Needed to print some documents in color so stopped in to use the self service printer. Employees were helpful getting the printer configured so I could feed in the paper I brought (card stock and table place cards) rather than the default printer paper. Was also able to use the rotary blade cutter to trim things down and finish my project there. Good service and good quality printing (no streaks, etc.) for $0.70/page. read more

When I walked in, a bell rang throughout the store, but despite there being about six employees behind the counter, no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. I stood there with a package for what felt like too long before asking, "Which one of you should I go to?" Of course, they were helpful once I spoke up, but with that many employees, I would expect at least one person to greet customers and offer assistance. I have been coming to this FedEx print and ship center for a couple years, more so now that I live so close! They are a great one stop for everything place. They have supplies, boxes, tape, envelopes, able to print out documents, use computers and the internet, and even complete special orders. I have been here for business and personal reasons. My latest was a special order for Christmas. I had my niece design a special sign for one of my brother's. I then asked FedEx Print Center to make it into a vinyl sticker (which can withstand inclemental weather too). I had them make 16 stickers and was told it would be about $45. I went after Christmas to pick them up (got busy and wasn't seeing my brother until later anyways). I felt like an idiot, my mask tore and I needed to have one to enter the store! I called the business and sure enough, they have masks and even brought one out to me! Just wonderful customer service!!! It was a rather busy day with lots of people coming and going. A lot of people were shipping out packages and also picking up packages. There are purple sticker signs on the floor to keep the 6' apart request. I finally get to the counter and the lady was very nice and helpful. I wasn't happy that someone used a rubber band on the stickers, because it tends to bend them. However, all except the top one were in perfect condition. Then the most fabulous news? My total was only $16.25 with tax! I stuttered. I asked the lady if she was sure, because on the phone I was told around $45. She said "yep, it shows only $16. Merry late Christmas!" NOW THAT IS AN AWESOME GIFT! I will definitely be going back. Clean store, excellent customer service, dealt with quickly and efficiently and best of all...affordable! I will try to update my review with some pictures of the vinyl stickers. Let me say this: this review started out as only 1 star. But because of the way the manager handled things, she earned them an additional 2 stars. 6 people working here, 3 other people in the store, and not one person addressed me for literally a whole 15 minutes. So I wandered over to the self-help machines and started my own print job. The machine must've been out of ink, because it printed 7 blank pages instead of the 7 copies that I needed. So I walked back over to the counter to seek help again; spent another 5 minutes waiting at the counter (there were no other customers to be helped at this time but me.) All of the associates kept walking past me, doing their own thing here and there. Finally, I had to speak up to grab someone's attention so that I could get some help. While I was waiting, though, the manager, a gorgeous African American lady, came from the back and put hot coals to everyone's assess and straightened everything out. One associate had answered the phone rudely within earshot of the manager, and that was all she wrote, lol. Everyone, including the now highly embarrassed associate, jumped to it and started helping. It's a shame it takes her being on them like that for them to do their jobs. But at least she got things done! read more

The manager has not been educated about shipping, this is the sole reason for this 1 star. She claims that Fedex can not accept shippings that are not boxed. Which means, if you wrap your merchant you can not ship it. However, anyone else but her accepts the shipments that are wrapped, this proves that she is interfering with everyone else plus Fedex plus nature of shipping. According to the Fedex , shipments that are well packed are accepted. I can not imagine an shipping company that does not accepts wrapped shipments. Meanwhile this makes me think, if she wants to charge extra $$$ for boxing. read more

