I've been here a few times over the past couple of months. I haven't utilized any services other than shipping and don't really have any complaints, other than the fact that the lines are 3-4 customers deep when I stop in (late afternoon). Typically two employees are working at the front counter, but because of all the questions they have to ask you (even more now that the mail bomb incidents have happened) dropping off is not a quick process. Have your ID ready. Employees have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars for them having packaging tape on hand in case you need to close a box. USPS makes you buy a roll. Lots of office products in stock, too. Good assortment of calendars, planners, holiday stationery and more. read more

You can pretty much walk into any FedEx office anywhere and know what you're going to have. The supplies, the shipping desk, the machines, the workstations, and even the fax machine (seriously... who faxes things anymore?). I'm no stranger to them, and can usually navigate my way through them pretty well. So when I pulled up to this location (recommended to me because the other one in town apparently has lousy parking) I was stoked. It had the promised parking, had a few lunch options nearby for afterwards, and I thought it was just what I was after. I got in and out, but there are a few areas for improvement. First, the machine I used to begin with, to print a few flyers, either wasn't set up for color printing, or wasn't working, or... I dunno. Color wasn't even an option. So I pulled the plug and went to the one next to it, and tried the exact same thing on a machine that looked identical, and it worked okay. In the meantime, I had loaded card stock into the machine and gotten my hands and the stock dirty with spilled toner. When I loaded the paper in the next machine, there was also spilled toner. Seriously, though.. who's refilling the toner? The laminating machine station was out of lamination pouches, and the replacements were stored nearby but not in the little cubby that you usually use. Again, no big deal to track them down... but why? And then finally, when I went to pay, I stood there for a long time while a very nice woman talked to the only available employee about how to create a memorial service program. I mean, I don't blame her or him for taking their time.. but those of us in line spent a painfully long time listening helplessly as she explained the whole thing, he explained some things, she countered, he clarified, and we all stood there not paying. That may all sound petty and nitpicky, but I've been to lots of these places across this fine U.S. of A. and I'm certain this one is just about as good as the majority of them, but with a little more sharpening they could provide maybe a little better experience. read more

I have had to use this FedEx location many times, and every time, I dread walking in. I typically wait for several minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. The store seems understaffed or the staff just hates their job. read more

It's fine for what it is. Half the time I go in there I already know what I need to do and can do it myself so it's not a big deal. I do appreciate the late hours though. It's really come in handy for me on more than one occasion! read more

He was working on a huge project due the next morning (they were also closing in 1.5 hours) but I told him how desperate I was for help, and he agreed. The worst Fed Ex I've ever used. Tried 3 times, every single time they've had major equipment problems. Google drive doesn't work, all of their printers are down for email service, and then their Basic workstations charge me for printing that never prints. One star is generous, considering they have 0% functionality. read more

I walked in, someone greeted me and told me where to go to accomplish what I needed done. The things I used-computer, printer and scanner, worked flawlessly, although the Internet wasn't the fastest. Quick, efficient, and to the point. Also not very expensive. I would recommend this to any professional on the go. read more

i asked to get 11"x17" documents scanned and saved to a thumb drive. all of the documents were cut off at 14" and saved as a single document with some pages upside down. ugh. i called to ask if their machines were unable to scan 17" documents. i was told i could come back in to try. if only i had time to go all the way back there :( read more

My wife took her end-of-year books for her kindergarten class in to bind, and they practically destroyed them: crooked, ruined pages, pages falling out, laminated over post-it notes they had put on the COVERS of some books, etc., etc. And they weren't even going to tell her! They just put them in a bag and gave them to her. If she hadn't looked at them at the counter, she would have gotten back to the school with a pile of junk. These were projects that took ALL YEAR to make--one-of-a-kind books made by the kids--and a half-dozen, including the one by the daughter of the principal of the school, many of them are pretty rough. They were going to charge her full price until she complained. Then they gave her a whopping 25% off. Should have been free! Simply terrible service, and rude about it, too. Avoid, especially with priceless memories. read more
