without issue and selected UPS drop off (I believe it was my only option). I lugged these two heavy boxes to UPS, got them up on the counter and then was told that the original shipping boxes were not compliant with UPS standards.. I still have no idea what they mean.. one of the boxes wasn't even opened; if it was shipped to me like that, there is no reason it can't go back the same way! They tried to get me to buy larger "unmarked" boxes to put the boxes into... super fishy. I lugged my boxes home, called Amazon and the rep said she had never heard or such an issue with UPS. She scheduled an at home UPS pick up and my boxes were picked up without any issue! That reinforced my uneasiness even more and that is why I wanted to post this review so no one else gets ropped into buying boxes for boxes.
