We've used this place many times for their postal and notary services. The staff has always been great and welcoming.... However this time I went in for a notary service and the young lady asked her coworker for help. The gentleman came out from the back and was immediately accusatory and quite rude to me in front of my young son. We will not ever return to this business for any future needs. read more

Only came to this location because it's really close to home. Went on July 5th to have forms notarized and mailed off. Got there around the time of opening. No one was in the store. The cashier had to wait for Robert (the notary) to come out of the bathroom. Guess he was reading a book is what she kept saying. New that would be a sign. Definitely should've left! But we waited at least 10-15 mins more while he was still "using the bathroom". Finally I asked how much longer it would be because I was tired of waiting! She finally decides to text him. He comes out. The issue is we paid for paperwork to get notarized and it was already had a prepaid envelope. I placed the forms myself int the envelope and sealed it. So they literally just had to send them out. Found out 8 days later, my mortgage company never received the forms!! Guess they just through it to the side! Not the issue of $12 just pissed because this is what people are doing now!!!! Don't use this place!!! Too many other in the area!!! read more

Friendly family owned business minutes from my house. Their prices are a little more than if you went to a FedEx office or ups store but still. Family owned. I've dropped off my fair share of amazon returns and they are polite and accommodating seeing as I drop off far more than I ship. They even have a pupper that walks around and let's you love on him/her. Don't want to trigger anyone and assume the dogs gender in this day, and very stupid, and age. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't like or enjoy leaving not so nice reviews for local businesses, but I was really appalled at how badly another customer and I were treated yesterday morning. I walked into the business to watch the owner getting loud on the phone with FedEx because they messed up his customer's order, who happened to be standing there next to me. I'm okay with being assertive but do that somewhere else, not out in the open for complete strangers to hear and watch your every move. Keep in mind, this was my first time there. When the owner asked the customer what he could do to make things right, she answered him. He then began raising his voice, pointed his finger towards her, and insisted that she "wasn't listening" to him. After a few minutes, I guess they came to a resolution, and she left, shaking her head in disbelief. I was there for a notary and guess who that was? His wife had the stamp ready for him, he walks over, stamps the paper, signs it, and walks off, never once making eye contact with me or acknowledging me with a "hello", "good morning", or "thanks for coming". I paid and got the hell out of there as quick as I could. I hope others have a better experience there than I did, and I hope the owners realize their "bad day" might be a first impression for new customers. Went in to ship a package and was meet by a nasty old lady who was rude. When she say the pre paid label on my package she immidiately became rude and unwilling to assist me in my shipping needs. She asked me what was inside and I told her it was parts to a revolver she said they dont ship those items. I understand we all have bad days but she was rather ugly to me. Not sure if it was because I had a pre labeled box, if it was the gun parts, or me being a man, or me being mexican but she was unprofessional. This is the WORST place to go to ship out your packages. I have been met with some of the worst customer service from any business! If you have to drop off packages for DHL, they will charge you $5 to make that phone call for a pick up! I went to the UPS store instead and they just laughed at what I told them. Everytime I go in there the customer service is bad. No one speaks and they are rude. I rarely write a bad review but I feel since I've been in this place several time I felt I needed to. I went to get something notarized and he told me no he couldn't do it. He said it was against their bylaws, he never even looked me in my face. It was a form I fill out because my children don't get certain immunization shots.- my right! My husband feels discriminated against everytime he walks in there as well. They have always been extremely nice to me even when I have had to mail packages that were prepaid. I had to call in from work today to change a package I paid for on Saturday. I forgot to get insurance. Rose helped me over the phone and was extremely nice and patient with me. They have stayed late before when I called and said I was on my way. After using this business for YEARS, I am done. Even though there have been some instances during that time when I felt like their attitudes were sour, today was too much. My son had already been met with attitude when he went in last week. He came home and said "I don't know why you use them, that guy is so rude". Still, I went in later that week and PAID to mail a package, even purchasing a decorative padded large envelope as well. This week, I had a prepaid package and because of a UPS issue, he didn't want to take it. It was the attitude that followed that I couldn't believe, he made sure to tell me that he wasn't even "compensated" for my package. UNBELIEVABLE considering how much I have used them through the years to send paid packages, buy stamps, boxes, make copies, etc. He actually raised his voice at me, and kept on, even after I asked him not to speak to me that way. Conveniently located or not, I won't be back! My package was received with a great attitude down the street. read more
