I'm giving this FedEx a solid 4 stars because there's definitely a lot of good with this location. 1. I came in looking for name tags to print on, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for in their office supplies. I feel like that never happens. 2. There are sometimes long wait times to ship things, but I've never stood in line for more than 15min. For international shipping, FedEx is a little cheaper than UPS (and I had success shipping a package to Singapore). 3. If you need something printed or bound, you can call their store and they'll give you an email to send the file to. Do this ahead of time, and you can pick it up same day in the afternoon. There's also a pretty large copy center, passport photos, a lot of photocopy machines, and some computers. The staff here are nice - it's always busy so they're hustling just doing their job. Overall, I'm happy to have a FedEx nearby that offers all of these services! read more

I tried to fax a document several times and received a repeated error message. When I went to the counter to see if there is anything they could do for the inconvenience, the large woman employee at the counter said there is mothing they could do. I informed her the staff should inform customers about the outage of the fax service. Absolute worst in customer service for the exception of the gentleman with the long braided hairstyle. He was the only one that went above and beyond making sure all of the customers were being helped. As for the lady behind the counter, she did absolutely nothing, zero! Will never go back as they just lost a customer. read more

This place has very very bad customer service. This place gave me a negative vibe. The workers have disgusting attitudes. They don't even greet customers when they come in. Even the assistant manager was unprofessional. A manager is never supposed to be rude to customers. These workers are the ones that applied for this FedEx store. I needed to fax some documents and happened to be nearby this FedEx. I noticed that all staff members and customers were wearing masks and practiced social distancing. When it was my turn, I asked the lady about faxing and if she had any cover sheets available. I also needed a pen. She told me what I needed to do and gave me the sheet and pen. I noticed that there was an elderly lady that complained that no one was attending to her--I can't speak too much on it because I don't know what service she needed. It seemed to me that a manager had to help, but I'm not sure. Anyway, as I went to the fax machine, I noticed the cover sheets...oops. She didn't have to look, she could have just told me where they are--I appreciate her looking for sheets even though they were next to the machines. This is the only Karen review I've ever left or probably will leave, little man that I'm assuming was the manager was unable to provide me prints on a paper I've been using at fedex kinkos locations for years and at this specific location three times. (I have proof lol) I waited patiently and after 20 minutes his employee was unable to figure out how to make a print, so I asked if he would try for me as a clearly more experienced associate. He refused to even attempt to help me, saying that they were behind on prints and closing soon. I was there for 20 minutes lmao and refused service not because what I was asking for wasn't possible, but because they didn't feel like trying and they didn't know how to do their jobs. I just had very bad experience by fedex guy he came in my building around 1030 am today for dropping item and bring wrong package to me . I complain about it and I close door for building . then He ( he told me he is manager at fedex ) call me "FUCKING CHINESE MOTHER FUCKER DAMN ASS" and I complain that that is discrimination even Im not chinese .but I don't wanna hear anything like that discriminating Asian people( or any discrimination !) especially from FEDEX GUY and after that I brought my phone and started filming video about him complaining . Extremely kind and helpful staff. I came in as they were opening to buy what felt like 100 boxes and not only did they help me find what I need they made sure it was a positive experience. If the roles were reversed I'm not sure I can say I would handle the situation as well as they did myself. I would have been irritated that as soon as my day starts, some guy needs 100 boxes and doesn't have all the information. Fortunately the two ladies who opened took it in stride and made sure I got everything I needed. The copier machines are always broke in one form or another. Last night I was trying to print something and the machine wouldn't work. Clearly, the workers here are instructed to prioritize people using the shipping functions of the store, not the printing or computer functions. NO ONE came to my assistance despite my requests. If FedEx doesn't want to provide support for ALL their services I suggest they hire a dedicated outside contractor for this or SELL it to someone else. This is getting truly pathetic. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would. I placed an online order to be shipped here. Was sent a tracking number and told to pick up the package by the 12/18/14. Came here on 12/17/14 at around 4pm. First, the lady at the counter had trouble finding my order. Then, we realized that my package had been shipped back to sender at 2pm because apparently I didn't pick it up on time. Out of frustration I said to her, "Does this make any sense to you? Why was I told to pick up my package by the 18th only to come on the 17th and have my package sent back this afternoon? You should have just told me to come on the 16th then!" To which one of the managers at the store replied, "It's not FedEx's fault. The sender should have specified which days to come." "What do I do now?" I ask "Call the sender and have it sent back here." He replies Yeah right... I am NEVER coming back again!!! Oh and if you are coming to ship something, there are about 6-7 workers in the store. I've had the misfortune of having to print documents here on short notice, and can't say I have been pleased at this location ever. One day last week I needed to print use a computer and print a two page e-mail. It was rather crowded, but four computers were seemingly available, but that would be all too simple for this location. One was being "occupied" by a gentleman with his girlfriend and he was just sitting there watching her use the computer. Another had a man sleeping on the desk. The other two were turned off. Another gentleman and I conferred, and decided to wait on the long line to see what was up with the other two computers. The employee came over and said, they were just turned off for some reason and we could use them. Why would two working computers be turned off during a busy afternoon period? Finally, after my brief use of the computer (2 mins) and printing of two pages, I was charged $2.98, which I think is a rip-off. I inquired before printing that I needed a receipt, I was told the computer would prompt me, but it didn't. I made my second voyage for assistance and waited about five minutes. When it's my turn I was told, "I see you, sir. I will be right there" as the employee was doing something in the back, but had another employee who was apparently doing nothing. She comes over and I explain that I needed a receipt and she had a bit of a sarcastic response and gave me the receipt. Poor customer service seems to run rampant at this location; it may be time to find another location in the area for my quick print needs. Please trust me when I say this and avoid this location at all costs. I came to this specific location because it was right off the train station, hence a convenient commute. I didn't realize how unreliable and how poor the service was here. I ordered a poster online the day prior, and was told to pick it up the following morning. If you were to do this, please check with the prices over the phone especially if you're doing a custom order. It could be much more expensive than you initially anticipated. That morning, I came to this location at 7AM with the intention to pick it up and go. Quick and easy, right? However, the manager did not show up at all that morning. Not sure of the reason at all. A worker had to call two other managers to come open the store. They gave me an estimated time of arrival of 20 minutes.... but he showed up OVER AN HOUR LATER. Seriously? Please be honest with me next time... it may have changed my plan of action. At 8:45AM, I was finally able to pick it up and go after freezing in the cold for almost two hours. Easy Breezy, I dropped by this place to fax a document and I did not have any problems. *Let's hope that the company gets my fax. Based on the previous reviews, I was well prepared for a hot mess, but I had no issues. Perhaps, there were no issues, because I really did not have to interact with the staff, aside from them pointing out the location of the fax machine. I faxed a five-page document and it cost about12-14 bucks; I do not know if that is cheap or expensive. Oh, at least you are not charged to fax the cover sheet. read more

