I have been coming to this location for years not only for returns but also all my printing needs for my small business. First, honorable mentions: there used to be Miguel and Kathy and they were both phenomenal human beings in their own way. Truly felt like they were there to help you and in a patient, yet efficient way. Fast forward to present day: I had some issues with my purchase/return and Jason, Jaleesa, and Brian (I believe he moved locations by now) were so amazing. They went above and beyond to brainstorm and figure out a solution for me. This saved me tremendous time as I had small children to shlep around. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly to boot! I hope wherever they end up, they will be recognized for each their continued hard work! The store is clean, bright, and tidy, and signs are visible and easy to understand. I've never had a bad experience here until I came here today. I was taking off an old label because I wanted my phone number off the box. The employee watched me and refused to assist me . I told him I just wanted my number off and I was unsure of why they needed my number there. He proceeded to roll his eyes and wait instead of explaining things. When the label printed out he legit said OUT LOUD to be sarcastic " your number is on here ..proceeded to say my name and phone number" with a grin on his face. Please train your employees on customer service and tell them its okay to quit..no one is begging them to be employed. read more

I needed something printed on the same day. This was Sunday. So I called them first. Evan helped me through the whole process. I was able to email him the file and he told me I can pick up within the hour. When I got there to pick up, he was still working on the printing because the printer wouldn't take the specific paper. I really needed it to be printed so he kept trying! It ended up working! Evan was great! His colleague in the store was super friendly too. We never have a bad experience in this UPS. Who would've thought a UPS store would be a helpful place? Well, I guess a lot of people because it's nice to know you have an option other than our lovely postal service to ship out a package. This storefront is minutes from my house and has come in handy two times in the recent months. My first experience here took place in under a minute. I was returning an item to Amazon due to it being damaged. They scanned the return barcode, printed the info, and I was done. The 10 seconds of friendly service was nice too. Today I had a slightly different reason for coming in as I was shipping an item I sold through eBay. I already had it packed up, but the store has boxes available for purchase if it was needed. They'll pack it all together right there. For me, I filled out a slip, paid for the service, and was done in a couple of minutes. Quick, easy, and decently priced. What more can you ask for? Overall, if you need an item shipped, I recommend this UPS store. It's a painless process and you can even get some other services taken care of beyond shipment. This UPS Store is located in a strip mall on Jericho Turnpike. Parking is never an issue. I come mostly to drop off my Amazon returns. The employees have always been fast & efficient. I always print out my labels and have my package wrapped prior to going to help speed up the process. I never waited long, even if there was a line. Today was the first time I came since The Rona. When I walked in, I noticed they had blue lines on the floor marked for social distancing. All the employees were wearing masks and the other customer as well as myself were too. There was one customer ahead of me being taken care of but as soon as I got on line, another employee said he could help me. After he scanned my 2 packages, he also let me know they do other services such as printing, graphic designs, and other stuff. The transaction was swift and quick. I felt comfortable inside there and the staff was making jokes and making me feel a form of normalcy during these times. read more

This is the 1st time that I used UPS for shipping. I was surprised how bright and airy the store is. The salespersons are pleasant and helpful. seeing that there was a small line, another salesperson came to assist. Unfortunately, I did not ask his name. He was very professional. Unless you've been to various UPS stores it would be hard for you to understand how amazing this one is! They are so efficient polite and helpful. Today Thomas helped me with a huge bag of returns for Amazon and I was literally out of the store in less than five minutes with everything put away as it was scanned so no clutter or confusion on the counter. Whenever another coworker didn't have a customer they would come over and immediately try to see if they could help. What an amazing staff! And the place is very clean too!! This is my favorite UPS location. I do all my Amazon returns here and send any packages that I may need to send from here as well. The staff is always friendly & helpful, I have never seen them get frustrated or impatient despite overwhelming crowds of people. They get their customers out quickly and happily despite how long the lines are. The staff clearly exudes teamwork and kindness. Horrible experience with worker Ashley. I went to this location on Sunday at 10am to return 4 boxes. From the door I asked the woman working there if she could help me with the door. She rolled her eyes and said use the door stopper. The boxes were rather large and I really need help but she was on the computer and chose to do that instead. I brought the biggest box to the counter and she continued with her sour attitude. I had the other 3 boxes of the same item and brought 1 over with 1 QR code. She said I would need to pay for the box and packaging from her and charged me $41.55 for the box and paper insert. I was in a rush and paid for it. She said I would not be able to buy a box and pack it there. Will avoid this location at all costs! read more

There are two shipping/office stores in the area: FedEx & UPS. The difference in customer service is glaring. Before using UPS, I tried FedEx - I was deeply disappointed at the lack of staff, the few staff aren't friendly or helpful, in the least. I use a wheelchair which at FedEx seemed to be an excuse for totally ignoring me and not to provide the accessible service as the sign at the counter indicated was available. After several annoying visits, I looked for another shipping service and gave this UPS store a try. I've stayed with UPS ever since. Their employees understand the term 'customer satisfaction'. The UPS experience far outweighs FedEx. The UPS store is much smaller than Fedex's huge, but mostly empty, wasted space. The wait for service was interminable at FedEx, weras I find the UPS staff much nicer, friendly and helpful. The smaller UPS store is easier to navigate, especially for those of us with disabilities. And the UPS employees gladly package shipments. It is certainly worth a five minutes extra driving to UPS (I more than make up the extra 10 minutes round trip, by not wasting 10-20 minutes just to catch the lonely FedEx employee's attention. UPS has become my favorite shipping store. Glad to find true customer service by polite employees. I've been to UPS many times, and have never had a problem of any sort.
