We have a business were we depend of FedEx. We have been to this location on 2 separate occasions. 1.) To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business. read more

Could not have been more impressed with the service given today at this location, from all the team members. They welcomed me in quickly, took the time to identify what I needed, and continued to help me with requests one after the other while I filled my packages. Before going to this FedEx, I had an extremely poor experience at another shipping carrier before showing up. The attention and friendliness the team showed me today has secured my business with them for quite a long time. Paying on a corporate account, I was a bit nervous since I didn't leave with a receipt. Megan fixed that by following up with me later in the day with not only the receipt, but tracking numbers for my 23 packages that they finished everything up on. The most helpful place I know. The whole staff is just dying to be helpful. I go in pretty often to print random things, and I know there is no possible way my purchases account to any sort of profits for FedEx, but I feel genuinely important every time I go in. Blown up copies of images for my son's science fair, double-sided wedding programs on paper I brought in myself, a presentation when my printer ran out of ink. It's so easy there. I also like that they let me use their shipping tape instead of having to buy one of the little cheap rolls for $2.79 like you have to at the Post Office. read more

Guess the card stock I had was too thick for the copier. In any case, the women who was helping me, she was the manager was super helpful and suggested some other options for later. The worst example of customer service. I brought my package last night to drop off. ERIC was the associates name at 1440 S. Colorado Blvd location, store 0426. He opens up my package to inspect what was inside, then says that I called him STUPID. I immediately corrected him and said I never mentioned the word STUPID or implied anything. I shipping a box that had a box inside packed well for a Vizio return. Vizio used this same box to ship me a replacement unit. He proceeded to open my packed Vizio return and claimed the outside box was not good, but noticed the inside was packed well. Yet he claims that he was not authorized to accept the package and then REFUSED it. He was the only one in the store. As I walk out of this location, I said I would call FEDEX customer service and report this. He responded with "You do that". What audacity? This is NOT the way to be spoken to by anyone. I get to the other nearby location and they chuckled and said yeah, that guy has always been a problem. It's funny how the other location accepted the box with no questions. I called FEDEX this morning to report the issue and spoke to two different departments to report this. It's just incredible. I highly doubt anything will be done. read more

Nope. If I hand you a box with a return label that's taped and ready to go... don't tell me you can't accept it bc another box might go on top of it and break it. It's the original packaging. It's taped with shipping tape. I've shipped things in garbage bags before... so spare me the lecture and pathetic attempt to buy a new box. The instructions clearly state.. drop off at FedEx location or USPS. Not my first rodeo. Box was not in bad shape. You're just rude... so yep, I'm walking out. Also, USPS didn't blink an eye. If I could give negative stars I would. I went in last week to pick up a box and Mail a package and was treated horribly. I waited at the front desk while the sales associate finished his personal conversation with another coworker. I didn't mind. Not a big deal. Then he comes over and asks what I need help with. I explain what I am looking for and he answered me with the most disrespectful and rude response. I looked at him and said, "I'm sorry. I don't know what I did to make you respond so Rudely." And started walking out and as I turned he said in a condescending voice, "have a wonderful day!" I wish he had his name tag on because I would love to lodge a complaint and get him fired. I have never been treated like that and a customer service rep. should never treat someone like that. I have no idea what is going on with him in his personal life but I don't know why he felt the need to pick on me. Oh well, Karma exists. I drive by three other Fedex locations to get to this one...I think I stop in three times a week to ship items to clients, for various printing needs, to buy products, you name it...and I cannot say enough positive things. Every single person who works here is kind, helpful and efficient. Doug helps me keep my shipping rates low and manages to help me with large and heavy items and Kathy makes sure my work projects are perfect and completed on time. As consumers, we have so many choices of where to take our business and the customer service here is unbeatable. I don't care if I move across town, I'll always come back here. The FedEx Office located on Colorado Blvd. north of Florida Ave. may be the red-headed stepchild to the 24-hour Cherry Creek location; however, the staff at this location are always helpful and willing to joke around a little bit. I have asked them many stupid and absurd questions. Instead of glancing outside for my short bus in the parking lot, they answer everything I throw at them. I use the store to make copies, posters, etc. for my art projects, and somehow I leave the store everytime with exactly I had envisioned. I am going to start my first painting today using a cutout they helped me copy at the right dimensions. read more

