Went to this place so we can have our passport pictures taken and get digital copies of them. Staff are nice and the place is clean. We stood against the wall to get our pictures taken for the price of $14.95. I know, we could have taken our own pictures but we want to ensure it is done correctly. Pictures were done perfectly. Last minute wedding save thanks to Jacob and Daniel at FedEx! My wife and I decided to go the DIY route with our wedding seating chart. We customized our design, printed out personal photos, and wanted to pasted it out on a digitally printed 24x36 poster board. FedEx was our local choice, and within 24 hours they prepared our original seating chart. HOWEVER, our original design did not leave enough space for us to glue our photos on :( Panicked but prepared, I redesigned our template with the photos digitally placed. 2 days before our wedding, I came to back to the branch to see if they could do a new poster board with the new file. Since it was much larger (60MB), Daniel walked me through a digital file transfer since it couldn't deliver via email. When that wasn't working, Daniel called me and told me to bring in a USB flash drive and they would print it expedited as a courtesy. Saturday morning, the day before the wedding comes, and I come in (sweating and pacing) hoping this last effort works....and it did! The file downloaded, and within 20 minutes the team had my new poster board ready to go! Thank you to Daniel and the 2 ladies working for saving my wedding day!! Have used this location twice. I had to have a package redirected to this location so I could pick it up after work on my commute back home. As soon as I walked up to the counter, all 3 of the workers were attentive and asked if I needed help. They quickly helped me and we had a laugh, then I left. The 2nd time I had to drop off a package and was immediately helped when I couldn't find the drop box. So I've had good experiences and would use them again for those services. read more

This response is in part about the stores, service , drivers and refusal for anyone to answer the phone when you try to call Fed Ex. Drivers park wherever they want on the street and in parking lots. Frequently blocking other cars! Don't call the Fed Ex main number. You will never get anyone on the phone. Service is spotty in the stores. read more

I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome of my transaction. I went to FedEx to ship my package to Italy they charges me for $402. for 2days shipping I told the cashier from FedEx what's inside my package but she put personal effects (it's a beauty & the beasts rose for Valentines day gift). instead writing what I told her she wrote something else. as of this moment package was held at customs due to personal effects issue and they are asking for I was really pissed-off right now I don't think the money I paid with them is not worth it by the service they provide . a real bummer. went here to print a custom birthday card which came out great. asked if i can get an envelope which come with the ready to go birthday cards and said i had to buy the envelopes in a pack even though i spend 2-3x as much as a normal birthday card. :/ really sad and makes fedex seem really stingy not coming back for birthday cards like i really printed a birthday card and can't get an envelope? i didn't even mind paying for 1 envelope if it was a few cents extra ended up getting an envelope for free at smart n final back when they were called Kinkos, customer service and common courtesy was so much better, idk why they would take that away from their business read more

My complaint is simple. As a firefighting helicopter pilot I was deployed to Australia. While there I logged into my FedEx account and set up a Vacation Hold. See attached screenshot. The website notification clearly states, "FedEx is holding all packages to your residence Monday, February 10, 2020 - Sunday, February 23, 2020." Yet this location sent my package back to the sender long before the 23rd. I later learned that THIS LOCATION only holds packages for 5 days. There is a disconnect between the FedEx website and actual practices. And it cost me lots of money. This needs to be addressed, and in the meantime I will do everything in my power to avoid using FedEx whenever possible. read more

My passports were returned for my entire family because of their incompetence which in turn ruined a vacation. The absolute worst! Do not even bother coming here. No one knows what they're doing and they give you the wrong information.... There is no one in charge. No one to talk to you. It is an absolute joke. Self servicing scanners, printers, and computers are all provided without the annoying workers looking over your shoulder, unless you need assistance they'll be more than happy to help you out. Need to get something printed? Ask one of the staff members and they'll give you their email where you can forward your documents straight from your mobile device for free, but it's $0.10 a page to get printed. read more

Shipping center only: Walked in with a huge and heavy box. I was sending it out for my husband. He reused a box (which had an image on it) he covered it in blank white butcher paper, he taped the corners and all seams of the paper. It was clean and secure and he took his time making sure it was just right. He had taped the label onto the package with clear packing tape...it was also secure. The first gentleman that helped me told me the label would have to be on with a label sleeve, handed me one and so I had to try to remove the tape from paper without ripping it. Got the label folded with tape still over it and slid it into the sleeve and attached it to box. Put the (heavy) package back on counter and another guy came up and went to weigh the box and said the paper on the outside wouldn't work in transit. It had to be removed. I took my package to my car and called my husband he said they have been getting picky with this and to just remove the paper and ship it. I returned to the store and I struggled to remove the paper with my hands then searched out scissors in another section of the store, got the label on and thought I was done. Brought the (heavy) box back up to the counter thinking I was all ready to go...after waiting for another customer a lady helped me. I got the package back on the counter and she stood the box up, shook it several times vigorously and said it needed to be packaged more securely. She said the box did not work because it wouldn't be sturdy enough and I'd have to purchase a box from them for $15+ and repack it all before they could process it. REALLY, REALLY! I was here probably 20-30 minutes and ended up bringing the box back home with me so hubby could take it in. UGH. Could they have just told me allllllllllll of the requirements in one single interaction. Husband said they are just pushing sales of boxes. I'm sure there is a reason but come on. read more

