I had a wonderful experience at this location yesterday 3/11/26. I needed to find a drop off and it was around 6:30 pm. I looked up this location and took 6 FED EX letters to be mailed from my office in Chapel Hill. Again concerned about the time, and the young man who helped me, Torian, assured me that my letters would be sent from that location. Had a hold for pickup direct signature required package here. Wasn't delivered at the earlier drop off and I was going out of town the next day. Employees lied to me and made me think the carrier would bring it when he picked up at 6 pm. Refused to do the bare minimum I asked, for them to check with him when he came back and ask him to check for the package. Now 2 days later no clue where it is and I'm going to have to cancel my vacation to come back to durham to get this before it gets returned or be out $400 for the item. FedEx stinks but I thought having it held here would be safe. But employees just spouted boilerplate lies about it coming in that afternoon and have now cost me $$$$ either way on this package. read more

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Decor/ambiance: 4 Customer Service: 4 Great convenient location! They have all of the service options here. Nice size operation with supplies available for purchase too. I visited yesterday to drop off 2 small boxes. As I was pulling up the FEDEX pickup guy was there as well so I knew my timing was just perfect. Long story short, i run inside with my boxes only to hear that they could not take my boxes because the drive had already inventoried his truck. I pulled up as the pick up was going down and they won't take my box.. saying it won't ship tonight - told me to take it up the street. I was just floored... so i drove 10 minutes up the street to take my boxes. I guess one tip would be don't show up within the last hour of the business being open or you will run into issues like I did. read more

After leaving Wilmington and the Fedex Office Print and Ship Center, I had come to know and left behind...I knew I would need to find another professional printing center to handle my needs in my new hometown. Remembering what David and Sam said at the Wilmington location, they recommended this location before moving. So, today, I finally needed some marketing creatives printed off for an upcoming event and ventured 10 mins north to this location. When I walked in, it wasn't very busy and the place was immaculate, inside. After waiting behind one customer for about 5 mins, a staff member from the packing department came over to assist me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and knew just how to get my prints in line quickly. After going through my request twice to ensure accuracy, he then offered me a quote of what it would be, before coming back the next day to pick them up. I was not in sticker shock with the price and the quote was actually less than I thought it would be...so of course I asked him to move forward. I haven't received my order back yet so there will be a follow up review, but so far so good and it's close to home so that's a bonus. read more

Very friendly associates up in here! I came in for a quick work errand and disastrously wasted $15+ on photo prints that did not come out as I'd wanted. I was going to suck it up and comp the loss, but the nice man behind the counter (bad with names!) refunded me - I didn't even have to ask! - and came out from behind his post to help me. Their Kodak print machine is pretty amazing. Great quality. I got exactly what I wanted for about $3. I just outed myself as a complete tech fail (CTF), but hopefully you get the point that EVEN as a CTF, you'll get what you need here. read more

I was pleasantly surprised today at our quick trip to the FedEx Office Store. The parking lot was PACKED and the store was CROWDED so I anticipated that it was going to be a long and stressful visit. However, once we got inside a store clerk came out from the back, asked what we needed done (binding of class notes), took the papers and said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. Less than 2 minutes later, someone brought it back out and escorted us through the crowd to the cashier. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes total! The staff was friendly and cheerful! If you need something bound its around $5 which is great! I recommend this store for all your office and mailing needs! Tip: If it looks crowded don't be discouraged! They are quick! read more

It's like any typical fedex/kinkos stations....however, it's the only one I have ever been to that only has one picture processing station. I usually like to be in and out of these places but I had to wait almost an hour for the person ahead of me to finish coping and printing pictures. This location should really look into getting more picture stations. And the employee told me the couple using the station had been there for hours and there's no time limit. read more

TLDR: A bit pricey, good quality poster with timely service. But they lost or destroyed my property. I had a poster printed here about a month ago. I was asked to leave the flash drive I used to transport the poster with them and I could pick it up later when I picked up the poster. The poster was printed in a good time frame and good quality (albeit a bit pricey), but when I asked about the flash drive, the employee said they could not find it. Fast-forward about 3 weeks when I called in to check if they had found it. The employee said they did find it and I could come pick it up with an ID. I was on travel, so after about 2 weeks I went in to pick up my flash drive to find that (a) they could not find it and (b) it was likely sent out to be destroyed (even though they did not have any records of it being destroyed). The reason why it was destroyed is because it was there for too long, citing that they can't hold too many missing items for too long. I have never been asked to leave a flash drive to get a poster printed before and they even said the employee was not supposed to do this. If they weren't collecting flash drives from people, they shouldn't even have a large lost-and-found. It makes no sense. read more

First time visiting this FedEx location. I usually go to the UPS nearby in the same shopping center. They greet you right as you walk in which is quite nice. I printed off a shipping label beforehand and the the whole process probably took around less than 8 minutes. Granted there weren't really anyone else there. I rarely go to FedEx, but today I had to there twice. Once this morning and once this evening. This morning I had to make 200 copies. I asked a gentleman behind the counter to help me with the copy machine and he did so with no problem. Later I found out he was the store manager. I had to come back later this evening to print off a few copies. I was sitting at the computer in the corner and I heard someone behind me yell out very loudly CAN YOU STEP BACK AWAY FROM ME CORNIA VIRUS IS GOING ON. I turned to see what was going on and it was a employee yelling at a older black female customer. I felt that it was very rude of him to be yelling at that older customer and everyone knows that there is a pandemic. I didn't say anything about the rudeness of the employee at that point. I then asked for a pen from the same employee he handed it to out of his shirt pocket. I filled out my paperwork. I was in a hurry I dropped off the pen I borrowed at the counter and said thanks. That same employee which was later identified as the assistant manager. Said in front of a store full of other customers "I don't want it I don't know if you got Corona virus or not". Laughing. He was trying to be a dick to me. I looked at him quickly and just walked out I was in a hurry. I went and did what I had to do. When I finished it just didn't sit right with me in my spirit with what happened at that FedEx store on hwy 55 in Durham, NC. So I went back to the store to tell the store manager what had transpired. I asked to speak to the store manager the young lady walked over to the two guys that where further behind the counter. The moment I walked back in the assistant manager looked up and saw me and looked back down quickly. He knew why I had came back. He had set a stage to try to embarrass me when I left the first time,but he didnt get the laughs he was looking for. But when i showed back in the store he looked up and immediately knew he had bit off more than he could chew. I spoke to the assistant manager and told him how I felt about how he made the older black lady feel while over hearing him in the store yelling at her. And the way he tryed to be funny towards me while in the store. I don't know if the assistant manager is a racist or he just enjoys yelling and trying to humiliate customers. I spoke to the store manager and tryed to tell him his manager was a dick with two customers in his store today but he was too busy trying to defend the assistant manager he couldn't understand that this was and issue. I will never go back to that FedEx on hwy 55 in Durham, NC. I really believe that those two managers are racist toward the black customers. I explained to the store manager that I am a retired 20 yr Army Veteran Militray Police Officer and I have defended this great nation against people who treat myself or people who look like me in that matter. His response was he's a Veteran too i told him that i met Veterans like him before. There were tons like him that stormed the Capitol in Washington DC. He said if I didn't like his response I could get out. I said no problem. I'll make sure I will let other people of my race know how 2 black customers were treated today at FedEx on hwy 55 in Durham, NC. Take your business somewhere else that store does not care for black people. Spend your money with people who treat you like your important. Please tell others. read more
