To be clear, this review is not based on any in-person interaction within the establishment. YALL. I ordered wine for a work event and had it shipped from the company to my house. You know, the house that sits people-free all day seeing that I do not work from home. Did I consider that someone needs to be 21 to sign for the wine? Surely I did not. I got door tags from Fed-Ex and when I registered the tags online it was extremely confusing. There were 3 boxes of wine and each box had a different message -- in transit, ready for pick up, delayed. Um. What? There was no information on where I could pick up the packages and it was a complete and total dumpster fire. I was feeling really frustrated and unclear on what to do so I called my local Fed-Ex store... My guy Charles!!! He looked up all 3 tags, located the boxes, called the distribution center, asked them to hold the boxes for me, and told me exactly where to go and how to pick-up. They don't generally allow people to go to the distribution center directly but he knew I was in a panic. He spent at least an hour working with both the distribution center and me. He even asked me to call him once I picked up the wine so he knew everything worked out. Talk about above and beyond!!! There are some gems out there and Charles is top tier. I've been using this print center since 2019. I'm a local, small business needing a rush print delivery that I sent last week to be picked up no later than Monday. Went in today to pick it up. Their processing system was down. A teenager told me I couldn't leave with my order unless I wrote my credit card information down on a post it note to be ran later. No CORPORATE business is allowed to take credit card processing in this manner as it is a security breach for the customer & an invasion of privacy. I send all my prints here & have for 6 years; spending thousands a year at this specific branch. On principle of the company's machine being down, I should have been given my order for free. I even offered to take the order and have them call when the machine is back up for me to give info over the phone so it could immediately be entered into the system (not floating around on a piece of paper). I also reminded them that I'm in their office regularly; I would be willing to pay at any point but I wasn't comfortable with my credit card information being in the world on a piece of paper. The only option given was to come in later today when their system was back up (but they weren't sure when that would be). Mind you, I was in today with my six month old. Meaning putting her in a car seat, getting her out to go inside, putting her back in a car seat after retrieving the order for the SECOND time. The order total was only $110. I've had $600 orders at times, averaging at least an order a month. On principle of being a loyal customer, this should have been handled differently. & on principle, this business lost my business today & I don't recommend others using, either. read more

Never thought I would be a regular at a fedex office but sometimes work has you doing things and you become a regular at unexpected places. As a part of my 8-5 I have to mange families that are on CCDF, in order for the families to benefit from this they have to swipe in and out of child care. Unfortunately the machines aren't that great so I have to regularly return them to fedex. My office is close to Broadripple, and after some research I ended up choosing the location on Broadripple ave. It's an easy location to access, and they always get me right in and out when I need to stop by and drop off some POS machines. Unrelated to work, I also love checking out the different office supplies that the store has. So many options! During my most recent visit I ended up treating myself to some llama items. Awesome location and I'm glad they assist me with my work mailing needs. read more

It's sad that FedEx would claim a security issue when they didn't understand or look into the facts of the matter of this situation. Someone from FedEx reached out to me two weeks ago on Wednesday about the complaint I created on bbb and explained to me that all I needed was someone who has the same address, a drivers license and over the age of 21. So when she (a FedEx employee) called the FedEx location at 1050 Broad Ripple location where the package is being held they ( the store manager, /owner Daniel and Alexis ) thought that since the FedEx person called the location but it showed my phone number on the caller ID they deemed it was a hoax or a scam and thought that very FedEx employee wasn't actually a real employee, which is weird since FedEx should have some sort of protocol of making sure they're speaking to another employee. So because of this situation of the phone call the store manager, Alexis, just made the ultimate decision to just send my package out on Dec 1st even though I had until December 4th for my package to be picked up. I'm very much flabbergasted and incredibly disappointing that a store manager at a FedEx location can just make a rash decision to just send my package out to the shipper and not allow the person that I had come on Thursday Nov 30 that fit all the criteria of being able to pick up my package but was just denied to do so. Not only did he, the person I had drive there to the Broad Ripple FedEx during rush hour in his work clothes, about 30minutes out of the way from home, but was disgusted by the way the employees, store owner/Manager had spoken to him about being able to pick up my package. I am very annoyed that I had to go through this, and if this package had left this location on Friday Dec 1st -- it would of been a whole nother story and a case for legal actions for this situation. But a manager, Daniel (not the store owner/manager, Alexis) called me to apologize about the whole situation and offered to hold my package for another week for the person that originally came in to be able to collect my package. That is why I am leaving this comment about my ordeal and will be giving a one star review. I do advise that FedEx reevaluate and call on an investigation as to why their customer service line refuses to do their job. I've called everyday this week and every time they denied me a manager/supervisor but to help in this situation and only give a bull shit case number and not help me out in this case. What I can say is that I was able to get ahold of a manager today through customer relations and she was able to not only call the Fedex location in Broad Ripple but ask them why their was any reason for this whole situation and the denial of the person I had come in not be able to receive this package. I am even more furious that the manager Alexis didn't apologize to the person I had pick up the package Monday Dec 4th, even though she was there and very much recognized him when he arrived the previous week. I will forever avoid to send, use FedEx for any shopping needs, not that you guys care but take this as a lesson for FedEx to improve their customer service and business practices! read more