So glad to post this review both on the FedEX survey link and Yelp as I truly am grateful for the service offered by Lum (pronounced Loom) at the FedEx Office located on 160 Milwaukee st, Denver. He went above and beyond in not only modifying but also printing out my business cards (same day service). I was highly impressed by his ease at using the FedEX software, his extreme attention to detail and his customer service skills. This is what model employees are made off and FedEX is extremely lucky to have such a person on their team. I will always ask for Lum when I go there to renew my business card order. I have to also give credit to the entire store for their neat, clean and tidy appearance as well as display of great customer service by "all" other employees. While mesmerized by Lum's great customer service, I did at the corner of my eye catch a glimpse of how other employees were relating to customers and I was super excited by what I saw. The employees there treat you like family or a long lost friend. One other employee, was a Caucasian female, I did not see her name tag even knew just by the job that a customer was from Denver University because I suppose they get a lot of print orders for certain projects from DU. I had earlier gone to a different company to attempt to print out my business cards and was extremely disappointed by the quality of work they did. But when I called FedEX not only was the work completed the same day, it was completed well beyond my expectations and I walked away a happy customer thanks to Lum. By the way, I had weeks earlier applied to work for FedEX as a courier driver and still processing my application with the Louisville, CO office as a part-time courier driver (FedEX Express) so it is extremely encouraging to know that soon enough I will be part of an company that offers this level of service! Easy peasy! Not sure when this place moved, but the new location is squeaky clean and (still) centrally located for all of your printing and shipping needs. I don't need things printed often--maybe two or three times per year--but when I do, Fedex is my go-to. Their website makes things super easy to upload a file, type a few things in, ba-da-bing, ba-da-boom, your order is placed. I usually add special instructions so I can't pay online, but that's not really a big deal to me. The team will typically give me a call to go over the order and make some decisions, although this last time they didn't and the order turned out perfect. I will say that it can be pretty pricy--I ordered two smaller mounted signs (in color) which ran me about 130 big ones. Like I said, I don't do this all that often, but I bet you could probably find a better price somewhere else in Denver. The consistency, quality, and peace of mind are worth it to me, though! The parking situation, as with anything in Cherry Creek, is just okay. There's a paid parking lot right behind the store now, or you could for metered street parking nearby. At first I thought to myself, "Self! What are you thinking trying to pick up anything in the Cherry Creek neighborhood?! Don't you know how hard parking is down there and how long it takes to get in and out?" But, then I realized that this FedEx exists is some weird Cherry Creek warp zone where they are fast and efficient and that is awesome. The first benefit is they have their own parking garage. An automatic score in this neighborhood where street parking is at a premium. Secondly, they will take your passport photo, print it, ring you up, and have you on your way in about 15 minutes. This was fantastic for me as my passport was the final step in this name change game I've been playing since I married Sir Nicholas last October. Finally, I've had a couple of print jobs ordered from this store based on my positive experience with the passport photos and every single time they've finished the job was sooner than the time quoted, and the original time quoted was always less than 24 hours to begin with. Road rage can be a problem dangerous to yourself and others. Parking rage can be an even bigger problem when trying time and time again to find a parking spot for this FedEx Kinkos. It's one thing to already be perturbed about the lack of parking opportunity, but it's another to already be frustrated only to be more frustrated by the glacial speed of their computers and service. Like, I said - it drives me to a place where I may harm myself or others around me by throwing a computer or the always out-of-service color printer at the wall. On another note, I do like that you are able to snatch a receipt from the very expensive printing services and computer time from the kiosk by simply entering your credit card used for said transactions. That certainly helps keep track of my finances and expenses, but when there is any need of human assistance - it's not easy to come by. Though the staff is always friendly, there never seems to be much sense of time sensitivity or the fact there are people spending money and waiting in line for a long time while doing it. It's not as if the FedEx employees are just loitering and ignoring customers as it's quite clear they are hustling back and forth completing their projects, but I swear every time I get to the register, I either don't receive a response or am told that they'll be right with me. Every time. Maybe more man power would help, which I know is definitely easier said than done. So, perhaps a more efficient system of handling customer requests. Needless to say, they do offer a wide range of printing, binding, shipping, laminating, you name it. I just wish every visit here didn't create a curmudgeon out of me. read more

What good are 24 hour businesses if they don't function properly even when they're open? This is the closest FedEx Kinkos to my house, but proves to be the least convenient. Again, today, just wanting something simple on the run, to print an Amazon receipt, and none of their computers can print. This has happened to me before, I've had the PCs run out of RAM, the card reader eat my card, been completely ignored by staff, etc. Something happens about 50-60% of the times I attempt to patronize them, resulting in a trip to yet another branch. I've informed the management on several of the occasions, to which they apologize and claim a resolution is forthcoming, and nothing gets fixed. My rationale for returning is that it's in Cherry Creek, a relatively affluent part of Denver, wouldn't FedEx care about how poorly this place functions and remedy the situation? Apparently not, though I guess this is a case of "fool me once, shame on you, fool me over and over again, shame on me". read more

