Lost my package and shipped it to Oregon (I'm in GA), was a week ago and customer service still will not give me an update. They deleted every answer and would not commit to expediting a package that they misrouted. Wayfair keeps pushing the package delayed date further out, but won't let me request a re-ship, but they refuse to help. I've already lost over $200 in aquarium plants. My fish are getting pretty aggressive. This was only intended to be for a few days as the are still quite small, but they've now been without a update since Friday 4/17. Emails to higher ups get ignored. Phone calls are nothing but platitudes with a promise that there's nothing they can to until it reaches the final destination acres the country. But they apparently denied expediting. I highly recommend anyone in the aquarium hoppy use someone now reliable, life UPS. These guys are total jokes and obviously care about nothing other than their was al street growth. They have trying just a customer today. In will refuse delivery from anything shipped via FedEx on principle, did to the lack of urgent and watching incompetence. I had the best customer service experience this morning. Chris greeted me promptly, gave me an estimate for my print job, printed a bound book from my email attachment and then discounted the total. So very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. read more

It is completely unacceptable to have one worker behind the counter on any given day. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to drop off a pre-paid package. You lost customers when people walked off. Please staff your store better. read more

Decent FedEx center if you need to ship your things, however don't expect great customer service. I visited this location twice, each time with large, heavy packages. Both times with prepaid labels, so I only needed to drop off the packages. Both times there was only one person in front of me, but only one cashier open and but about 5 employees lurking behind without anyone asking what I needed or seeming concerned. I'll use them if I need to ship with FedEx, but I at least know what I'll get in terms of customer service. read more

FedEx attempted to deliver my package on a weekday (Friday) which of course I'm at work but they did not drop it off. So they take it upon themselves to reschedule for another weekday instead of bringing it on Saturday. So I called to have the store reroute my package to a FedEx store so that I can pick it up. But of course when I arrive the package is not there but I am told I can pick it up at a different location however that location is closed at this time. Thanks for making it more convenient for you and less convenient for the customer. My package makes it across the country in two days yet it will take more than 4 days to get it to me in my own city. Seems like more work and time lost for FedEx. read more

You ever been bought in by some of those recruitment ads where you see some guy running alongside tanks and helicopters and stuff while sweating lightly and then shooting guns? Yeah, well I bought that bag of goods and found out it's really more like death by powerpoint, a lot of tedious tasks and paperwork. Not to say that I don't like this job, or that this is a pity party for me. I still have more trigger time than a human being should have, I met and still meet a lot of good people that are like brothers to me and make more dick and fart jokes than a person my age should be allowed, so screw. What the hell was I talking about? Oh yeah, since my job now involves so much paperwork/powerpoint it not only makes sense to get this professionally done but it makes me that much more organized so I can write Yelp reviews. Do you know how much it costs to laminate and bind 100+ powerpoint slides? A lot more than you think. Fortuntaely, FedEx office has a lot of DIY options that makes it a little cheaper. You can print out color pages from their computers-which kind of takes a while because they're aging Dell/HPs that should be put out of their mercy at this point. A little lamination station that lets me cram as much of these little 6X8 cards onto a $2 plastic sheet and then when I have them cut and bound together I take it to the counter so I can have them bound-or as one of my buddies said "have them bounded." While the equipment they have there is slow, like really slow and one corner of the place literally smells like someone died in between the walls like some Edgar Allan Poe story the staff is incredibly helpful. The day we were there Josh and Katie were all over the place-helping people laminate family photos. The customer hugged them when she was finished to packing things up for shipping and helping guys like me. Katie at first helped me print out double sided pages-even taking off the time it took to wait for her and discounting some test sheets. Josh took the other file I had, re-sized it to the best he could printed out an entire copy and when I didn't like the size redid it to a larger size without charging me anything. I basically paid for printing, laminating and binding for two booklets and it cost me 20 bucks. If it wasn't for the smell and the stupid computers I would be giving this place more stars. read more

Worst customer service I've ever received from William at this location. I normally go to kinkos with no issues at all. He's not customer oriented and immediately started kicking things back like it was a thrill to tell customers no. Never coming back I'll take my services to Office Depot! read more

HORRIBLE!! This was the worse experience I have ever had with a shipping company. I looked online for assistance with getting some labels for my business printed, and this store seemed to have good reviews and offered this service per their website. I get to the store, and attempted to log into a computer.. Used 3 dollars to find out that the site was down... So I went to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes while a girl stood in the back moving boxes(she saw me there). A man(Caucasian) came up IN FRONT OF ME, and she proceeded to assist him FIRST, and then asked me what I needed. I asked her if there was a problem with the site, and she stated she didn't know and had nothing to do the online business portal. Fine.. So I asked her if she would be willing to assist with their in-store label option and help design and print them out.. She flat out told me no, they don't do that, even after I told her it was on the website that it was something that was offered at that location. She was very RUDE and unhelpful.. I will NEVER use FEDEX. I have a business and I spend 4-500.00 a WEEK shipping products, they just lost a great potential customer. Customer service is everything, if you don't like your job, or working with a certain ethnicity, then you don't need to be working. I politely told them I would go somewhere else, and left.. The customer service was horrible, and that's being nice.. I went right to staples and the service was phenomenal AND they have in-store UPS pick up. read more

I used this FedEx Office nearly a dozen times over the course of a year for everything from printing to lamination to shipping and buying office supplies. Each time, I walked away really pleasantly surprised by the customer service -- particularly that of a man named London. He was always very attentive, skilled at the task at hand, and friendly. I also never felt like they were nickel-and-diming me; for example, if I had to run a few extra copies or messed up part of a lamination job, they only charged me for the finished product I was taking home with me. read more

I arrived to FedEx after having the life sucked out of me again by the military. I was too tired to spend time trying to figure out how to use their equipment. Mr. Kenny came to my aid and walked me through how to operate their computer and scanner. He remembered me when I came in the next day too and was again very helpful. When it came time to mail my documents, which needed to arrive to a different base the next day, he was knowledgeable enough to tell me that their mail had already been picked up, but that I could still make the deadline for the mail pickup at the Warm Springs Rd location. I can't even express how angry I am... I was there for 2 hours. All I needed was to have 21 pages laminated and bound for a presentation/project. I am in the military. I did not have 2 HOURS to spend getting my finished product laminated and bound. I also expect/need it to look professional. It does not. It looks like crap. Not only did I have to laminate the pages MYSELF because the employees are not "allowed to laminate more than 2 pages" I also was informed that laminated pages could not be bound. Would've been nice to know before I started laminating them! THEN, one employee offers "helpful" information and points me to a 3 ring punch. Once I am halfway through another employee pushes past me and says "Oh, wait, it's off" and changes the spacing between the holes. So now I have to start over and half of my pages have 6 holes in them. Great. As soon as I finish another employee yells, across the store, "Hey, I can punch those for you over here!". Awesome. To top it off, they charged me $25.00 for being the most unhelpful, destructive, annoying, frustrating people I have ever encountered. Step it up Fed Ex. read more
