They are typically closed one or two (random) days per week. I don't really care to drive over here, only to find them closed when they're supposed to be open. Also, they recently raised prices AND shortened cycle times on the big washers. I used to pay about $5 for long/hot cycle with pre-wash and extra rinse that lasted about 50 minutes. New price is about $9 and duration has dropped to 27 minutes with same options selected. The guy that owns this place has no idea how to run a business. Today was my last (attempted) visit.

I know they do recycling/ safe inks etc- but when the boss has my ass on the line, I'm not concerned about a Kum-by-ah sesh with Mother Earth. I suppose my print requests aren't that fancy- so as long as you make it look pretty, deliver on time and don't charge me up the wazoo- I'm a happy camper. My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all.
