Mary is absolutely rude she seems as if she never wants to be there, God forbid you have her repeat the information she already so rudely shared, she's more than happy to tell you to READ THE SCREEN SO SHE DOESNT HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING HERSELF. why work somewhere when you're absolutely unhappy ? Firstly, I want to thank Teresa and the entire USPS Park Hill team for their excellent customer service. They not only helped me track down a package that was sent to my old address, but Teresa notified me every step of the way. I used to live in a different service area and had a similar issue happen, and I didn't receive the same quality of customer service and support that the USPS Park Hill staff have provided me. I agree with All the reviews about Mary, the postal clerk! She's a very unpleasant person. I usually mail packages weekly. Before I enter the post office I say a Prayer. Please God I hope Mary is not working today. I can't imagine being her co-worker. Those poor people. I've even call to complain, but didn't receive a response. I hope she will retire in 2023. Fantastic Post Office. Popped in here one Saturday afternoon at 12:15pm (15 minutes before closing). My experience was very pleasant, I had to park on the street as the parking lot looked full. I walked in with a pre-labeled and packaged parcel. There was a long line so I walked to the front and politely asked if I could set my pre-paid package on the counter. The woman at the desk, Mary, said nothing. I waited for her to finish with the person she was working with and asked again. Mary then yelled I ALREADY SAID YES TO YOU. I'm sorry Mary, but even if you did say yes I wouldn't have asked again just for fun, I clearly didn't hear you. On the way out I hear her being terribly rude to the next customer at the counter. read more

Decent USPS on the cusp of Park Hill. The building itself is pretty run down and in-need of some updates, including an automated machine. That being said, I was in and out within 10 minutes, sending a certified letter to California. Like my other USPS in Lowry, the people who work here are really nice and it's not their fault the facilities are outdated. read more

went there at 3:45pm on 11/29/21: I went there to return some clothing items I ordered and I was waiting in line while an older man was being "helped" by Mary, an older woman with glasses, longer grey hair, and a nasty unwarranted attitude. The older man was clearly having issues hearing Mary and understanding what she was asking. He accidentally put cash on the scale because he was ready to pay and she rudely said "can you not put that on there while I'm trying to weigh? I'm trying to weigh your item." That first threw me off as rude. When he purchased stamps, he handed her the cash and another older man said "man it's getting rude in here" because of her attitude. (He wasn't wrong.) Mary then proceeded to slam the chain into the first older mans hands and said "next customer" which was the second older man. She quickly dismissed his question and asked for the next customer, whom she almost overcharged before the woman corrected her. I was then up and she rudely told me that I needed to tape my label and tape was available for purchase and I said I would like to purchase it and she told me to tape it then she would charge me. She barely spoke a word to me and when another woman asked a quick question, Mary didn't respond. I said "she is talking to you" and Mary said "I'm with another customer right now" and gave me my receipt. I told Mary to have a nice day and she didn't respond. I guess the stress of customer service and low staff. I've been there plenty of times working by myself when I should've had 5 coworkers with me. But the man may have had a disability, or just a hard day, and Mary treated him differently and everyone else after we called her out for her disrespect. This is disgusting. Not sure if I should expect more from USPS but this was unacceptable. USPS: do better. read more

The woman you helped me was very rude!! She had a terrible attitude the entire time she was helping. She kept telling me to stop doing something that I wasn't even doing!! She walked away while I was trying to pay making the payment process take forever when I just wanted to get out of there. She went to the back and threw my package into the bin. I heard the package knocking against other things in the back. Overall, a terrible experience for what should have been only 3 minutes. Based on the other reviews, I'm going to assume this was Mary. A small post office with one guy behind the counter moving as fast as he can to help the impatient costumers. For me, I was attempting to mail a laptop to MO, an endeavor I took on myself. In hindsight I wish I would have just taken this task to my mail room and let them handle it. Hindsight is always 20/20 right? I went through every box in the store trying to pack the laptop and carrying case into one box. Alas, the one box I hadn't tried, the biggest one in the store was the winner. The laptop was lonely in there, in that big box with nothing to keep it company. Poor thing. The guy behind the counter was friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me with everything I needed. It's a small post office, and an efficient one. I'll be back. read more