Great customer service! I've been helping my fiancée print some slides for her anatomy class and so I went to FedEx. Print and go decided to not work. She needed the slides THAT NIGHT. I was stressing, worried and not sure what to do and they were nearly about to close. Emma was the only representative available so she offered to print everything from the front desk. The few minutes that I spent at this location were a breeze thanks to Jessica. I went in (with my fussy 3 month old and my 4 year old) to ship a pair of shoes that I have sold. I was trying to find the correct box to ship the shoes when when Jessica came up to me and offered to help. I was trying to fold a box while my 3 month old wiggled in my arms and was obviously struggling. Jessica found the perfect box and packed it for me and stuck my shipping label! If it wasn't for her help, I would of been there way much longer and it wouldn't of been such a delightful visit. I forgot to mention to her how appreciated I was for her help. Julian was a lifesaver. I needed a ton of programs printed for a wedding asap (the day before), and was also having trouble with the online program for assembling the program in proper page order. I came in first thing Friday morning, spoke with Julian. Within about 3 minutes he printed up the program exactly as I wanted it, fixing all the issues with page order I had been having. I asked when he could have the full batch printed, he said should be no problem by mid afternoon but likely earlier. I left, and got a call back about 90 minutes later that everything was complete. Well I must say the staff person who greeted me was friendly. I forgot his name. I asked what was the best way to go about printing in color, that I have a file on email. and needed to print. He pointed me to the computers and explained everything, or so I thought. at 30 cents /min for using the computer and 99 cents for color prints and I think 50 cents for black and white prints, from printing from the computer it added up! I ended up printing 7 color pages and 9 black and whites from the computer (DON"T DO THAT) I wish they could have told me that. It ended up costing me about $12 something. I probably spent 3 min on the computer. I wish he could have told me that it would be cheaper to print one color from the computer and then one back and white, then proceed to the copy machines to make color copies and blk&white copies. (FYI: to make a color copy from a copy machine is 59 cents!) That could have saved me a couple bucks. Nice to know they made a couple extra bucks off me, when I could have gone to the mom and pop print show near my house that only charges 15 cents for color copies. I know what many of you are thinking. We are talking nickles and dimes here. But in the end it was the principle, that I wish they could have helped me saved a couple bucks for my lunch that day. Sorry Big major FedEx company, you won't get my lunch money anymore. Support small business! read more

This is where I go when I need something faxed and this is was also the place where I took my final exam for Traffic School. It was literally a breeze. It cost less than $5 to receive my fax and use their computer (Ventura County, you have to go to a "testing" location to take your exam). This is also my favorite place to pick up stationary supplies for my resume and presentations to clients. I've got to admit, after reading some reviews here I was worried about bringing my very important document here to print. I tried Staples first, but they didn't have the right paper quality I needed so I decided to give Fedex Kinko's Camarillo a try. Boy, sometimes things work out for the best. I was served by a really nice guy named Laith. He completely understood how important my document was and even double checked with the asst. mgr. to make sure the paper was the right kind. I needed a color print job because I had a few charts so at first, the price he quoted (with discount) was pretty high but I figured I had no choice. When I returned to pick up my job, he saved me over $200 because he realized that only a few pages were color and he could print the rest in b&w and charge me much less. WOW!! He did this all just because he felt it was the right thing to do and help me out. How can you beat that for service?!! I patiently waited for her attention again, but when another customer walked in and asked a question she immediately helped him with his order and got him out within a few minutes. I thought that was rude, especially when she continues wrapping a different project that she started before I got there. The customer of that project was gone and she should have helped me immediately. I waited for another 5 minutes before she asked if I'm ready . I said yes and she asked for my ID. I waited another 3 minutes after that before I was helped. Mind you, there were two employees working. The Asian lady who seems to be the boss needs to learn customer priority and manage her time better. read more

I called FedEx and explained what I needed; Peter was incredibly helpful - he knew exactly what needed to be done and asked me to email him the file I had. I received status calls all through the process - when the email was received, an estimated time of completion, when the item was completed, and when it was ready for pickup. The poster was printed and picked up within a few hours of sending it and the presentation went off without a hitch. Customer service was not responsive to several phone calls or e-mails that I put in regarding my time pressure work project. The quote I was given was four time the price I received on past identical projects. I was simply making a small foam sign. I sent them the design via email and had to send it three times for some to receive it. Simple project, simple task, unable to execute. The military just moved me from DC to Cali a few days ago and I (still) need to scan several documents to be reimbursed for my move. I made several purchases such as CDs to scan my documents on to and some snacks because I knew I was going to be a while at 45¢/minute. Well, I go to scan the documents and I notice the scanner has a built in paper stay which I assume is to keep the paper steady. I go to scan and it keeps on scanning the background of the scanner in legal format when standard paper is being used. I tried to disable the settings from automatic to scan in standard format, but they have it where you cannot change the settings so it can scan properly. I tell the guy at the front counter my frustration and he shrugged and gave a slight laugh. I wasted my time there and I am out $20. I traveled across the country, am over 3000 miles from home and I do not know anyone here that can help me. I needed help at a business and they did not seem too willing to help. read more
