Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly mishandled mail and packages. On one visit, I was given someone else's bank statement and a different person's credit card statement. Despite requiring a boxholder key "to prevent mail mix-ups," these errors happen regularly. The staff members at the counter often overlooks packages during pickup. We often have to return later to request a full search of their shelves because we are missing items that show as delivered. Worse, USPS packages are mistakenly given to other box holders and returned to sender. I've chosen to move my business elsewhere--where service is reliable and staff take care to ensure mail reaches the right hands. read more

Very bad service, the attitude was as if they don't want to take the business, I have the lable printed on paper requested to stick it on the box with a stick on lable, I have the shipping bar code too but they want to charge me for printing the lable, this is absolute stupidity!!! I saw someone getting the lable printed next to me, and they want to charge me, I don't understand what's the difference. So after going back home sticking the lable on the box and came back to the shop to deliver, the same guy took the box he was very rude, gave me the receipt and said "there is no charge for the receipt" I was surprised by the hate he was showing. Adding to the bad reviews of this store, I went to return a laptop to my workplace with a label they emailed me. When I got there and pulled up the label, I saw it was for FedEx. The person told me that they could still package it for me and then I could drop it off at FedEx. She presented it as a free-of-charge service, and it wasn't even a service I requested, it was something she offered to do, and at no point did she ever tell me how much it would cost. So I was pretty surprised when she rang me up for $24 because all she said, while picking up my laptop and carrying it away without actually giving me time to make a decision or even asking if I wanted the service, was, "Hey, I can box it up for you and then you'll just need to take it to FedEx," and it seemed like a friendly gesture. She had no trouble telling me how much shipping would be when she thought I'd be using their shipping services, but when it was clear I wouldn't be, she decided to use shady, greedy and underhanded tactics to make a quick buck in some other way. Of note is that I was in the store with my special needs son, which she saw and opted to take advantage of me already being in a compromised, challenging situation. Had she told me there would have been a cost, I would've declined the service, but then I wouldn't have left bad reviews and probably would've gone back because I would've appreciated the honesty. A Google review of this store complained of the same experience and plenty of reviews complained of overcharging, so I guess price gouging customers and being unethical and deceitful is just the standard business practice here (good for the short-term bottomline but pretty bad for customer retention). Called corporate and asked for a refund and they refused. Obviously makes you wonder in what other ways they're scamming people. They're very untrustworthy and dishonest, and I'll never come here again. read more

I walked in today and no one was there except the two people behind the counter. Middle aged woman and younger boy. I thought GREET. no line! Both ignored me but I stood in the little box to "wait for service" as directed by the notes on the floor. Both continued to ignore me. A man came in after about 3 long minutes of holding my two heavy packages and went around me to set his 3 little packages on a side counter. The woman came over immediately to GREET HIM....then helped him as she continued to ignore me. If you want to feel invisible and feel "less than" than this is your kind of business. read more

4 stars for the location (awesome!) and speed of service. Not 5 due the nature of the business - they can "nickle and dime" you on supplies you might need to send a package. So come ready to send. If you need a box or tape, scoot on over to the Target (same shopping center) and you'll pay half as much. But the location! Perfect. read more

Don't go here! The customer service is horrible. I just got charged $4.75 for 10 ft of clear packaging tape without any notification or warning of this charge. I feel hustled, like I just got tricked by a hustler. Like someone splashed dirty water on my windshield at a stoplight and demanded money. The $4.75 is not including tax, or the (reasonably marked up) $1 for a cardboard box. I specifically asked what the charge was for on my receipt and was told "packaging". Followed by a silence, because I didn't use any packaging peanuts or anything. And I said "So for the tape?". And he said "Yep". read more