After two failed attempts from FedEx to deliver a package to my apt. building I was informed that the package would be held at their main distribution center in Queens. Well, this gal was not going all the way to Queens so the package was rerouted to this location, which just happens to be on my way home. Yay! I stopped in around 5:30 and found a hectic, loud and slightly disheveled store. Ugh. Two staffers stood behind the main counter assisting customers with pickups and drop-offs, while another staffer attempted to answer one customers questions about printing & simultaneously unjam one of the copy machines, and a 4th staffer decided it was a great time to vacuum. I think this goes w/o saying- but I'll do it anyway... it was not a good time to be vacuuming. I finally found myself at the front of the line, handed the gal my package ticket and waited patiently for her return so I could get the heck out of there. Apparently the shelves in which they keep held packages is completely disorganized... this poor girl looped the store 3 times looking for my box. Finally it was found and she returned to the desk, apologized for the wait, scanned the box and I was outta there. If you have patience- you'll be OK when visiting this FedEx location. The sad part is that the store itself wasn't too bad... it was my fellow customers that made for a frustrating visit...screaming, swearing, etc. If you lack the skills that allow you to keep it cool and calm - then I suggest you just stay home, call in sick to work if you have to, and collect your package there. read more

This business is DOOMED AVOID AT ALL COST MARK MY WORD I came to another location last week to print some custom-sized photos and was told only this location could print photos. I came in yesterday before noon and was told by the staff to use the full service station before I could tell them exactly what I need. Their computer station was extremely difficult to use (slow and confusing and I worked in IT so it should tell you how bad it is) after spending half an hour on that shit machine I finally realized it couldn't print custom size. After desperately looking for help for another embarrassing 15 minutes, someone eventually told me to send an email with my needs to an email address and the photos would be done in 2-3 hours and that they'd call me after they're done. During the whole process no employees would let me finish a full sentence. GUESS WHAT. I called again after 24 hours and they told me 1) it hasn't been done and 2) they can't do photo paper 3) I was wasting their time (before I corrected them that it was in fact they, not I, that were wasting MY time) STEER CLEAR seriously hands down my worst customer experience in the last five years KEEP AWAY read more

