Horrible service. Everyone seems like they hate their job there and are extremely rude. Last time I got scorned at for not having a box for my item when it said I didn't need one. Today, a young lady unpacked every item in the 6 boxes I brought and said I need to take the boxes back with me. I explained to her I got yelled at last time for not having a box so I always bring my item back in one now and she continued to be rude and unpackaged my items. Horrible service almost every time I've been here. Not I have all these boxes broken up having to carry them to my car by myself. People like this should not be in customer service. Will look for another drop off location and I hope you do the same. read more

Amazon lists this location as no box or label required for a return. When I arrived, the male staff member said it just be boxed with a label. Even after showing him amazons description and instructions he just said it was wrong. So either way, obey the service instructions given to the customer or stop amazon from telling people that your store is more convenient than it is. a horrible experience they lost a 1200 dollar package and now they are telling me I need to wait 8 days so they can investigate if they can't find it they'll refund me or I'll have my iPhone then when I try to reach someone I can't file a complaint or talk to someone in charge. I can not even give this store a single star!!!! HORRIBLE store & customer service! Staff is soo unprofessional & unhelpful! Every time you go in the packaging "RULES" how they are yo be processed are different! One time you can have everything grouped on one scanned return and you are In and out! Next time you go in as was my experience some smug young 18 year old (who I will give credit is actually working) tells you sorry the items have to be in It's original packaging or all items individual packaged! Are you kidding ME! WTF! so I have multiple items as it is after christman along with one very heavy box of window shades....I had two separate orders grouped together- but they came in the same box so I go to check out not wanting to use MS. Smug Face....herself cause after she finished telling me all items have to be packaged individually, I of course reacted as in WHAT....she acted very rudely to me and says she is closing her register! You need yo get back in line and use another register....... Soo now I have to try and individually return ALL my items providing I have proper boxes or packaging while I am trying to regroup and redo my orders I am standing along side her checkout station - She's slamming boxes around & laughing & all talking about there NY's parties....no one at any time asked if I needed any help...why would they they were of NO help going in!!!!!!! So I get my window shades returned on my phone / 2 separate orders... because the site would not let me bundle my return in one grouping - so 2 separate returns feeling like I got one return under control I go up to the counter having to deal with Ms. Smug "AGAIN" cause she reopened and is oh soo nice to everyone and I tell her there are two codes...she rudely tells me they ( the heavy windows shades) have to be in 2 separate BOXES! I tell her "They all came in the same BOX!!!!"She just stands there repeating they have to be in separate boxes cause I have 2-separate codes to scan!!!! About sn hour has passed now and needless to say I am beyond frustrated..... Really she just stares at me and offered No help or solution to my problem! Are you kidding me!!!! I was frustrated and totally DONE! So I grabbed what I did not have returned yet, and left the store... They all stood there snuggly offering NO help, just slamming boxes around! I stated they need to post or have the same Packaging regulations at ever store THE SAME....Ms. Smug tells me I have No right to question the regulations or how things are to be packaged..... why not????! We just work here.... I get that but WHY is every UPS store different??????!! Ridiculous!!!! No we are sorry.......so I said they need to post how they want the returns brought in or packaged cause it is different everytime!!! I went To a UPS store in Indiana and had everything separate and they got upset with me and The person doing the scanning started cussing behind the counter at what I did! (Another professional person in the work force) SOOO I really think there should be a set of proper return RULE listed and they should be the same for ALL UPS Stores!!! They ship UPS, they get a star. Besides that? I've yet to have a good experience at this location. But I try to be underatanding, when there's a long line, it doesn't kill me, that's the nature of a public business, I'm not going to complain or be a jerk to the employee who's trying. But today. Today, I have my own well packaged box, sealed, and my own return label printed. Easy drop off, right? Nope, they charge me a dollar to have a piece of tape for the label. Maybe, 8" of packing tape just to affix the label. Now it's only a dollar, yes. But this is a UPS store shipping a UPS package on Amazon's account (possibly one of the largest accounts for UPS). This is unnecessary and a fine example of poor service. When I walked out the UPS driver even shook his head and said this is why they are losing customers to FedEx. I've worked in shipping / receiving / logistics for a great many years, if your business is losing money on shipping label tape, you need to seriously reevaluate your business model. The best place to have your items packed and shipped in Champaign county. The guys that work at this location go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I use them for everything. Ive had dishes packed and an antique desk shipped along with several antique clocks and I've never had a bad experience. I've encountered horrors at the other UPS stores in town. Just stopped in here for a check deposit for my bank, a program that disappears in a few days, so luckily I won't have to return there. I was fully expecting to be turned away (again, as I had been many times in the last hour I had spent on the phone), but Aaron said that that was a service they were able and happy to provide. In person, Aaron was friendly and informative; he explained what he was doing and he triple-checked with me to make sure that everything was as requested. He even scanned the form for me. Despite Amazon order noting the store will print label, pack up, and ship order free of charge the store still insisted on charging for the packaging service. It was too dark & very unattractive. Then I went to this UPS store & for the same price -- $10 -- got a great photo taken with a professional camera that had a flash & printed the right colors and skin tones. Made a huge difference! I visited this store yesterday to mail two packages, my two daughters accompanied me. We were waited on by the rudest employee I have met anywhere in a LONG TIME. Even my 13 and 15 yr old daughters commented about how rude she was and my oldest encouraged me to send a complaint. Her tone of voice was rude, I felt as if I were being berated when I turned down the insurance, even though I know the risks. She barked at me like a drill sergeant, very loud and obnoxious. She seemed to enjoy telling me that it would cost $400 to guarantee ship in two days and seeing the look on my face. She paused and then said OR ground shipping is $100. A little on the masochistic side. Her name tag said DEBBIE. I will never go to that store again or at least wait until another employee can help me. My daughters and I are STILL talking about the experience, quite the eye opener for them. read more

I went there to mail a package on December 21, 2015 they were very helpful in getting my business, But it cost $134.00 to ship a package to the post office in California. I know some of that was for packaging but come on know for that price I could have probably shipped for less. At those prices I will not go there again. read more
