The photos looked very faded compared to the original or like they had a milky film over them. The only response I have received within a week from my call and email is a survey. I would not recommend Alpha Graphics for making copies of photos at all and definitely wouldn't leave the 100+ year old photos that are in the convex glass frames with them. This was my first and last time using them.

I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.
