Do not go here. This location steals packages. I dropped off an iPhone for an apple care replacement program, and the box was swapped out with an empty unit. I'm left to pay the $1400 replacement cost now. Despite my very suspicious detail that my pre packaged, pre labeled drop off wasn't scanned into the system until an hour and a half AFTER I had dropped it off, which was also an hour AFTER closing, they have no evidence that the box was tampered with and I'm left holding the tab. I'm screaming into the void I realize, but spare yourself a similar fate and go somewhere else. read more

Took a small package here for FedEx Ground to Manhattan,last Friday evening(I missed the Friday cut-off so it counted as Monday.I was told it would deliver on Tuesday and received an email saying so.Tuesday I got an email saying it would be Wednesday and later on Wednesday an email saying Thursday and later on Thursday saying Friday.Well it finally arrived on Friday. ONE WEEK .I stopped by the FedEx office and inquired as to why. They told me to call FedEx. I called FedEx and was told that they have no idea why it was so long but Ground is allowed to take 5-7 business days. Why was I never told that before?? Ok, sometimes the wait here isn't fun, but the staff was very friendly and helpful with a project I recently needed done, and they provided me the most cost effective way for them to do it. I also consistently use this location to re-route items sent for delivery to my home that I know will require my signature when I'm not available. FedEx will only attempt 3 deliveries to your residence before you then have to either return the item to the sender and incur any return shipping costs or drive all the way to Moonachie to pick up your package. read more

This review ONLY applies to prepaid "already labeled" package drop-off service. This location has extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable service however, When are you getting a SELF SERVICE DROP-OFF STATION that can print drop-off receipts. Considering it's such a simple technology, scan, place package on floor, counter or designated area, receipt prints and DONE!! Nope, that's not how it works, if there are 20 people on line you have to wait for 20 people to be serviced to drop off the package which you've already pre-packaged, labeled in advance, just to get a receipt. And yes you might say why would you need a receipt if you've obviously gone through the trouble of pre-labeling and prepackaging and you more than likely already have proof of receipt or will receive one in the email?? However, some of us do still need a receipt for business purposes. PLEASE IMPLEMENT A SELF-SERVICE STATION! read more

I went here last night to pick up a package that I ordered on Walmart.com. Yes, you heard me correctly, you can order an item from Walmart.com and have it shipped to FedEx Office for free. This saves you from paying shipping fees, and saves you from having to drive to Walmart and waiting at their Customer Service counter, which I've done in the past. Having this option available to me is much more convenient, as this location is just a mile from my home. They have extremely long hours 7 am - 11 pm on the weekdays! How awesome is that! It really works for most people's schedules. My only complaint is that they had 4 employees "working" when I walked into the store, yet only one of them was helping customers when there were clearly 5 customers waiting on line. I went up to one of them to ask where I needed to go to pick up my item, and she pointed to the line. However, after I asked her, I think she realized that the line was long and opened another register up. They have a nice selection of packing and shipping supplies. I would come back here if I need this in the future. And will definitely have all of my Walmart orders shipped here as well. read more

Great staff and great service here always! These folks do a great job at packing and shipping. Very reliable.

An efficient and relatively large printing center. Never had any problems here. Picking up deliveries here is easy too and they provide carts to help load large items into my car. Just go slow as you approach the center especially at night since it gets confusing where the entrance actually is. If you turn off too early into the adjacent parking lot, there's no way to just merge easily into the Fedex lot - you'll have to go back out on Rt 3 and re-enter. read more

