I come into this FedEx Kinkos fairly often for work, and every single visit is consistently excellent. The team here is always accommodating, patient, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to walk into a business and feel like the employees actually enjoy their jobs; their attitudes are upbeat, friendly and personable. They've helped me with everything from shipping packages to printing stickers in a pinch, and even worked with me to tweak note cards until they were absolutely perfect then printed and cut them for me. This is one of my fave Fed Ex locations! It's literally RIGHT off the freeway - I can hop off, get my printing done, and be back on the road in literally a few minutes. The location is clean and the staff is always friendly and super helpful. I love that I can email my documents to FedEx then pull them up with a code on one of the self-serve copier/printers. To be clear, this poor review is not against the employees of the store at this location as there was probably nothing that they could have done. I dropped off a FedEx Ground pkg at 117 using the self-service kiosk and got a receipt. The pick-up time stated 330pm. For over 3 hours after (supposedly) the item has been picked up, I am not able to find the tracking number in the FedEx tracking system despite calling customer service and visiting the store in person. How is this possible? Don't the driver scan the parcel when he/she picks it up from the drop-box? Now I am very concerned that my package is lost and I will suffer a serious financial penalty. This will be the last time that I use FedEx for any personal shipping needs if I can avoid it altogether, I will. Update Review on 2/24 I am changing my review for this particular Fed Exp location to GREAT despite the previous poor experience of not locating my package, I felt the staff at this location went out of their way to find the package for me and saved me from potentially a disastrous situation. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service!!! read more

Shout out to the team at the FedEx Center in Bothell!!! I had a challenge with an overnight priority package that did not get there until the day after. I tried to fill out the form on the website for my refund, but it said I needed an invoice and rejected my request. I then called Customer Service and they said to just go back to the store and they would give me the refund. I drove there and let them know the situation. They were appalled, as they do NOT have the ability to issue a refund and it has to go through corporate. However, after I explained my situation, they called Customer Service and listened to the call. Sure enough, they said that I needed an invoice. So the gentleman at the desk got on with CS and told them that was not how it worked. Then the manager came out and SHE said that CS was incorrect as well. Finally, after being there for 45 minutes, they asked CS to go through the online process with them, and wanted CS to guide us through it. Turns out you had to jump through a bunch of hoops to find the right section, and it is NOT user-friendly! We finally were able to make the claim. We shall see if I get a refund, but if I do, I owe it all to the team at FedEx in Bothell! They were super helpful and went the extra mile for me today! Thank you, Bothell team! read more

I came in for some last minute reprints of double sided invitations. I ordered through a different professional printer and there were some errors/smudges and I needed to get the invitations sent out ASAP. I asked for help getting estimates on the printing and the girl helping me was so beyond confused with every step of their system. I don't blame her for my incident, because she was probably new and still training on things, but her coworkers really didn't help and ultimately failed both her and me. I was quoted $57 for 15 double sided and cut-to-size invitations, and told it would take more than 24 hours to print. When I asked how I could possibly make this a more reasonable price point (nearly $4/invitation is highway robbery and more than double the cost of the original invitations). I was told I could pre-purchase the card stock to bring down the cost. I purchased the paper, and was given an estimate of $27 for the final product. Once done with my purchase, I was told I would have to use the self service printing, and that was what the $27 purchase price included. Again, I am sure the girl was still in training, but the confusion was frustrating. The entire ordeal took about 40 minutes, and I ended up leaving without printing my invitations. I went to FedEx in Woodinville where they were able to print my invitations for $20 in less than 15 minutes. Don't even bother with Canyon Park, just go to Woodinville. read more

I have reviewed this establishment once already, and I just want to make sure to shout out the staff by name. Colleen- she is always willing to help and is super sweet. Eric- had literally saved my ass with my job many times now. He goes above and beyond to make every lame situation I get myself into work! The assistant manager is also super sweet. she spent over an hour trying to get my documents printed even though I was completely unorganized when I walked in the door! they have a dream team right now and I hope that doesn't change. I brought a shoe box inside a packing box and they told me it was sliding around too much, so he added packing paper to pad the inside and taped up the box super secure because it was kind of a mess when I brought it in! I had some last minute printing I needed done and was told at Woodinville it would be 24 hour turn around but when I called the Canyon Park/Bothell location they said you can either submit online or come in with your order and we will see what we can do. The point of the app is to make it quick and easy to have your documents printed and ready to pick up, but the service once you get to the store is sloth like pace from the employees, no acknowledgement of standing in line and again both associates moving at the slowest speed imaginable. It would have been far faster to just print my documents myself with the self service kiosks and not wait 10mins in line to grab my papers. Disappointed to say the least. read more