This is a decent post office but it's very dated. So dated that I didn't even know we had one in this area and almost passed it by when looking for it. Theres no parking lot that I saw, instead just off street parking which got a little cut throat with people swooping in for spots. I went a couple of weekends ago to mail out Xmas gifts and apparently, everyone else had the same idea because the line was out the door. Sanitizers on hand would have been convenient because there were wild, little children running around hacking their brains out, while their parents ignored them while waiting in line. It was gross. I prefer to go to post offices that have an automated machine so I can get in and get out but they don't offer one here so if you're coming here, be prepared to wait.They were out of a majority of forms like delivery confirmation and customs so instead of filling it out while waiting, had to do all that when I got up to the counter. Definitely not my preferred choice of post offices to go to but would go to again if I had no other choice. read more

I still go there because it is the closest to my house but she sucks, and was espescially rude to me tonight. Wouldn't take my packages because I came in 5 minutes before they closed. No one in line. I don't think many people can claim to love a post office, but I come close to loving this one and mainly for one reason only - I can come in here on any given day, at any given time and invariably witness something like this: An older gentleman who is quite dapper, usually wearing a pair of nice pants and a vest opens the door and looks in. There is a line (doesn't matter how long) yet his face lights up. "Bill!" he exclaims, "How have you been friend? It's so nice to see you today!" *My eyes rove wildly, looking around for Bill* Another older gentleman who is also quite dapper, perhaps in a newsie style hat he's owned for long since they were a gleam in your local hipster's eye looks up from his conversation with the woman in front of him. "Sam!" he also exclaims, "My man! What are you mailing today?" Sam and Bill, or whichever other two gentleman I've seen proceed to engage not only each other in a conversation, but pretty soon almost anyone in line is being called upon or chiming in. And before you know it your turn at the counter is up and you almost want to say to the person behind you, "After you..." But, it's the post office so obvi you don't. ----- The clerks are just as friendly here and boy howdie are they also efficient. So if I ever find myself having to wait in line at a post office I'd much prefer to do it at one with such a friendly group of neighbors! read more

I had a package that said it was delivered on my porch and yet never received anything. I called USPS general customer service, was patched through and talked to somebody who barely understood english. Finally, I had some common sense to call the Park Hill location directly. I talked to an employee (Jen) who sounded very stressed out and told me to call back in an hour and talk to her supervisor Jane. Fast forward an hour and I called the post office. Jane answered after two rings and asked to put me on hold. I could hear her conversations in the background and could tell that she was dealing with a multitude of obstacles during the holiday season (trucks breaking down, employees not showing up etc). Despite all she was dealing with, Jane was SO polite and helpful. I cannot speak enough to her customer service. She was able to track down exactly where the package was dropped off using their GPS locator and we were able to determine that my package was stolen. She was very empathetic and gave me some tips to avoid this in the future. USPS: YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE JANE. Great work Park Hill location. Despite being devastated over the stolen holiday package, I am happy with the service I received. Thank you. read more

The US Post Office on 3355 Hudson is ok. But, we usually have to wait a long time before our mail is delivered, sometimes until 10PM at night. When we complain no one listens. We've seen other areas of our neighborhood who get their mail at 11AM or 2PM, but never as late as 10PM. One time we called the Post Office and no one would answer the phone. We went into the Post Office and the lady at the front desk admitted that they didn't answer the phone because there weren't enough people working there that day. They are unfair and incompetent, in our opinion. read more

I am very angry to have received a warning about keeping my dog confined! When a postal worker came to my door { which was closed and locked} I told him my dog was chained in the kitchen. She barked, but was absolutely no threat because she was chained! I have lived in my house for forty years and have never received such a condescending notice. I KNOW that dogs bite, that is why mine was chained before i answered the door and why I told the letter carrier so. If this guy feels it's necessary to harass a responsible dog owner, then maybe he is too fearful to deliver the mail!!! read more
