This location was already subpar due to the lack of customer service. Anytime you would walk in you would get a hello, but people really didn't seem to want to help out. Then they are now the free option for Amazon returns, which now makes it even worse to have to work with them. They don't have any Self Service for returns. You have to wait in line behind multiple people. There's always someone that requires a lot of attention in time because they're shipping or needing printing. FedEx policy of restricted delivery services sucks! They don't have other options to verify a recipient if the shipper had made an error on the address. They have to stick to their rules even if there is an evidence from the recipient's end to verify the recipient. I had to go back and forth between the customer service representative on the phone and the employee in their fedex office because they won't allow a correction address unless the shipper does it. But when I went to the FedEx office they could not handle it and they said I have to call the customer service representative. How stupid is their policy!! I paid $50.00 to send my package and they gave me shit in handling the correction. I will never use FedEx ever again!!! read more

I got a notification that FedEx had delivered my package on February 6th. Attached to the message was a photo of my package but it not my home. I made several attempts to get an answer as to why my package was delivered to a different address when my correct address was on the package. A representative told me that I needed to contact the vendor to make a correction on the address if though the address on the package was correct. I ash why I should have to correct or chase my package that they were paid to make the delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. Consistently see very poor customer service here and surprised how long it's been going on for. When is upper management going to come in and fix this store? Just yesterday came in with a package to go out. Boxed up and prepaid label attached. Already knew it was too big for self drop so went to the counter. Two ladies working and not busy at the counter. As I approach the counter one of the ladies points in the direction of the self-service drop area and tells me I need to go there. I informed her the package was too big and wouldn't fit in the Dropbox. She said I still need to go and scan it then bring it back to her. Every time I come here I see a customer upset with them. I ordered a new personal laptop that I will also use for work occasionally. Order is placed and Wed Nov 1st. Expensive item so of course a signature will be required. Que HELL Tuesday the 31, the day before the scheduled delivery day the status changes to "out for delivery" so naturally in a heated panic I haul my butt home to sign for it. The day comes... and goes,,,, NO LAPTOP OK... the original day, tr; it should arrive between 12:50 and 2:30 you should have heard the noise that deadline made wizzing by. The weird part of the day? A Fed Ex truck, of the retal/lease variety pulls up a remntal truck actually? The driver gets out, wearing his fed ex uniform, I see him, he sees and ackowledges me. He gets on his cell phone and is going back and forth from the fail gate to the cab, He makes eye contact with me again which I think is a goood sign right? I look out the window AGAIN.......... he is gone and so is my new laptop-I call fedex, they dont have a cliue what happen to the guy but he promise the guy will be back before closing at 8... I found out he was back to the hub by 8 I'm tired of wasting more time with the review.... They made drive 40 miles to pick it up at the hub... I needed to return an Amazon package in a box with a prepaid shipping label. I threw away the box so I had to purchase one. not a huge deal. the problem was the exaggerated drama i experienced from staff. three different staff members made me feel like shot because I had a mini washing machine to return and they felt it was too large. it was 22"x28". i was short $7 to have them package it so I had to purchase tape and bubble wrap and box it myself, also fine. I asked if it's ok to package where I set the washer down, she said yes. then she asks me to move out of the walkway mid boxing. the employees watched me struggle to box it after making me feel like complete crap for coming there to ship something. read more

FedEx website says you can drop off FedEx packages at this location. Tried to drop off a package that already had a label, and they said I needed to bring it to their warehouse that was around six miles away. The warehouse was locked and they make you press an intercom button to speak with someone so that you can leave your package on a table in their lobby without a receipt. On a consistent note you'll find this location close up 5-10 mins early. 4-5 people present behind the counter but only 2 people helping push out the line that goes to the door. The culture here isn't to help anyone but rather to get through the day. Yesterday specifically, the manager didn't handle a situation properly which pushed me to write this review and file a formal complaint to corporate. 2 times in the last month, i go to drop off important package, and im rudely told i have to use the self checkout kiosk, even though my preference is to wait in line, hand package to employee, they give me receipt. ive been going to this fedex for 15 years lots of important packages. the 2 women who were rude to me about this were non-white, one was younger, one older. dont make demands of the customer when they walk in and as employees, insist the customer to use the self checkout for receipt and drop off. most people prefer to wait in line, hand package to employee and get receipt. this is bad to be rude to the customer like this when we are only briefly going in there to drop off our important packages. its not necessary to bark orders at people bringing in a package and making them feel dumb for not using the kiosk. ! also the woman today after she was rude to me, she was flirting with another guy waiting in line at the counter and he was complimenting her about how he liked that she was rude to me and a good manager. so i felt offended by not only this employee but some random guy hanging out at the counter, the same race as her, different race than me, for no reason taking the womans side regarding being rude to me. in 15 years i come to this fedex with thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of packages. the experience needs to be more professional. read more

Driver from this location is beyond lazy. On 4 separate occasions for the same delivery, the driver had marked "customer not home" however, my younger brother was home on 2 of the 4 occasions. My house was not like other houses out on the street, you will need to turn into the drive way and drive down just for a little to see the two houses. It's insane that in the middle of a global pandemic this store has nothing better to do than harass the people keeping them in business. I've used this store frequently. Last time I was there i was in a rush and I left my I.D. On the copy machine. I didn't realize it until a couple of days later. When I went to pick up my ID the manager of the store (a young while guy) brings out a pack of pens with my ID. He says that there is 1 pen missing out of the pack and since it was found with mY ID he accuses me of stealing a single pen... He then asks me for a bank statement to see if I paid for the pens. I show him my card statement which has three separate transactions at this fed ex location in less than a week. I tell him I don't need to steal a single pen out of a $2.16 pack... he proceeds to ask me for transaction history dates!!! Mind you he still has possession of the pens which never left the store! He was rude, privileged, and accusatory! The incident was also embarrassing but I maintained my composure. I would NEVER EVER use Fed-Ex again! This is who you made management???? I've never been to a FedEx location that closes 10 minutes before actually closing time. They keep the open sign on but they lock the doors. In addition, the associates inside will consciously avoid eye contact while you stand at the door. I get it, we all want to go home, but if you say you close at 6 and I'm getting off work at 5:30 believe I'm trying to catch you just to DROP OFF a package. I hardly ever come here, but when I do I usually figure things out for myself to get in and out as quickly as possible. Simply copying paperwork is reasonably priced; however, some of the services are on the pricey side. For instance, faxing 11 sheets of paper cost me close to $21! And to top it off, the fax machine missed one of the sheets that needed to be faxed! Luckily, the manager helped me out and re-sent my 12-page document to its destination without charging me for it again. Overall, I'm only coming here if I absolutely need to (which is what I do now). read more

FedEx will not ship using a business address as the return address says manager Ada Bragado unless uppit have a business card showing that address. When I asked what if someone had a fake address on their business card, her reply was they'll just trust that you're telling the truth. Her example was that someone sent 7 bombs through the mail shop that's why they need a business card. This lacks intelligence and is an example of why you shouldn't trust FedEx for your packages, on a Friday, when there is no other way to get your package to its recipient before your deadline. This is my backup location when I need to make lots of copies, brochures , and/or banners, things I can't really successfully do at home because I lack proper equipments. I like that they open early and closes late. There's great customer service! However, it's pricey. Plan to spend a lot, even in small projects. To make color copy, it's around 44 cents for one side, which means 88 cents for front and back, almost a dollar with tax... That's close to one dollar per page for color print, front and back.. That's expensive to me. But, I like this place knowing it's reliability and convenience. So, when there's an emergency on office needs, this is where to go, if you're willing to pay..unless you can find other alternatives.. read more