These guys are great. I was in town for business last week and had to do a number of print jobs. They were very easy to deal with and expedited all of my jobs. Ann and the rest of the team were really efficient in getting things done to my satisfaction. Turnaround time on all jobs was less than 24 hours and had good communication on the status. Went in to drop of a pre-paid package, but the staff member had no idea what we were talking about. She continued to charge us for an additional box and shipping. When we showed her the email that supports that our package as pre-paid, she was confused and said she had never seen that label before. Eventually, she accepted our pre-paid package and apologized again and again. It wasn't that big a deal, but definitely a little weird. FedEx website is a disaster. I tried to create a label for a friend so that she could send me a package internationally. My transaction was not going through. However, the amazing employee at FedEx office in Clifton, Phil Viega, was extremely patient with me. He helped me for two hours trying to trouble shoot while taking care of other customers. I was amazed by how he managed to be so calm in that hectic situation while helping different people at the same time. It was inspiring! I never met such amazing, patient and caring employee anywhere. He finally was able to create a label for me. Something that should've been done easily through the website. Thank you Phil! If you want your printing done correctly this is not the place to go. I had the same exact printing and cutting for invitations done in Paramus a month ago and they did it correctly. I used this store because they were open on Sunday, but it was not worth it as I paid for them to cut the invitations and they didn't even cut on the indicated cutting lines. I spent another 20 minutes in the store cutting and fixing their sloppy work. read more

Stopped in to mail two 24X36 paintings to Los Angeles. First off, they wouldn't package them together. So, it was going to cost me double. They gave me two prices for FedEx Ground, $186.45 and $266. Double that for both paintings and you end up with $372.90 or $532. I decided to try UPS and went to Crooks Ave on the other side of Clifton. They were okay with packaging both paintings together and quoted me a price of $106!!! I was ecstatic. Then I was confused, because they told me that was for FedEx Ground (the same service that this office quoted up to $532!!!). So I was able to add on $2,000 worth of insurance for $20 and also added 3" of bubble wrap at the total cost of $126!!! WOW!!! Saved $426. Needless to say, I will NEVER ship from this location. Not really sure if there is anything I would go back there for after that fiasco. read more

VERY Slow Service, make customers wait! I got here one hour before closing with one envelope to simply be scanned and sent out. I walked and asked where to wait as they had one person in froNt of me at self service and a guy who seemed to be waiting awhile at pack with a computer and monitor to be sent. There were 3 employees one lady helping someone in self service and two in the back not helping customers. I was very disappointed because they sent me to the pacck line which had people with weird boxes and the lines started to fill up. Two people who came after me passed me in the self service line with the lady. And one guy seemed to be training another how to pack and ship in the pack line. I would think at the end of the night the employees would be prompt and want to go home, but not at this store. I finally said after waiting 12 minutes behind the guy with computer am I in the correct line can the other lady or someone else scan this; as there was still one male employee behind the counter not assisting any customers. That man finally came to the computer and showed the other employee how to properly ring up and box the computer then help me. At the end of the night when a line is forming no one should be training someone else and wasting everyone's time, nor any of the employees behind the counter. In total I waited 17 minutes whilst being originally in line behind one person. That's ridiculous. read more

Our company is implementing a new FedEx QR process so our users can return electronic devices to our Corporate office. It is my understanding that our users can take their electronic equipment to a full service FedEx location and using the QR code that we provide, FedEx will securely pack and ship the equipment to our office. I am responsible for creating the process documentation for our users so I needed to understand the wing to wing process. I stopped in the FedEx store in Clifton and was greeted by Dontia. She was pleasant and friendly. I explained my situation and she began to walk me through the entire process, step by step. I had MANY questions and she knew the answers to all of them!! Her responses were clear and she allowed me time to take notes before moving on to the next step. She even offered to print out an extra copy of the labels for me, which will be extremely helpful as I create the documentation for our users because now I can include pictures! I'm very thankful that Dontia was working yesterday. She provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service and I hope that she will be recognized for it. Thank you again, Dontia! read more

Horrible customer service from the people there as well as the FedEx Customer Service people that sent me there. I had a package erroneously delivered to my house with some pretty important papers for a young US Army 2Lt. Once I explained that the address on the package was wrong, they said I would have to pay to either send it back to the originator or forward it to the young officer. I've gone here on two separate occasions and found them to be helpful and efficient in their services. One employee happened to help me both times- i think his name was James- and he was very helpful and pleasant. Terrible customer service. Spent 40 minutes calling and calling to get a simple quote for shipping an item. Dumdum finally picks up the phone just to tell me that he doesn't know and needs to transfer me to customer service. Customer service, or lack there of, was even worse. Inconsistent service. The staff go through the motions very slowly. Once and a while you will get an employee who is knowledgable, personable and efficient, but they don't last long. There is a definite "us versus the customer" attitude at this particular branch. read more