I have had nothing but smooth experiences printing large and small orders here! I've printed invitations, insert cards, etc. and wall prints ranging from 8"10" to larger 20"25" prints and I'm always satisfied with the quality. Once in a pinch I went in around 8 and was out of there by 8:30 with prints in hand! They also will cut your items if you have multiple prints on a single sheet. I can't contribute to the shipping side of things here because I haven't utilized that service, but I definitely recommend their printing services - you can also order online and set a pick up time if that fits your time frame and preference . read more

Every time I'm in here somebody is arguing with the clerk about the service. I usually don't care because I'm busy doing my printandgo self-service solution but this time they got me. I went in for a simple two page print job and they charge me $.80 for the print job and $2.50 for the service of printing it for me. I said that I had already sent the code in advance and I could do it myself. Sean, whom I presume is the manager on duty, said "if you had done it on the website in advance I would not have charged a service fee but we have to manage the workflow so we charge an additional amount." The funny thing is there was not a single other person in the place and he was just standing there when I walked in. His total lack of care about my input shows a lack of corporate concern for the community, it's people and supporting training for its staff. read more

Literally had the worst experience in customer service in my entire life. I walked in with a smile on my face and left in tears of frustration. I needed something printed and needed GUIDANCE! These idiots do this every single day, yet when I asked questions, they repeated the same thing over and over and talked in circles. If I'm asking different questions it's because I'm inquiring about multiple things. Never once smiled, never once told me congratulations on my wedding Friday, never once looked me in the eye. My friend and I were assisting our friend with some last minute wedding stuff. First trip of the day was just fine. Bought the paper, cut the paper, left. Trip #2: Went back to copy the wedding programs. I asked the girl at the counter the best way to do this and she pointed to a copy machine behind me and said to use that. It was convenient since you could just stick your credit card in there and copy away. I needed to make 100 double sided, black and white copies. As I am copying I see the total on the screen rapidly rising. I'm thinking...gosh that seems kind of expensive, but keep copying anyway. The total came to $102.48. I almost shit my pants. For 200 black and white copies why in the fucking world is it over $100. I take a deep breath and head to the paper cutter to cut the damn place cards for the tables. As I am cutting, my rage is slowly building. My friend and I are discussing how in the world the copies could have been so expensive. Then some random guy comes up to us and asks how much our copies were. At first, I thought he worked there, but then he tells me he works across the street at the UPS Store. Why he was at Kinkos, I'm not too sure. Anyway, we were like yeah it was like 102 clams that's bullshit huh? And he was all well at my store it's $0.09 per page. So I'm all whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. Then after talking we realize that the girl at the counter told us to use the color copier which is obviously more expensive. Fuming, I finish with the paper cutter, which by the way keep going "off track" so it would rip the paper I was cutting, and I left. Intermission: I get back to my friend's house and I'm just stewing. How dare those motherfuckers! So I decide to call the manager. I call the store once and was hung up on. Second time I was put on hold for five minutes before the manager (reluctantly by the sound of this voice) came to the phone. I barely got two sentences out and he tells me to come back and they will credit me for the copies. Hot shit! Amazing! Totally impressed by his managerial skills I head back to the store. Trip #3: I walk in and go to the counter and tell the girl (same one who told us to use the color copier) that I had just spoken to the manager and he told me to come in and ask for him. She says she will go get him. So I wait a little bit and she comes back and says that he just told her to credit me for the copies. So i give her the card and she's all typing shit in on the computer. She then says, "well he told me to credit you $40 but I went ahead and did $60." I was like hmm okay, fine. So, I leave, grateful that they were so accomodating. Finale: I get back in the car and look at the receipt. The total was $68.42. Work with me now...she said she took off 60. So... 102.48 minus 60.00 equals....68.42? Not quite. At this point I said fuck it because I did not want to go back in a fourth time and argue with them. So now let's just talk about how much I still overpaid. Let's say the copies were 10 cents each (which is what black and white should have been). I made 200 copies. 200 times .10 equals $20. I should have paid 20 smacks for these copies, but ended up paying $68. Makes sense, right? Since this is a long and breathy review, let me summarize... This Kinkos is bullshit. Do not patronize these fucking bastards. If you need any of the services they offer go across the street to The UPS Store. Burn. building. down. read more

It isn't the easiest location to get in/out of their parking lot due to the heavy traffic on Broad Ripple St. But they always get me processed in under 5 mins. I took a sleeve of my dad's heart medication to ship to him in Florida because he accidentally forgot it while packing, and they quoted me $80 to overnight it and $55 for two day shipping. FOR A SLEEVE OF PILLS that is smaller than a normal letter envelope. RIDICULOUS. No one I know will be coming here again either. Horrible customer service and horrible overcharged prices. Had a really great experience getting some documents printed here. There was an employee named Charles who is easily one of the most helpful and friendly people I've been assisted by anywhere. He was working alone and had a line of customers but made sure to address and help everyone thoroughly. I was really just shocked by his polite attitude and demeanor. The staff is friendly and helpful each time I am in the center. There is rarely a wait and it is conveniently located in the heart of Broad Ripple on 62nd Street just off the Monon Trail. Parking is available and it is easy to walk there if you are in the neighborhood. read more
