The words, "if you want something done right, you should do it yourself" were never intended for the world of business and certainly not when it comes to your own marketing material. Fortunately, that's why we have companies like Print Fusion. I had the pleasure of working with MaryAnne, Carol and Murtaza. MaryAnne gathered my information, helped me to choose my cardstock, and fulfilled the details of my order. She's friendly, professional, detail oriented and never made me feel rushed as I painstakingly touched and stared at every piece of cardstock in the known universe. Afterwards, Murtaza, called me on the phone and gently informed me that my original business card idea included three different fonts and that, perhaps, choosing my favorite of the three would make my card look more professional. Carol did the final design work and, again, saved me from myself by balancing my logo, changing the font size and spacing the information around the card so as to make the most of my card without making it look cluttered or overdone. Additionally, I had an important networking event to attend and needed the cards early. Murtaza offered to print some temporary cards with my final design while MaryAnne offered to deliver the temporary cards to me before my networking event but after the shop had already closed. From what I gather from the emails I think I actually conversed with two people since one didn't sign their name. Both were helpful. MaryAnne, however, was the reason I felt truly comfortable having sent them my file for printing. She really demonstrated the personal touch of a local printer that cares about the quality of the product. Her first email was to tell me she sampled a bit of the file and said it would look very good, and asked me if I wanted to proceed. She always signed off with her name, too. Today at pick up I was able to speak with her directly when I picked up. The print quality was amazing! I love these guys - I recently moved to Tacoma and had a major emergency when my printer broke and a job was due that day. I am not familiar with any local printers in Tacoma so I called evil lazy Kinko's and they wanted over $400 to complete the job so I emailed Print Fusion (my old neighborhood go to in Seattle) and they called me immediately and I drove all the way to Seattle to look at the proof because they are worth it, although I would've trusted them to print without a proof and it was super fast (less than 24 hours) and came in under $150. Print Fusion is deserving of every accolade and 5 star review they have received. This review would award them 100 stars if it were possible. I called Print Fusion at 1:10 yesterday with my hair on fire about a small, time sensitive job that refused to print on my own color laser printer. This was not a job for Kinko's or Staples. Because the shop closed at 2 I had very little hope. The first surprise was that they answered the phone. The second surprise was Robert saying to drop by and he would see what he could do. I arrived at 1:22 with a flash drive and a box of odd-sized heavy rag card stock. He pulled up my job on his Mac, looked at the paper, scratched his head and said, "well, shall we give it a try?" After a bit of fiddling on his part and nail biting down to the second knuckle on my part I walked out at 1:58 with 75 perfectly printed double-sided invitations. The color was superb and not one card was wasted - results I would never achieve on my own even if the stars were in perfect alignment. It is worth mentioning that Robert is NOT the owner of Print Fusion but he is a long time employee. I say this because when was the last time an employee offered to be helpful with less than 45 minutes on the clock? Heck, what employee even bothers to pick up the phone with an hour left until closing? This is the absolute pinnacle of customer service. Robert is quiet and methodical and standing in his presence your shoulders will drop about 10 inches as you realize you are working with a total pro. He is a plate spinner extraordinaire because by my estimation he was running at least 10 other jobs when I arrived. Still, he made me feel that my job was vitally important. I was truly impressed with the quality and service at this shop. I walked in with no appointment and several files on a thumb drive that I needed printed for my wedding invitations. I was helped right away and they even printed samples for me to make sure the colors and fonts would turn out just right. 40 minutes later I walked out of the shop with all my printing DONE! I'm a novice when it comes to design and print but with the help of Murtaza, Sherry, and Bob I felt like a pro. I'm yet another person who had wedding stuff printed by Print Fusion, and I can only echo the wonderful reviews of others. We mistakenly had our invitations printed at another place that could not/ would not print on our envelopes. Print Fusion was the only place that would use the custom font we created and print on our Paper Source envelopes. Plus, when some of the envelopes didn't print correctly, they called to let me know right away, apologized profusely, and cut the price for the total job. Great place especially in a sea of really not good printer shops out there. read more