This location maybe OK for normal, ordinary orders. It is horrible for special orders. I ordered binding for a report. I provided the copies and the report cover. I gave the staff member specific instructions for binding, none of which were followed. The report cover was intentionally a few centimeters larger than the paper, which I explained to the clerk. I spend considerable time explaining that the report document needed to be centered to the report cover. Instead the clerk trimmed the report cover to match the paper size. I ordered comb binding and got coil binding. Nothing was correct. read more

Good for mailing things via FedEx; beyond that, forget about it. Go to OfficeMax - better supplies, better prices, and a much better equipped print center. The wifi here was awful. I ended up tethering my cell phone instead. Not sure how a company bragging of hosting a tech business center in their locations can offer such abysmal speeds. When working on their computers, getting charged per minute, all you can feel is that they are slowing them down intentionally to overcharge you. If you do need to go here and have something to print, DO NOT USE THE SELF SERVICE CENTER. Instead, save yourself time, money, and headache and call ahead to get their email and send them the file directly or have the file on your phone ready to send when you get there. No per minute charge and or inconvenient technical hurtles from slow computers bogged down with "public" limitations and outdated software. read more

I went to fedex yesterday to mail a package and the person that helped me was so nice and went out of her way to make sure the package I was sending was properly wrapped and protected. When I was leaving I asked her to throw away a cup that had trash in it. When I got home, I had a message from her letting me know that she found my gold ring in the cup and wanted to return it to me. Apparently when grabbing the receipts out of my car, I inadvertently grabbed my gold band that was under it. This restored my faith in humanity just in time. I really wish I could give zero stars, I was waiting for my package considering my delivery time frame was the whole day, I was waiting by my window when I had noticed the fedex truck pull up, he never knocked or rang my door bell, I ran downstairs hoping to catch him and he had gotten in his car and began to drive away. As I chased him down my street and I know he saw me because I came out right away and chased and yelled after him. He proceeded to ignore me and drive away, I called fedex to let them know what happend expecting them to just call the driver and have him turn around since the man never knocked! No instead I was told I would get a call back telling my where my package is in half an hour. I've been waiting for 2 hours now and no phone call. And on top of this I paid for delivery, I paid to have horrible customer experience and stress and have to deal with trying to locate my package which is worth over $500. read more

I've been here twice in the last month. Between the $2/page charge they drop on people to, yeah, 20th-century style fax things (if you have a 17-page onboarding employment document, that adds up), and the person who on a separate visit [where I was told from the director of a medical organization that what I was shipping them would be paid for and packaged via their label], the weekend help said they'd ship the package but I'd have to supply my own container/envelope/box/whatever. Look dude, I understand you want to sell boxes for $7 a pop, that's FedEx's side gig; but if a director tells me "everything is paid for" with the label I printed, then don't jack with me on it. After posing 3-4 minutes of alternative scenarios with him including going down to USPS, black markering the outsides and coming back to send my parcel via FedEx in *that*, he suddenly decided I could send my package in a no-frills envelope. THANK YOU!!!! Now can you give me back the 3-4 minutes of my life you wasted, please? I'd rather trash it gargling ouzo or watching TMZ. *shakes head* read more

I am in town for work and needed a few items printed and mounted on foam board so I called the evening before to see how much notice they would need to do this for me. The guy on the phone seemed super helpful and basically said it would take 5 minutes. So I come in about an hour before I need them and the guy behind the counter laughed at me when I placed my order and said well that's not going to happen. After some rude bantering back and forth he is supposedly going to have it for me in an hour *as I stand here and watch him chit chat with the other employee* there are no other customers in the store and they are just leaning on the counter. If you're trying to get something important accomplished go somewhere else. read more
