I have used this UPS location a ton of times, mainly for Amazon returns, but for shipping other items as well. I have never had any issues with any items shipped from this location, and all of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. I just dropped off a package (a week before Christmas) and was able to walk right in, 30 minutes before they closed, be assisted right away and get my package shipped off! And a plus... They actually assist you by giving box filler paper and taping up your packages rather than making you purchase a roll of tape lol (I'm looking at you USPS..). read more

On May 30, 2025, I received multiple electronic confirmations that USAA's $14,000 fully endorsed roof check - by both me & my mortgage company, per my homeowners' insurance policy, for hail damage - was at this UPS store, for pick-up. However, when I arrived here, including with - while I violate my own HIPAA - a broken baby toe, wearing a surgical shoe, per my podiatrist and Urgent Care/ER doctors - the entire staff could not, and would not, find the missing - essentially *CASH* - $14,000 USAA roof check. Not only do I have a fiduciary responsibility to not lose USAA's funds, I also have a fiduciary responsibility to pay my roofer, Jon Feltwell, of Company Roofing, who has a fiduciary responsibility to pay his roofers/staff. I could not let my team down. However, shockingly, when this guy in this video walked in, yelling & cussing loudly on his phone, interrupting my conversation with Owner Pam's staff, trying to understand where the missing/cash fully endorsed $14K USAA roof check was - while being told it was at a "UPS Store Access Point," while inquiring what an Access Point even is, when I was told it was being delivered to a UPS Store, then I was requesting a list of "UPS Store Access Points," to begin a Wild Goose Chase, this guy rudely interrupted. When I used my therapy skills and my NYC/CO FBI Agent dead dad's Vietnam Veteran Pilot tactics of being "cool, calm, and collected," instead of being trusted, believed, and respected - by Owner Pam's staff, the white male customer in this store (who was also sexist/misogynistic), and by this guy, instead I was victim-blamed and attacked, as per this video. This led to my suffering a mental, structural, brain-health condition, a totally preventable stress-induced migraine, and my having to take my migraine medicine. I left the store, and immediately called 911. Shockingly, Denver Police sided with this sexist/misogynist guy. Feel free to read all the other reviews about how rude Owner Pam is. Feel free to follow my lead, and take your business elsewhere! Vote with your feet & wallet, and - per capitalism - give your money to business owners who respect customers! The old short dude with white hair and glasses is about rude as can be. I'm new to the neighborhood so I've never been to this store. I came to get something notarized. When I walked in, he didn't even greet me, he just looked me up and down. He asked me: can I help you? Like of course you can, that's why I'm here. I asked to get my document notarized and he says: "we don't do any of that until the hours of 11 AM and 6 PM" in which I replied: "Sorry I didn't know that". He continued to be condescending and was like "we have it posted everywhere. It's posted over here and over there" and I said: "again I'm new to the store. I would have no idea that you guys have these signs posted on your storefront". I then asked do you know why that is? Because I didn't know that was a thing. He then replied mockingly: dO I kNOW why thaT is?! and then he says: "it's because we don't have enough staff to focus on you for that" Again, I was very friendly and understanding this entire interaction, He was not. After three years of using this location for both personal and work-related shipping, I finally met the owner, Pam, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I came in to ship a package for a family member and stated I just needed my UPS label printed and placed on my package. She told me it would be "$3 and change," and I asked for clarification, saying "even if it's your guys' label, a ups label prepaid." She responded that it's not "our guys' label" and that it would be $3, then turned her back to me mid-conversation. I understand that businesses may charge for printing services, but the lack of basic customer service and communication was surprising--especially from the owner. Some of the rudest customer service I have ever received! I tried to do a passport photo and a renewal online. I waited 20 min in the store for the associate to figure out the computer needed to be turned on. Called them the next day to see if they could email me and all the associate did was blame me for not knowing they couldn't help with online renewal. What was even more surprising is I called her out on it and she was surprised. Save yourself the time and go any where else! read more

