One experience that I had was coming here on a weekday and the sign and business hours said they opened at 9am. It was 9:30 am 3 other customers were standing outside holding their packages and checking their phones or watches because the store wasn't open yet. I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I had to make a separate trip which was a bit irritating that they weren't actually open during their stated business hours. Other than that, I've had no issues.

Someone I know lives in the same apartments as me and saw UPS, knowing I'm waiting on a package they called me but when I looked outside there was no one and I never received a knock on my door. I check my tracking and it now says attempt made, which is false. This was around 1130am. I was home and waiting. This isn't the first time I have had this happen, which is disappointing. To avoid this on the next business day I tried to switch my delivery location to the nearest ups store location immediately, which costs a $6 fee, but it has yet to even be approved. So I am extremely dissatisfied with this inconvenience and hope to receive my device tomorrow on time.

I went in for notary and had the most racist encounter with the notary working there. She keeps on…read moreasking the staff on how to fill the form. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.
