We then walked five feet away to the waiting area and after an hour we walked back up to the counter, but the worker never entered the order because she stated that "walked away!" But we walked to the waiting area for the job to be completed...She said it is our fault for walking away, which is ridiculous when we went to the waiting area next to counter in full view. We were blamed for walking away...WE NEVER LEFT THE PRINTING AREA! We then spoke with a manager named Zaira who simply restated what the clerk told her when she called her to come up to speak with us!! It is simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Obviously, their system is not the issue the staff are the issue! To say it is our fault, after being asked to email the photo and standing at the counter with nothing but a blank stare from the clerk and an uncomfortable silence, prompted us to walk to the waiting area. I ended up having to call the store and try to get an address change but their system was down at the time. It really felt like everything that could go wrong was going wrong!
