I tried using this location today, and the service was terrible. I came in needing to ship an item and print a label. Instead of helping, the employee basically brushed me off. They told me I needed a "special label," said they couldn't help pack my item, and didn't even offer to print the label. Their only solution was telling me to drive 18 miles away to another location. I went to the Houston shipping center they mentioned, and they handled everything with zero issues. They packed my item, printed my label, and provided the hazardous label--all for free. It was fast, easy, and the complete opposite of the Cypress experience. This location clearly doesn't care about helping customers. If another store can do all of this without a problem, there's no excuse for the lack of effort here. read more

Jade/Jada and Nate are AMAZING customer service representatives!! They helped me get a booklet together since I didn't have a working computer at home. They are kind, helpful, and so good with customers. Very intuitive and patient. They need a raise! And my booklets came out beautiful. I also saw a Celebration of Life pamphlet created and they did a fantastic job with it as well. Go to FedEx office for your printing needs. They've got you covered. If I could give FedEx a negative star rating I would. I am now going into day 6 of my package being delayed. I've had excuses like "it's due to the influx of packages", "it's damaged", "it requires a signature". It does NOT need a signature as confirmed by 3 service representatives and the AI system. I'm so beyond pissed at the lack of service. I have had, almost, no problems with them delivering my other packages and leaving them at the door. There is no way I will ever use FedEx again. I will make sure that when I shop online nothing I buy will go through FedEx. If y'all want to make sure you get your packages on time, or at all, use a different postal service! -5/10!!! In the photo you will see my note telling the driver to leave the package at my door. Next to that you will see the BLANK note they left on my door (RIGHT NEXT TO MY NOTE). I was a bit leery coming here because the reviews are so bad but I said, "I just need pricing". I thought I would likely not have a negative experience her. Boy was I wrong. No one was in the store yet the guy was sitting there having a conversation with another employee about his Father's Day and how he got hammered from XX beer that he got as a give. Moving forward, he asked how he could Help me. I let him know that I needed pricing for international shipping. He told me that I would need to Google the country ZIP Code and he made a comment "every country has a zip code". He then instructed me to open up maps on my phone to find the ZIP Code. When I did, I asked him if there was anyone else there that could help that knew about international shipping. He stopped and said I'll go get my phone. When I showed him what I was looking at on my phone and that I couldn't find the ZIP Code he then said well I told you to open the maps not in Google. I politely grabbed my box and walked out. My advice to management is get employees that actually want to help. I would rather drive 7 miles out of the way then come back here. And he would rather have inappropriate conversations with his coworker, then help. read more

