I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.

I greatly appreciated this as I was in a hurry. Sending him my files was easy via their email address and he double checked with me on the file layout and fixed until perfect. The pricing was very fair!! I was actually in shock, compared to local ups stores I normally frequent for printing.

I also am the only member of my family living in Wisconsin so I tend to do lots of mailings to family members all over the country. As such, I am always looking for good businesses to help me do my work. In the very short amount of time that I was inside this business, I found them to be friendly, helpful, and responsive. I felt like a queen. They listened to what I wanted and they were able to provide me service quickly and efficiently. I extremely impressed that they are one of very few businesses that take the time to welcome newcomers to Grafton. That, means a lot to me. It's very hard to move to a new community. Community. It's even harder to find out what businesses are worth your time. I don't know why more businesses don't welcome you to Grafton, but I appreciate the effort that this business made. The door was unlocked, but they technically weren't open. He still greeted me warmly. He was able to make me more magnets that looked fantastic and were very good quality. Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!