I live within walking distance of another Kinko's yet given a choice, I will use this location. The staff is excellent at what they do, which is provide customer service. I had a problem tonight with a technical issue on the photo printer. Instead of fibbing to me or making any excuse he plainly stated that it appeared that I knew more about the problem and it's solution than he might have. This is the location I use most for my printing/copying/notarizing needs. Even though it's no longer close to my house, I've had bad experiences at other places and so always find myself driving here. They have at least a dozen computers, a dozen copiers, fantastic laser printers (color and B&W), and really friendly staff. Oh! They're open 24 hours, which has come in very handy on those days that I finish my presentation late but have to print out slide handouts before I get on an early morning flight. Excellent service for all the printing I can't do in my office. I typically like to do things myself and have the option for service if I run into trouble- which is exactly how this FedEx works. They have good self-service printers, and the print counter is very helpful for presentation materials and printing large blueprints. The sales associate, Alla, is extremely helpful, recently she handled my blueprint printing, trimmed them to size and bound them for me. I always feel like Alla will do anything for customer satisfaction. For a last minute solution, this is a great resource. They also have good prices on quality office supplies. Really helpful when I ran out of staples and didn't want to drive to the big supply store. It's also a great stop for shipping drop off. You do need a little patience here, though. They can get crazy busy for 5 minute increments, and you just have to wait it out. And there is a free parking garage in the back for FedEx customers... Helpful in Cherry Creek. read more

I needed to print out a large pdf (textbook for a class) and figured this place would be as good as any. My expectations were fulfilled and some. Eric greeted me as soon as I walked in, and set about to the task right away. Throughout the process of printing my textbook, I noticed that he personally greeted each customer that came in, directing them to the appropriate counter or staffer or asking them to kindly wait, that he would be with them as soon as possible. Here is what I need to know...why is this considered a full service print supplier? I took in a business card design to have printed. I had it on a jump drive and went to the full service desk. I was told to go to the computers and do it myself. There was an employee who was to show me how to do the online order but we tried three computers and none of them worked at which point she left me on my own and told me to give it my best shot. I asked about stock choices and was told to pick it online. She had no clue what she was doing. This was a horrible experience and I will never go to this Kinko's again in fact may avoid all Kinko's in the future. DO NOT go to this shop for your printing needs. I had an issue dealing with an online order. The main manager was very friendly, and he did his best to help me get the issue fixed. In my second trip to FedEx to pick up the corrected order, the female assistant manager was rude beyond belief. I'm actually not sure I've ever seen such terrible customer service from a person in a managerial role. I ordered a poster for my wedding, and when I took it out of it's scroll, not only would it not lie flat, but there were a number of wrinkles and dents in the paper. It did not look good. When I told Jordan my concerns about the order, she became irritated, started to walk away, and crumpled up the poster. Then she told me it would take several hours to get the one item re-printed. Her tone and demeanor were so off-putting, and she made every effort to make it clear that she believed I was in the wrong for asking for a reprint of the dented poster. After leaving the store, I decided just to cancel my order completely, as I did not have time to wait several hours for them to fix the item. I called the 1-800 number, and they told me I needed to contact the store directly for a refund. When I called the store to explain that I needed a refund because I did not have time to wait around for the re-printed order, they pretended that they had no ability to give a refund and referred me to the 1-800 phone number. I stated that I had already called the 1-800 number, so I was aware that the store needs to give me the refund directly. At that point, the man on the phone replied replied, "OK I will take care of that for you." Obviously he was able to do the refund the entire time but was trying to give me the run-around. All in all, working with this store was a terrible experience, and I will not return there again. I would not recommend them. read more

I went to Fedex Kinkos to have some business cards made. Not a very complicated job so I thought. The business cards turned out horrible. The ink was smeared and faded and looked completely unprofessional. I decided to go back in and show them an old business card that looks like it should. The manager told me that it was printed by someone else and they cant match other printers. I laughed because he was pretty much telling me that other printers do a better job. If you are looking to have anything printed I would highly suggest you go somewhere else. Not only is the quality of work terrible, but the customer service is even worse. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

One of the few Fedex Kinkos locations open 24 hours, this site has been a salvation on more than one occasion. It's located in Chery Creek North, which add to parking hassles. But for those in the know, there is a secret off street parking facility behind it, for about 4 cars. If your lucky, you can park under cover and for free to do all your printing and copying needs. The one big pet peeve I have is the photo printing machines need an employee to validate your printing, so you have to load it then wait for an employee to come help you start the printing. But when you need your job at 3AM, they can help you out, so I can live with some hassles in having that convenience. read more
