On May 30, 2025, I received multiple electronic confirmations that USAA's $14,000 fully endorsed…read moreroof check - by both me & my mortgage company, per my homeowners' insurance policy, for hail damage - was at this UPS store, for pick-up. However, when I arrived here, including with - while I violate my own HIPAA - a broken baby toe, wearing a surgical shoe, per my podiatrist and Urgent Care/ER doctors - the entire staff could not, and would not, find the missing - essentially *CASH* - $14,000 USAA roof check. Not only do I have a fiduciary responsibility to not lose USAA's funds, I also have a fiduciary responsibility to pay my roofer, Jon Feltwell, of Company Roofing, who has a fiduciary responsibility to pay his roofers/staff. I could not let my team down. However, shockingly, when this guy in this video walked in, yelling & cussing loudly on his phone, interrupting my conversation with Owner Pam's staff, trying to understand where the missing/cash fully endorsed $14K USAA roof check was - while being told it was at a "UPS Store Access Point," while inquiring what an Access Point even is, when I was told it was being delivered to a UPS Store, then I was requesting a list of "UPS Store Access Points," to begin a Wild Goose Chase, this guy rudely interrupted. When I used my therapy skills and my NYC/CO FBI Agent dead dad's Vietnam Veteran Pilot tactics of being "cool, calm, and collected," instead of being trusted, believed, and respected - by Owner Pam's staff, the white male customer in this store (who was also sexist/misogynistic), and by this guy, instead I was victim-blamed and attacked, as per this video. This led to my suffering a mental, structural, brain-health condition, a totally preventable stress-induced migraine, and my having to take my migraine medicine. I left the store, and immediately called 911. Shockingly, Denver Police sided with this sexist/misogynist guy. Feel free to read all the other reviews about how rude Owner Pam is. Feel free to follow my lead, and take your business elsewhere! Vote with your feet & wallet, and - per capitalism - give your money to business owners who respect customers! FYI, I also called the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) about this UPS Store & Owner Pam. The FBI told me to report Pam/this UPS Store to: 1. When I walked in, he didn't even greet me, he just looked me up and down. He asked me: can I help you? Like of course you can, that's why I'm here. I asked to get my document notarized and he says: "we don't do any of that until the hours of 11 AM and 6 PM" in which I replied: "Sorry I didn't know that". He continued to be condescending and was like "we have it posted everywhere. It's posted over here and over there" and I said: "again I'm new to the store. I would have no idea that you guys have these signs posted on your storefront". I then asked do you know why that is? Because I didn't know that was a thing. He then replied mockingly: dO I kNOW why thaT is?! and then he says: "it's because we don't have enough staff to focus on you for that" Again, I was very friendly and understanding this entire interaction, He was not. After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. I asked for a receipt, and that's when she began yelling at me again that she could not do receipts, that I could take a picture of the box if I wanted, and then walked away out of sight. I grabbed my box and said I would be going somewhere else, to which she replied, "probably a good idea. I have a history of stealing packages, so there is no telling if your package would have been picked up." Word of advice for the owner - once I entered your business and said I was doing a drop-off, you could have said, "sorry, we do not accept package drop-offs here." Problem solved. 1-Star Review - UPS Store #0936, Denver (1685 S Colorado Blvd)…read more I had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've seen in a long time at this UPS Store location. I stopped in simply to ship a package. When I realized the store charges $9 just to pack the item, I decided to buy the box from them and pack the item myself, which I did right there in the store. After finishing packing, I went to the counter and asked the employee Devon (#275775) for two small pieces of tape to close the box. He refused. I had literally just purchased the box from them and only needed tape to seal it. When I questioned this absurd policy and asked to speak with a manager, Devon told me he was the manager and that if I wanted tape I would have to pay the $9 packing service fee, even though I had already packed the box myself. That makes absolutely no sense. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Devon doubled down on it. I left the store without shipping the package. As I was walking out, Devon laughed and sarcastically told me "have a nice day." When I looked back through the window, both employees were laughing. Completely unprofessional. Once in my car, I immediately called the UPS customer support line, who transferred me to customer relations where I filed a formal complaint. I also followed up with an email and written complaint. UPS corporate actually supported my complaint, stating that this is not how UPS stores should treat customers, especially when the customer already purchased the packaging from the store. Later that same day, I went to another UPS Store nearby. The employee there apologized for the experience, packed the box properly, added internal protection for the item, taped it, and did everything free of charge. She even told me that this is not the first time customers have come to them complaining about this particular location (#0936). That says a lot. UPS corporate has already emailed me with an apology and stated they will look into the behavior of this young manager, Devon. Bottom line: This situation was completely unnecessary and easily avoidable. Refusing a customer two pieces of tape after they bought a box from your store is petty, hostile, and terrible customer service. I will never return to this location again, and I recommend going to another UPS Store if you want to be treated with basic professionalism.

The problem was that when I selected a certain binding option, the right side of my pages kept getting cropped off. However, when I chose a different binding, the issue didn't occur, so it clearly wasn't a formatting problem on my end. I explained this to the employee at the print center counter, but he immediately dismissed it as a formatting issue without really looking into it. When I asked if there was any way to complete the order in-store with his help, he simply told me it was the same process as online and didn't offer any further assistance. It was frustrating because I came in specifically for support, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off instead of being properly addressed. I was hoping for a more helpful and solution-oriented experience, especially since in-store staff should have the ability to troubleshoot or assist with printing and binding issues more directly.