It wasn't so bad when i came in. It was my first time coming since what I ordered - fedex wasn't able to deliver so I had to request that fedex drop it off at the nearest fedex center. I expected a lot worse but it was surprisingly okay. I went on a Monday morning to pick up my package. It wasn't crowded or anything and I thought the staff were quite nice and I was able to get my package fast - within 5 mins. I thought I would have to go through something similar at another Fedex center.. Thank goodness I didn't. Besides that I don't wish to come here again . Lol I just wish Fedex can do a better job at informing me about their whereabouts and most importantly my package they were to deliver to me. I had to track them down online. Needed to print something in a hurry but noticed that the screen did not log off properly, and was concerned that I was being charged in excess of the minutes that I was not using. Manager and staff much more interested in chitchatting with the 5 people in there who didn't seem to be shipping or involved in any actual task that necessitated them being at a FedEx. Eventually the screen completely froze and I gave up. Now I have a $10 charge I need to wipe off my credit card. I came here to get a passport photo, no line but I had to wait a solid 15 minutes for the worker to scan in a shipment of packages, which I found to be pretty annoying. Unclear why other workers couldn't take my passport photo and also super annoying that I had to wait for the worker to perform his administrative duties before I could get some customer service help. Each time I come into this location, the employees load around as if they were on drugs. I am constantly having to tell them how to pack and ship my items, even though FedEx's motto is that they're "the pros." Recently I went to FedEx to ship $12,000 worth of photo equipment. They took all of my items to the back of the packing area and told me I was free to go. No opportunity to watch them pack the gear and ensure it was all going into the same box for shipment. I felt incredibly uncomfortable leaving my items there with no assurance that it would get where it needed to go. Additionally, when I asked for tracking info, the employee acted like it was the worst possible question I could have asked him. read more

Never Have I Ever Had A consistently horrible experience at a business going for year after year then I have at FedEx office supply at 16 Court Street. Not only are they unfriendly and unwilling to help customers, or maybe it's just me, but it is impossible to get anyone to cooperate and answer questions. Need to print something in your mad dash to wherever it is you're going? This place will do the trick. In my rare last minute fashion, this was the only place open in near proximity past 8pm. Thank goodness. I arrived at about 8:30 and only a few people were there so I had no issues finding a computer to print at. However, I've gone on another occasion on a Wednesday or Thursday around lunch and it was packed, so plan accordingly if it's during lunch hours. There are quite a few computers to work at though, so things move relatively quick. They charge you to use the computers by the minute (about 40 cents) but I swear that time will fly. One page printed on black and white is about 60 cents, color is about $1. Kind of a lot but they have to pay bills too, ya know? One of the printers only printed 1/3 of my copies so I'm all frazzled and hurried and worried they just charged me extra for nothing, but the woman at the counter was fantastic and so nice and printed them for me behind the counter. What fresh hell is this? An abyss of printed misery. Not that I expected a FedEx store to be enjoyable - but it's clear the staff hate working in this lavatory. I waited in a motionless line for what seemed like a small lifetime, only to be apathetically greeted by a nameless print-drone. I told him I was here to collect a print job I had uploaded online. He lethargically shuffled down the back, where I presume he raised a family. When he finally returned he started to serve another helpless customer. I waited. For another age. My despair obviously too much to ignore, another member of staff finally asked if I was being looked after. Probably not. She slumped down the back and - to my amazement - brought forth the coveted print job. Praise be! Still not sure what that first print-drone actually did. Perhaps he didn't like my hat. If there's a manager or supervisor on the premises, someone call their next of kin because they're missing, presumed dead. I won't be back, unless of course I am involved in some kind of Men in Black mind-wipe scenario. Take a walk down to Remsen Graphics a few doors down for your print needs. This place is terrrrrrriiiible! Avoid coming here at all costs. I can agree with all the other negative reviews that this place and their workers move slower than the tortoise and snails combined. It's almost as if they haven't been properly trained or seem to relish in having ridiculous lines going out the door. If I wanted customer service this bad I would go to McDonalds or something of that equivalent. The lack of professionalism here doesn't reflect well on FedEx as a company. There was a woman asking for assistance for 20 minutes and not one employee not even a supervisor made an appearance till well past the necessary point. It also dawned on me that the layout is bad as well. Having the general walkway cut through the lines for shipping and sending? Not real efficient. Even UPS and the Post Office have way better systems of herding people in and out. So safe yourself the unnecessary grief and stress and go somewhere that will actually make you feel glad you visited your local FedEx to send grandma your family pictures and or gifts. read more