Just dropped off 2 Amazon returns. The woman, middle aged gray hair no name tag, was the rudest person. i was carrying two boxes and set the folded in half QR code paper on the counter in front of her. she made me unfold the paper stating "it was not her job" to open it. Just so incredibly rude while i'm trying to set my boxes down. One of the boxes i received was pretty beat up. She said she will only put one strip of tape on it "because tape costs money". I said fine that's how i received it from UPS. Her tone was just so aggressive and combative. made me feel like wow, that's how she gets to exert control in her life. Honestly, the worst service of any UPS store I've ever (tried to) visit in the United States. Today it was staffed by one verrrryyyy sllloooww moving man and one verrrryyyy slllooowww foul-mouthed moving woman who was playing diva with some police officers for some reason, and the line had backed up about 15 people deep out the door. I was # 12 in line, and after about 20 minutes in line I just quit and went to another store. I'll never go back to this store. The woman behind the desk was yelling two other customers for some reason that they weren't allowed to call the manager and if they tried to call the manager she (the clerk) would call even more police. My first time trying to ship a box at a UPS Store and I will never return to this location without a pre-paid shipping label. Lyn was working and wow, what an attitude. I interrupted her smoke break, which probably explains why she had an attitude from the beginning. She started with "are you shipping this? It's going to get crushed." I'm not impressed with a shipping company that will "crush" a sturdy cardboard box, but I explained it was the same box it arrived in, and she proceeded to tell me it was not. Okay Lyn. She asked for my ID, I asked why she needed my ID, she explained, I gave her my ID. She proceeded to put in the shipping notes "customer did not want to provide ID", and told me she was putting that in case there was a problem. Since I had offered her my ID with no issue, I questioned why she put that statement in the notes and she said I was being difficult and she would delete it, but would hand write it on the box. Lyn is surly and rude and should not be entrusted with a customer-facing position. I took my package and left, and will ship it with FedEx. UPS, I know you don't care about my one little box, but you should still consider the experience your customers have when they enter your stores. During the past month I've been in this store twice and both times the 2 staff members were not helpful and in one case combative when dealing with an Amazon return. Very poor management to allow this behavior from staff. I will drive to ANY other UPS location to avoid this store and the rude staff. I use Pirate Ship at home to create a label; download it to the library for printing; and drop it off at this store. Love this method of shipping. My label today printed way oversized. I thought it was odd but I was using an envelope service I'd never tried before. I thought maybe that was how those labels were supposed to print. The gentleman who owns this place is super rude. I sell pins and randomly stopped by here on Saturday because I was running errands and it was close. They shipped my pins for $1.95 with tracking and I was amazed because that's the cheapest I've ever paid. I drove back here (20 minutes drive each way) to ship additional pins today because of the pricing and when I went to pay my package was $5. I asked why the sudden increase and the gentleman behind the counter got so rude explaining how he wouldn't do something like that (even though he's the exact human who helped me) and how so I expect him to ship stuff so cheap. I was shipping asking why the difference and explaining I had driven to this location because of how affordable it was. He kept insisting I had stamps (haven't used a stamp in who knows how long. Not even sure I own any) or something. Then he rudely proclaimed "was your 20 minute drive worth saving two dollars?" I seriously wasn't even being mean, just trying to understand why the price was so different on Saturday compared to Tuesday for the same exact package and weight. He said he'd never shipped anything for less than $4 with tracking. I have the receipt and was going to take it in to show him but he literally said "if we accidentally charged you incorrectly I'm more than happy to charge you the additional amount I didn't on Saturday." I've never had someone be SO RUDE when I'm just trying to understand something and am not trying to argue. You would think they would be kind to customers during a time where business is not the easiest thing to come by. I will never be back here based on how I was treated, especially when I flush the receipt and it was 1.95 to ship each item with tracking attached right underneath. Needed two bank documents notarized around Christmas time. This location offers notary services. Waited in line with my wife for around 20 minutes. When our turn came, we were told they couldn't notarize our documents because they were too busy. I understand that the holidays are very busy, but it shouldn't have taken more than 5-10 minutes to complete our transaction. Considering how slowly they completed shipping transactions, it's not like we would have been holding up the line. Meanwhile, the same staff member that said she couldn't help us had plenty of time to share personal anecdotes with the customer ahead of us. If you can't perform certain services around the holidays, fine. But it would be nice if you could post some signage so people don't waste their time. read more

I had to ship a small box and needed to print the label to go with my package. Most times I have the information readily available in my email and it never is a hassle. Just hop on the computer and print the PDF out (most time they offer to help and never charge me more than a quarter). This was a normal 8.5 by 12 piece and the content took up only half of a page. When I was informed that it costs $3 to use the computer for 3 minutes I was puzzled. But given I already was late in shipping my package, I didn't have any other option. Their computer was extremely slow, it took me 2 minutes just to get to my yahoo login. Feeling as though I was rushed and being charged every minute overtime, I quickly pulled up the information and clicked print. Then immediately logged off just a little before 3 minutes. After grabbing my receipt and label in the printer I noticed they charged me $6 dollars! On top of it, my label didn't print correctly even though it appeared in the print preview. I felt scammed and frustrated that I would have to swipe my card, re-login, and pay 6 dollars for 1 piece of paper. I decided to leave and highly recommend you never use this location. read more

I used the UPS store to ship a $450 warranty replacement back for my daughter who plays college softball in South Carolina. My bat was lost and I was contacted by the manager of this store who said I would only be reimbursed $100 because I didn't purchase insurance. I was not asked to declare the value at any point during my transaction and that is what I read should have happened on their site after the fact. My main problem is that the package (that I purchased from this store and they secured) actually made it to the destination without my daughter's bat inside. It's hard not to believe that my item was stolen because of how suspect the whole process was. Also, the manager was very condescending on the phone and I STILL have not even received my $100. I had to purchase a $510 replacement in order for my daughter to have a bat for her season that started this week. read more

I went here recently to ship a laptop to my employer. I had the label in my email. Whenever I've done this type of thing at Fedex, they just tell me to forward it to them, and they print it. Not at UPS. First, I was trying to pull up the email/label on my phone and couldn't get it to load because the store does not have wi-fi! I was shocked that a shipping store (or any store) would not have wi-fi. I asked them if I could get the email to come up on my phone, could I just send the email/label to them to print? Nope, I would have to pay to use the guest computer there to pull up my email, and pay to print the label myself. Such a hassle. And the customer service rep was not friendly or helpful at all. Fedex makes printing & shipping SO much easier (and does not nickel & dime you in the process). I do understand that UPS is not a printing center, but still. They could definitely provide a more modern, convenient and positive customer experience. read more

Then, per the instructions in the email from the company who paid for the shipping label, I showed her the bar code and asked her to print the label. She replied that they don't print labels but I would be welcome to use their customer rental computer for $3.95 per minute to print the label. Absolute joke, incompetent and rude service. read more
