Monday - Because of a file compatibility obstacle with my company issued laptop, I came in to utilize one of their workstations and print a few items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though, frankly no reason - good or bad - to write a review. Until I got back to the hotel and realized I left my USB drive, containing the hours worth of work I had just completed behind. I called, they said they found it, would label it and have it ready for me to pick up at my convenience. Tuesday - I went to pick up my USB drive. This could have gone either way. I was hopefully optimistic, with a tinge of fear that I'd be met with some variation of "Who did you talk to? Where did they say they'd put your USB drive? Well, I can't find it". What I got was the exact opposite. My USB drive had been placed in an envelope labeled "Property of LP Bailey" along with my phone number. Overjoyed, I thanked Sarah profusely for keeping my files safe. Wednesday - I had to return for more work and was happy to be greeted by helpful Sarah behind the counter. Thursday - I have now been here four consecutive days. Sarah, and then Jenny have been most helpful. THANK YOU LADIES BOTH. I've been to this location a few times now and have generally been happy with the mailing service part of this business. Went there last week to mail out a package and, boy did l receive such excellent customer service! Gretchen was the employee that helped me and she was super friendly and helpful. She greeted me,"Hello, friend! I can help you!" And l felt so good, especially because my day started out crappy. Not that she knew that, but Gretchen was cheerful and seemed to enjoy her job, and my spirits were lifted, even if it was just for that short exchange l had with her. I have been getting gift cards for FedEx office print & ship center since I was 11 years old. Need to print something? Sure, you can go to the library... But wait, now you gotta SHIP that important zodiac-style message to the police. YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO FEDEX. Not only could they have printed it WAY quicker than the dumb pointless library, they would have shipped it too! (and you wouldn't get snarky comments from Enid, the annoying librarian who thinks you are making poor life choices and refuses to let you check out any more books on serial killers who have never been captured). What's even the point of libraries? Just download books on your tablet ya dummies. You don't need a "pass" to do that. Plus, your tablet won't ban you for life for cutting up the libraries magazines to make zodiac-style messages and ransom letters. Speedy and friendly service, would recommend. read more

The service here is excellent. They have some copiers set up for self service so you can actually pay right at the copier. This is nice if you know exactly what you need to get done. In this area they had both color and black and white copy machines and different paper sizes. I was printing out some advertisement posters and the quality was exceptional. I have used this location several times before in the past and the service has always been top notch and the quality the same. If you have printing/copying work that you need to get done stop in here you won't be disappointed. Only complaint is parking can be a bit of a pain as they are located in a small strip mall next to a Chipolte and this seems to be a very popular stop during lunch. read more

I've gone to this location a few times to pack and ship items, mostly returns. Once I had a barcode in my email that they scanned and used to print a label, and another time I had them do it all - pack in a FedEx box and handle all the shipping. I have always had friendly and quick service, unlike some other places that do similar packing/shipping. I used to dread having to ship something, long lines at the post office, grumpy people, paying for parking, etc. Not at this place! read more

She (April) told me if I couldn't get it to work then they can't either. So I guess no point coming here. Unless maybe to just drop off. I have to either do it myself, go to a further location, or maybe get to deal w/someone from God knows where certainly not close to the US over the phone. (I have nothing against other countries just sometime a language barrier.) My problem w/this location I explained something to her and wanted to show her the email I received. She just shut me down. I asked her if she could just look at the account info. She was like there's no point. Okay this place is forgotten for places to do Fed Ex business w/ now that she made the statement. Sometime if the employee was just willing to spend the time w/someone trying to do business there, they could help w/the problem. I had other things I would have purchase and/or gotten done here but the way I was dismissed makes me feel like why bother. They get 1 star for more then one employee saying "hi" to me when I walked through the door. But if looking for GOOD customer service or not to DIY when people are paid to help you service, then don't come here. read more

Set up an online account to print some documents. They were ready in a matter of minutes (20 copies front and back). The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing is I didn't understand the paper weight choices online and should have picked a lower grade paper (default was a grade higher...my managers made comments on the paper quality which was kinda embarrassing). I recently came in on Saturday afternoon to get some stuff shipped out, and after talking with Lisa on the phone, was told I could charge the shipping to my Fedex account. Upon arriving, the first woman who helped us, Jill, was borderline condescending and rude, and made me feel like I should know what I'm doing (which i did, to an extent). She did, however, inform me my account was on cash-only, and that a different payment method was needed. After calling their customer service number, I was told I could add a credit card to my account which would fix the problem, but that the appropriate department to accomplish this was closed on Saturday and I'd have to wait until Monday. Unfortunately my items were on a bit of a schedule, so after thinking it over, I decided to get them shipped out. Lisa, who I spoke with earlier, helped me out this time, and it was a much better experience. I was told my things would arrive on Tuesday after opting for regular ground shipping, and I was satisfied. Perhaps Jill was having an off day (and as someone who works in customer service myself, I completely relate). Nevertheless, I ultimately accomplished what I came to do! read more

Good size kinkos, have great selection of shipping material on hand. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They also had bunch of Christmas leftover items for sale and they were about $3 lower than my home base kinkos in south Florida. read more
