Rudest service ever! I was in line and had no problem waiting in line. There was only one person ahead of me. The worker told me if I was just dropping off I can use the self service. He was a little rude about it so I got went to try to use the self service but it wouldn't print a receipt so I got back in line and he acted and he asked me if I need a receipt and acted like I was incapable of using the machine and was irritated so he came over and it wouldn't print for him either. He had such an attitude. Finally a lady came over and had to reset something on the printer for it to print a receipt, but his attitude was absolutely unnecessary. read more

I went in to get something printed off. It wouldn't print what I wanted at the size I wanted. The workers not only didn't help me they treated me poorly and turned off the printer and wouldn't refund my money or give me a receipt. Do not bring your business here. They will not even try and help their customers. Bad business. read more

Probably the rudest FedEx store in Cincinnati. Management should spend a day there. While waiting for my item to ship out I watched them talk badly about every customer that left. Not a friendly and helpful staff. Go out of your way to go to another store if possible. read more

Had the impression they don't want customer coming to the store to use their services. The people at the counter need to understand without customer they have no business. They are so friendly here and willing to help you with whatever you need! I have used their machine to copy photographs. A staff person patiently helped me through the whole process. I have also had packages diverted to this location for pick up when I could not be home. How convenient! Service is always friendly and speedy :o) read more

Went in to return some Spectrum equipment. Was treated very rudely. Very disappointed.

I came to their printing services with a huge rush order, and they dropped everything to make sure the project got done on time. Their staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Our company's proposal wouldn't have made it in on time if it hadn't been for their awesome service! read more

I was ignored, made to feel dumb and helped in no way what so ever. I spent over 20 minutes trying to print from my phone through email. It never worked, the self serve computer I attempted after ended up restarting itself.. I am not incompetent, I am a 30-year-old professional who was treated like I was a moron. The UPS store around the corner helped me print and send in less than 5 minutes. read more

First visit here. The staff is very friendly! What I am assuming is the manager met me at the front door to assist me with my shipping transaction. I say assume because he wasn't wearing anything to indicate he worked there but everyone seemed to know him (the rest of the staff was in uniform). I was shipping a ring and he independently decided to wrap it in bubble wrap before putting it in the already padded envelope which I thought was very nice. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and seemed to have their "regulars" one of which bought Starbucks for the staff. read more

Walked in to get 5 prints. A older man with grayish/black hair and glasses later found out his name is David. Was on the phone didn't even look my way and stayed on the phone finishing up a call which was fine. When he got off the phone, he asked what i needed, I told him I needed few prints on thicker printer paper, he cut me off several times and wouldn't even look at my USB to see what I wanted printed and told me to "no try again" I have no time today. I been to this location and have seen him treat other customers this way as well. I have gone there several time to print a few things and it usually takes them 10 minutes tops but apparently he didn't have time. I was the only one in the store. Very rude and condescending . I went to another fex ex up the street and the person was so nice and gladly printed off what i needed and it took him literally 5 min minutes. David needs to find a new job or get the stick out of his butt. read more

BEWARE FedEx! Definitely depends on the staff person you get per these reviews. I went in to discuss items to pack and ship and was given a pleasant response and reasonable estimate. When I dropped off the items it was obviously too much trouble for the other staff person. It took three visits and a week to get the items shipped and packed for 50% more than the estimate and the items arrived damaged. In a separate incident, FedEx said they delivered a package, I filed a claim and I never got a response. After three days of panicking the item mysteriously appeared at my door. Never a response to my claim. read more

I have been to many Different Fedex and ups shipping locations over my businesses existence. First, regardless of the location I learned how much better Fedex is than ups. But this Fedex location has such an incredible staff. They all are nice and very respectful. They care about your concerns and try to help you out. I just walked in with 4 large shipments 10 minutes before they closed and they cared and spent time with me even after hours to help me with my shipments. I recommend this location and fedex. I have read every review regarding this store, yes they are nice but there is a down side to this store. Recently I have been working on a court case for my father who was very ill at the time but since has passed. Remind you court cases come with a lot of paper since dealing with the goverment. So picture this in your mind. I go into the store with roughly 300 or more pages that need to be copied. I told the customer service lady "these are for a court case and none of them can be out of order" she replied "thats not a problem" but my gut said something else, but I just said ok. So I stayed in the store walked around as the copy's where being processed, I looked over and the paper jamed and I watched for a few. She loaded and unloaded papers, they where going everywhere. So needless to say I walked out with my papers and home I went. Well my fathers health down graded, so I flew out of town, never opened the box or anything. I came back and started to work on his court case again and needless to say "all the papers where out of order , there where duplicates then upside down at that". Now do you or I have time when dealing with someone on the death bed to figure out what is a duplicate in 300 or more pages? NO.. So lets go forward today is 8/28/17 (i have called to complain, canceled my account) I opened another box and guess what, there are papers missing, I guess those ones that are missing are in my other stack. Moral of story, they are good for just everyday copies but not important papers and a lot of them. Please save yourself the headache. read more
