He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. Diego thoroughly explained every step of the notarization process, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Even though this location is usually very busy and it was my first time visiting, I never felt rushed. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. Worst experience ever at this location. The employees are extremely rude and act like they don't want to help with anything. Be aware -- they charge a $4 fee just to send an email so they can print your documents, and they don't even bother explaining that upfront. That's ridiculous! I usually go to a local print shop near my house that only charges $0.10 per page and lets me email documents to them for free. The only reason I came to UPS was to do a return, but after this experience, I'll never come back to this location again. All this was waste of money even the copies didn't come out the way I needed them to come out. read more

This place is awesome! I came in for a live scan (after leaving the Sierra Lakes location since they "couldn't" do it for me) and spoke to Kelly. She not only helped me immediately (even while helping another customer - great multi taking!), everyone in the store was super friendly. They greeted me (other store did not), informed me of the process and took care of my needs ASAP. I would say their customer service in store is pretty good and most of the workers are friendly and helpful. However, they need to update their policies in regards to their business mailbox. I had a mailbox with them for almost a year, but I did start to experience some financial troubles. My card had gotten declined one of the months and the lady called me to charge a different card, no problem there. Then some months pass by and all of a sudden I got an email saying that my mailbox had been closed. I called to reopen it and the lady said that my card was declined again and that they tried calling me multiple times over the month. I didn't receive any calls from them and just had actually dropped off at least two packages in store with them over the month. I was confused how they were not able to get a hold of me, mind you they had my email as well. Why not send me an email? Anyways, I explained this to her and she just said I could reopen it with a new card. She also explained the prices went up, like $11 I believe. I was a bit annoyed, but proceeded. After, I gave my card number and she was about to charge me, she mentioned that I would be charged a $20 late fee since my mailbox was closed over a month. I said hold up! I was really annoyed, because my price went from $33 to now $44 to now $64. I explained how that was unfair since I've been with them for quite some time now and that I did not receive any calls/emails from them regarding the card decline. I would have taken care of it right away had I known. She said I would still have to pay. I said it's unfair, but that I'll think about it. This address was tied to my business and it would have been a hassle to find something else all of a sudden. I called back TWO days later to bite the bullet and reopen it at double the price. Just to find out that they gave away the mailbox to someone else and that I would have to restart the entire process over of opening a new mailbox. I was like wow! It had been "closed" for over a month and all of a sudden it's been given away. Anyways, I figured it just wasn't meant to be so I ended up getting a PO Box with the post office. It cost $70 for a 3 month PO and that would of been just 1 month with ups. I was fine with the break, until I checked on the tracking of a package I ordered a month ago. It said it was delivered to my old ups mailbox a week prior. I called ups to check and of course they couldn't find it. The worker explained since I didn't have a mailbox at the time that they returned to sender. What!!! How rude! I've been patronizing them for almost a year and they couldn't give me a courtesy call or at least let me know and I could have paid a fee to receive it. Just absolutely not worth it at all!!!!!! Terrible policies in place and I do not recommend UPS. I should have went with usps in the first place. Also ups tried to sell me business cards, but didn't even spell BUSINESS right on the flyer. Someone is using the UPS business address as a location to scam people. In October 2024, I sent for a product at the address of 15218 Summitt Ave., #300-636, Fontana, CA 92336. My money and stamps were taken and nothing was sent to me in return. The next month I sent back to that address two letters of inquiry with a self-addressed stamped envelope for an answer and I received no response. My letters were addressed to IGW which has their mail "in care of" multiple names, eg: c/o Label Affixer; c/o Save America; c/o Microchip; c/o lazy Letter and c/o Biz Card. Thousands of people could be losing their hard earned money while thinking IGW will send them what they paid for. I have ben a mailbox customer with the UPS franchises for over 15 years, i began using this location approx 3 years ago and the staff was always great, friendly and always was greeted by name. This location has to be the best, employee Diego is awesome. He greets customers by name, always has a smile on his face and talks to you like a friend, not just a customer. I'm leaving this store with a really bad taste in my mouth. I brought in a packing slip that wouldn't scan because my printer ran out of ink. That's my fault and I'm fully aware of that. They offered to let me email them my packing slip and print it for me. Keep in mind that getting a copy made here is 25 cents. They charged me $5.00 to print this packing slip simply because I had to email them my packing slips. I'm sure this is because they pay a lot of money to keep the email set up.. oh wait.. emails are free to keep. How do you charge that much simply because I emailed you? That's a 1900% mark up. Came here to drop off a package that was for USPS (mail). Easy in & out. They have mail drop off in a bin so you don't have to wait in line. Courtesy in the staff letting customers know they will be right with them. They don't charge for mail drop off like the location on Highland for mail. Poor and regretful experience at this location. My son tried to ship a large 25 lb package to Texas. Wendi the manager insisted they re-box, re-package, weather proof, and send priority. She was training a new person and apparently teaching him how to up-sell and take advantage of customers. They verbally quoted $120, yet the actual charge was $374. Absolutely insane. I demanded and received a full refund. Went to USPS and paid $90, which included insurance and signature receipt. Wendi the manager knew I was coming back for a refund for my son and conveniently was not available to see me. Disappointed with how this business is ran. read more
