Needed a desk chair. This was handy. Good selection of styles and prices. We picked one out, and they got a cart to help us carry it out. Price was reasonable for what it is. Terrible. Don't order anything online from them and have it shipped to the store. They can't figure out how to have something sent to them. Then when customer service answers it's someone who can't speak English. Or understand English. It's a mess. This isn't how one should do customer service. You'd think that the fourth time they tried to ship an item to you that they would expedite it, reduce the price or something. But nope. Not a thing. I did get a "Happy New Year" though. read more

Great customer service. I was in the store for 5 minutes and was asked by two different people if I needed help finding anything or if I had any questions. Prices seemed fair. I looked online before I went in for a new printer so I knew what I was looking for. If you have an old computer you're not using you can bring it here and they'll recycle it for you. read more

I kept going here to print proposals for future clients and I always dreaded going. Their printing staff is incredibly slow and clearly doesn't care if you get your order in a timely manner. I discovered a Fed Ex Office store that's nearby and I'll be going to them from now on. I'm relieved I can finally go to a printer where the staff is actually helpful. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to waste your time. read more

This location is horrible in customer service. I have been waiting over 40 minutes to have a business cards printed. There are two workers present. One is completely ignoring everyone, the other lacks effective communication skills and seems to be very new. Which is okay, considering it's the holidays and businesses need more employees. However, there are only 3 people waiting for service. I didn't receive any type of acknowledgement until 15 minutes of waiting... I just received help after 50 minutes of waiting. I did not receive ah type of an apology for the wait. The employee grabbed my phone out of my hands, and emailed my business card to the store. Which could have been instructed for me to do 30 minutes ago. I didn't really appreciate him grabbing the phone out of my hands either. Just poor service. Customer service is lacking here. I went in this morning to make some quick copies. There was a lady working in the document area who made eye contact but no welcome or hello. I selected to make two black and white copies of a document and followed the instructions and has my document placed flush with the guide ruler inside. My document copies were truncated. I told the lady working in the area (she was still seated behind a computer) and she said yes with Xerox machines they need extra spaces as they do truncate. I asked any way to see a preview of the copy before it is printed she said no. So I tried to guess what to have it at from my unusable copies and then was able to get useable copies. So glad I had only two to make and hadn't had more as couldn't trust I would get usable ones. With the way she replied I couldn't help wondering how many others wasted money on unusable copies. Strange that they couldn't take the time to have simple warning posted with the guides. If you need quick supplies this is a convenient location but keep expectations low. read more

Cat 5 cables available on line for $3.99 was $13.99 in store. When I ordered it online for same store same day pickup it switched to 2 day delivery after I placed the order. Most sundry items such as cables and cases are grossly overpriced in this store. Recommend Walmarts or Mennards if you do not want to overpay. read more

These guys are so-so. I ordered something from them over the web and got there, and they took 20 minutes to retrieve it once I got there. *smh* PS: Upon trying to return one defective item, I got zero support... SAD. read more

Printing services tried to charge me a bogus expedited fee to print a shipping label with UPS when their self serve printing machines were down because she had "too much work". Says that every other store is wrong and that she was right. The shipping and printing department has 3 1-Star ratings as of August 2018. read more

Purchased a UPS from them, turns out (according to Jordan, a rude techie with no customer service skills) that it's a discontinued model. Then why are they still trying to pawn it off on me??? The battery in it was dead before the first rain, when it was actually needed. And failed. Now they won't exchange it. I was told to call the manufacturer and see if they would do anything on something with a 3 year warranty and less than 2 months old. read more