This makes me sad to have to write this, but I had the worst experience ever here yesterday. I had to have some classified documents for work mailed to me. I received a call saying that they were held at this FedEx facility and that i could come pick them up. When I arrived, I gave employee, Jessica, my name. I did not have my tracking number with me. She went in the back to check for my package, came out and said it's not here. I told her that I had received confirmation this morning with this FedEx address, stating my package was being held here. She told me that my package was not there and that I needed to go to the other Bothell location, and that people get mixed up with the two all of the time. I felt bad for arguing with her about it, and thought, ok this is weird, but she must be right. I arrived at the other Fedex facility, a couple miles down the road and provided my name and said I was here to pick up my package. She checked in the back, and of course, no package was there. I explained to her what had happened, and that I did not bring my tracking number because I didn't think I would run into this problem. She said no problem, I'll just look it up with your name. She found my package, and confirmed that it was in fact at the FedEx facility that I originally was at, and was sent away from. At this point I was really unhappy. I wasted 20 minutes driving to this other facility, just to return to the original one. The lady at the second FedEx store apologized for the inconvenience, and for the other store's mistake. She said hold on and I'll give you your tracking number, and call over to tell them that they do have your package and that you will be returning to get it. When I showed up to get it, Jessica, the girl who originally waited on me, and gave me the wrong info, acted like she didn't see me. The assistant manager "Eddie" waited on me, and acted like he had no idea that he had just seen me there 20 minutes before trying to pick up a package. At one point he had a question about my package and Jessica came over to help him. She never apologized, just looked at me and said "they had it hidden in the back." Um, ok, who is they, and how bout an apology for sending me to the wrong store, because you were too lazy to check to make sure the package really wasn't there, before assuming I was stupid and sending me on a wild goose chase. This is still the closest FedEx to me, so I will still have to go there, but I am not happy with the customer service I received this last time. I know mistakes are made, but how bout taking credit for them and apologizing. read more

I brought in a big book of sheet music to have spiral binding put in, so as to make it easier to turn pages at the piano. A young girl was put in charge of doing it, and she put the binding in the wrong side of two pages. So they had to redo it properly, and now there are spiral binding marks on the ends of the pages opposite of where the book's spine was, which looks ridiculous. Sure, it's only two pages, but it's still irreparable damage done to an expensive book of precious Beethoven piano sonatas. Secondly, I brought in a photo of Meher Baba (Indian spiritual leader) to have scanned and printed for a speech I'm giving in a college class. A younger employee there named "Joe" was to assign a title to the photo for easy reference when dealing with it on the computer. Upon looking at the photo, one would have expected him to ask "What what you like the title of this photo to be?" But instead, he said "Oh, a racist word just came to my mind. I hate to say it." I AM NOT KIDDING YOU. I probably should have said something back to him, but at the time, it seemed innocent enough of a blunder. However, I got angry later when I realized that what he said wasn't that far away from actually uttering the word (probably "jew" because Meher Baba had a big nose), and I didn't care enough to call him out on it. I emphasize how completely unnecessary and uncalled for of a remark it was. But aside from this, everything else they've done for me has been good, and at prices not too daunting. read more

Employees were nice and helpful for a quick shipping stop I had to make. Products and shipping here (for smaller items) can be pretty pricey. If you have an envelope-sized item, take it to USPS for cheaper shipping. For the most part, you find better pricing for larger boxed items than smaller things. read more

Nothing about this store or it's employees are anything to write home about. Almost impossible to find, unless you are driving South on Bothell Everett HWY. The sign that states FedEx is there can only be seen from 1 direction. When you do find it, they grill you on what exactly is in the box. I'm sorry, but that's none of your business (probably the reason see through boxes have not been invented yet). So, here is my advice: if someone asks you "what are we shipping today"? You say: "I don't know, I didn't pack it" And if they get an attitude like "then we won't accept it" I can't tell you how good it feels to tell them to go f**k themselves and drop the package off at another location. This location is located conveniently off of the west side of the I-405 Bothell/Mill Creek exit and tucked away in a strip mall near Bonefish Grill, Desert Sun Tanning, Qdoba, and Outback Steakhouse. There is a private parking lot and a few short-term dedicated parking spaces in front of the store. This location has all of the mailing, printing, and FedEx shipping you would expect from one of their stores. They also have a decent assortment of office supplies, greeting cards, and snacks. My favorite, and most used, service that they offer is computer, printer, and scanner use for 35-45¢ per minute. read more

DONT USE THEM FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. passport photos have to be done a very specific way, there's no tape on the floor as to where the photographer should stand meaning all of your photos are at a different distance. This is especially important because the photos need to have your shoulders and other specifics that they check for. We had to get photos again at the passport office because none of them were correct. Apparently they turn away almost every passport photo from these places. Super disappointed read more

Krista's attitude at this location is the type that drives customers away rather than retain them. Every time I have come in here her attitude has been horrible. She acts as if she could care less if customers ever came back. She always has a scowl on her face. I have never seen such an unhappy person. If I was the manager I would get her an attitude adjustment; if that failed, I would give her a job that has zero customer contact. No customer should have to deal with this type of attitude. read more

Ordered a ground pickup and waited home the whole day and the driver didn't show up. Later I found the status had already changed to "Picked-UP" for this pickup order. Called and replied that the driver couldn't find the package so he left. I asked if it's their policy that I must leave the packages outside unattended and the driver could not leave their truck to ring the doorbell. No response for that. I asked the receptionist to schedule another makeup pickup and asked for a shorter window. He did. The next morning I got another voice message asked to extend the window. I called back and gave a 3 hour window. I told them clearly it's a ground package and the story the day before and said it's a make-up pickup so I requested a shorter window. The receptionist didn't say anything about it. Then the driver came in an express truck and told me that she couldn't take the packages as they are ground and I need to make another pickup order. We waltzed in an hour before closing on a Saturday night. One employee had just left, and a few of us showed up needing last minute help. Sharing managed us wonderfully and helped us get the long print we needed to head out the following morning on a project. I know last minute is stupid, but she was great! read more

I wish faxing would go ahead and die. BUT sometimes businesses, such as banks, depend on faxing. So I was forced to use their fax machine- it was faster than other FedEx locations but the staff is the same monotone bunch. read more