I discover the character of a business by the way they treat their customers ... in commonplace interactions but especially during times of stress for the customer. I was quite disappointed how I was treated today during my time of stress. I usually love the customer service at this UPS Store. Everyone that works there seems friendly and helpful. Two years ago I shipped a small, lightweight box and it got lost in the UPS system. This box contained a small gift that wasn't on a tight shipping schedule. After looking at the package info on UPS.COM I noticed that it was "lost", and I asked the local UPS Store to locate the package. I was kept informed of any update in the status of the search. The employee was so empathetic and helpful. The box was found that day ... it fell off a conveyor belt. I felt like there was concern and an urgency in the staff to find this box. I ship about 10-12 boxes per year and only had a problem once, UNTIL TODAY. Saturday, Sep 2nd I dropped off another small-ish box to be shipped. I needed it to get to its destination by Wednesday, Sep 6th. This package contained important medication that had to get to its destination promptly. I left the box at the store on Saturday, Sep 2nd knowing the UPS truck would not get to the UPS Store until Tuesday to pick up the box due to the Labor Day weekend. I assumed on Tuesday the package would be picked up and the status on UPS.COM would be updated that evening. It wasn't. I thought that maybe the status was delayed due to the quantity of packages after the Labor Day weekend. I woke up Wednesday morning and the status was the same ... "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". I knew this meant that either the box was not picked up or it was lost! Wednesday I went to the store (8:30am) and told the person working there my situation ... critical drugs that needed to be delivered today and the box was lost or not picked up. He was not at all sympathetic and said it would turn up because he was sure it got put on the truck on Tuesday. He couldn't contact the "Hub" to check if it was there until 10:30am. He said he would keep me updated. Long story, short ... I was treated disrespectfully by the UPS Store employee during 3 separate visits and by 2 out of 3 different customer service reps on the "800" number. I was told there wasn't really anything they could do but put a "trace" on the box, but that couldn't happen until after the schedule delivery date had passed. No one showed the concern and urgency I felt they had shown 2 years prior when UPS lost my other package. If I was taken seriously and spoken to in a more supportive way, this unfortunate interaction could have been avoided. I had to get replacement medication (thank you drug store for your awesome customer service dealing with insurance). I had to drive 4 hours to get meds to the recipient and 4 more hours to get back home. It's 7:30 pm and I haven't heard any status from anyone. What a disappointment!! So I have spent 11 hours today trying to track down this package containing vital medication and driving all over to deliver the replacement. What I learned from today's experience ... 1. Don't trust UPS (local or corporate) 2. If I hadn't noticed the package was "lost", the UPS Store wouldn't have known 3. Don't ship lightweight boxes or boxes smaller than 12 x 12 x 6 because they seem to always get lost by UPS 4. Good customer service goes a long way 5. It's a good thing I was able to drive 8 hours to deliver the replacement medication I still need the original medication but am not hopeful it will be found. UPDATE: I received a phone call from the UPS Hub at 7:00AM on Thursday (Sep 7) telling me my package was now in the system. I was awoken by the phone call so I wasn't thinking clearly enough to ask any pertinent questions. (I would have liked to know what happened to the package.) I fell back asleep and was awoken once more by a call from the UPS Store. I asked them what had happened to the package and all they could tell me was that they didn't know but according to the UPS website the package was in the system. I loved getting the phone calls but wish I hadn't been woken up so early ... I was tired from driving for 8 hours the day before. read more

This is the best UPS store that I have ever been in. The guys that work there are amazing. They are friendly VERY helpful and always willing to take care of the customer. I was in there and one customer was being very abrasive and rude to the guy behind the counter, but he continued to smile and say yes sir no sir and gave all the information he could to the guy. The guy would not let it go so I had to say to the gentleman that the guy behind the counter has answered your question twice and is being very nice to you please let it go. As the guy left he muttered a vulgarity at the guy and left. The gentleman behind the counter went on as nothing had happened. He was still very friendly and nice in helping me. He thanked me and told me to have a nice day. This is the type of service I like to see. he was harrassed and verbally abused by a customer but continued to smile. Cheers to him read more