Not to much to say about this place. I went in just to drop a package off for my husband. Everything went smooth. The only thing I found weird was the guy asked what I was mailing. When I told him IDK, he looked at me with a strange look and said "you don't know?" Not sure why he needed to know. I try to avoid visiting this FedEx location because it's pretty much expected to get shitty customer service but it's the closest location to my home so I deal with it. Over the years the shitty employees have come and gone but it seems like whoever is training these employees is still sticking around because they all have the same shitty attitude with zero customer service skills. During my last visit, I come in with a pre-paid label to ship out a package. There's no line or anything, I'm waiting at the counter and the FedEx dude is hanging out at one of the computers doing something which was fine I don't mind waiting but please acknowledge my presence.. zero acknowledgement received! After a good 4-5 minutes he finally walks over, doesn't say hello or anything but instead just asks for my label, scans it, hands me a receipt and tells my happy ass that I'm good to go. Ok bro! Thanks. Like I said, if you come to this location.. don't expect to get Ritz-Carlton treatment because you'll get something more like Popeyes Drive-thru attitude kinda treatment. not consistent on their shipping was told my package would arrive Saturday I keep track of the package. cool Monday rolls around I give benefit of the doubt that they don't work weekend or whatever. it's in cypress and it says it'll be here 10:30-2 Monday cool it's a car part for me to finish up and put my car back together. never shows up just sitting at the facility while another fedex package shows up today. poor. if I pay for shipping to come at a certain time, I expect it. I frequently visit the Fed Ex Office on Barker Cypress. The staff inside provides exceptional service. Jada greets every customer with such a great smile that lights the room. Nate is the manager that is patient with helping me unpack unusual tasks. I have also recognized Joshua who goes the extra mile to help me. I try not to write negative reviews as even that is acknowledging the business but first time in my yelped life where the insight of the collective about this business is so on point. I went for a scan, an older lady was super nice but her manager ( or trainer) was not nice at all. She said I need a thumb drive to do that. I said I know the printer has email capabilities, who on the 21st Century carry thumb drives any more? I went to the printer and emailed the scan. I only stopped by due to their location. This location is really great. I don't know why all the bad reviews are here. I came in and walked out within 5 mins. There were about three other customers there at the time. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. He suggested I saved money with getting their packaging instead. The coworkers had a very pleasant interaction with each other. Terrible employees: Jillian, Patricia. Went out of my way to this location today to drop off some packages that were fragile. I've always had a good experience with FedEx until today with an employee named Jillian. I had about 10 packages pre-labeled with with the word fragile written on them. I asked if she could add fragile stickers and as I said that she began to handle my packages very rough. Tossing them as if they were empty boxes, extremely careless and with a very negative attitude. I ship packages EVERY DAY. I will never come back to this location. Another employee that has had a terrible attitude is Patricia. From the moment you walk in the door she is very rude and has a negative attitude towards the customers. I called this location after 9pm on a weeknight. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful and politely answered all my questions. We determined that I needed to come into the store so I made my way their direction. They are conveniently located next to HEB so it is easy to find and parking is not an issue. The same young man was once again courteous when I arrived even though I came in 30 minutes before they closed. He talked and joked with me the entire time he was completing my request and was able to help me make exactly what I needed. Had horrible experience w female there. She informed me my account was now cash only. When I asked why, she said either my card expired or I didn't pay my bill. I told her it was really rude to tell a customer they had not paid their bill. In my case my card was compromised and thus closed and re-issued new card. She got very rude! I said I would take my package elsewhere and she said fine and walked off! When I asked her name, she refused to respond. Placed call to Fed Ex to complain. Still waiting for return call. This girl should not be dealing with the public. She has an attitude. Stay away from this location unless you want to be insulted! I received a package from fedex last saturday, and the package had been repacked. The box arrived on my front step and it was in a plain box and the only label was a plain one with only my name on it. The company I had ordered from was Pure and they always send the shipments in a company marked box. It was evident it had been repacked. Since I was not sure what was in the package I took it in the house and opened it to find my order of seven bottles and three small containers but no packing at all. As I opened it I found it to have a yellow substance all over the bottles. I called pure and they said it had been sent with packing and in one of their boxes. I called fedex and over this week have been switched around to seven different employees of fedex. Not one took any responsibility but would send me on to the next person to get rid of me. I was promised a few times that someone would call me but at this time not one fedex person has called. They have me with some kind of foreign material in my home and they do not care. This place is very inconsistent. I came here to fax something, they had no ink for a confirmation page. Another time I came in to print one page. He said he couldn't print the system was down. I asked if I could print off one of the other machines and it took him a while because he starts to help another customer when he's not even finished with me. Then he prints the page. Why tell me he can't print when he can? He acted as if it was too much trouble to print something for me. Isn't that his job? While traveling on business I have become a regular at Fedex shipping centers in several cities/states. This location is by far the slowest! The employees were kind and welcoming... and I wasn't in a hurry... but my goodness! I receive many packages for work. This was a somewhat 3x pensive item so after missing delivery at home, I requested it be held at this location since it's close to residence. Received an email stating it was ready for Pick up" at this location. Noted also, "bring tracking number and ID". Went to location, handed email with tracking # and driver's license to person behind counter. After stating "I don't know why they tell people that" about my package being ready for pick up, the lady rifled through some boxes and said "we don't have it" handed me a card and said call before you come back. I called Fed Ex customer service, after being on hold for a while the woman said yes, your package is there. Gave me the managers name and so I made another trip back and sure enough they said my package was there and I should have given my tracking number when I was there the 1st time. I explained the events and while the other wmployee argued saying i had not, the manager just shrugged and said "Well, sorry" They couldn't have cared less that they didn't look properly the first time, that I had to make 2 trips. Worst printing place ever. I have used the FedEx printing location on 1960 near champions Forrest for years. They have always done an outstanding job. This was everything but that. The person told me to come back in two hours. It was not finished and seemed rushed to do the job when I returned. The main thing I needed printed was a log. It printed with the log split on separate pages because it was not printed landscape. Now I have 174 pages of trash. Basically was told it was on me and they print and don't look how it prints. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional printing company. read more

I am amazed that this location has received any stars exceeding 1. I understand when someone is having a bad day but I do not understand an employee intentionally being rude especially the designated Center Manager. Sarah was rude and clearly does not possess the initiative or common courtesy to work with the public and/or encourage customers to continuously use this location. I do not know how long she has been working at this location but I would imagine that the quarterly sales ending number has been effected. The area where this FedEx is located probably encourages some customers to use this location but eventually the horrible customer service will outweigh the convenience. read more

This location shipped two packages to the incorrect address , in December, because the employee was not trained. I am still fighting with them for a refund of the items that are lost because of their error. After reading the other reviews, I assume this is normal business for them. If you can go to a different location, it would be a good idea. The management does not call you back and some of the associates are rude. To be fair, there are nice associates too. Do not use this business! I am lied to every single time I try and get a print job for my work. If you ask them on the phone if it can be done at a certain time - every single time - I will come in at the designated time to find out it hasn't even started. Also, they will let you stand there forever or until you ask them about your print job. Then they will unapologetically tell you it has not started yet. Brought an item of non perishable food to a fedex for packaging and shipment, promised it would have no problem for delivery or be flagged at customs, After paying 350.00 dollars to get a package to an international destination, multiple lies about where the package was for picking up and the effort for the receiver to acquire the package, it was discovered it was still at the airport. After chasing a package with great effort, the packaged turned out to be a piece of paper about the package, and it was saying go to the airport, fill out paper work and yes pay more. Lies lies lies.
