All the staff has always been cordial, helpful and excellent customer service except today. I saw Syed be rude to an elderly lady. And short cut spoken with several customers. As we return items through apps like in my case SHEIN I choose the QR code return feature that states " Use the Return Label/Code to send out returns Estimated refund time: 14-24 business days after your returns pass our quality check No need to print out a label; just show the QR code at your nearest UPS Store. UPS will print the shipping label and ship the package back. Note: This return label can only be used once. " I had to show this to him and ask him literally beg him to please read it because he was telling me I needed to put the items in a box, and I needed to have a printed label attached to the box and he will not mail my items, after he read what I posted above from the website, he went and said that I needed to return on Monday and I said I don't need to return I am here right now. Why do I have to return. He is extremely rude and wanted me to leave the store and return another day. At no time was a route or in Anyway disrespecting him as a matter of fact, I kept asking him to please calm down and listen please because of what he read, I was correct, he then went to deny that he had a nice service to me telling me that he needed me to bring the items in a box with already printed label. He's not a very good listener he doesn't do very well with customer service. He kept saying that he had to close at 3 PM and that he had a lot of work to do and he didn't have enough time to do it all Right now. I feel that he felt under pressure with too much work and that is stressed him out and he was just being nonhelpful and very rude to us. I had to back my own items, and put the label on my package and ensure that he was going to mail it, I also took a picture of my package because now I'm nervous that he's going to purposely sabotage my package. He knows I took his name and he knows I was going to report him. He continued to try to berate me then entire time and I ask him to stop. Very rude. I've never seen him before and I have lived here for 26 years. Please do not have this employee at this store. He is horrible. I also purchased a small bag to put the items inside to send them all together.

The UPS Store is located in the strip center that includes Great Clips, a Thai restaurant, Big Red Liquors, and a few other businesses. The strip center has a handful of vacancies currently, though Tropical Smoothie is getting ready to open up. As is true of nearly every business in Broad Ripple, parking is very territorial here. This strip center has a huge parking lot, however, using it to shop in the Broad Ripple area is not advised as it's considered exclusive to strip center businesses. There's ample accessible parking, though on more than one occasion I've experienced that being violated here without consequence. There are curb cuts at various points along the strip, and the entire retail center is accessible. UPS Store has a single glass door entry. I've returned AT&T equipment more than once here. They know the routine precisely, and they get it done quickly. They always advise holding on to their documents, because they note that AT&T has a history of losing records (no surprise there). I've also shipped labs from this location (medical). Again, they know exactly what to do. They get it done quickly. I rented a mailbox here for a while to go with my charity work. I had zero hiccups the entire time. I just finally stopped as it was an expense I didn't need, but it was convenient and well run. They honor their posted hours, and they're open 7-days a week. Overall, I've been happy with my experiences here.

    Paid a premium price for 2nd day delivery in October of 2025. The package was delivered five days…read morelater, so I asked the store to refund the difference I would have paid for 5 day delivery. I was promised a full refund based on their guaranteed service refund policy. The franchise owner is never in the store and they did not follow up with me, so I called UPS Corporate and they referred to the UPS Store's corporate office. They opened a claim and nothing happened. I called the store and they remarked,"You haven't gotten a refund yet?" The employee could only leave a note for the owner, and nothing happened. I called the corporate office again in March and they told me BECAUSE I FAILED TO FOLLOW UP, they closed the case. I had them reopen it. They said they would require the store owner to resubmit the claim and if I hadn't heard from anyone by Monday, to call back. This time, when I called as they suggested, the person at the corporate office told me I needed to wait and be patient. I realize the store's corporate office is not the franchisee, but they don't hold anyone responsible at the store level. My 1-lb package sent in October was received in good condition, just late. I am sure they think I will give up, but now 5 months later, I have not.

I talked to Gene via telephone and when given choices of small, medium and large mailboxes decided on the medium size. He said they would be out the next day to replace it. They did come out the next day and replaced the box, but when I drove past the house the same day noticed that the mailbox was not a medium size but a small. I had left them a check to cover a medium mailbox installation. I called Gene and he told me they replaced the box with the same size mailbox but never offered to refund the difference in cost. I requested the difference in cost to be refunded to me. Reluctantly he agreed to do that (just $5.00!) Today I had to stop at the rental for another reason and examined the mailbox more closely. The top of the box was covered with scratches and the door was slightly dented. I call Gene to tell him how unhappy I was with the service and he told me I didn't have to do business with him and hung up. I suspect an inferior box was used because the home was a rental and he did not think I would notice. Wow! This is clearly a dishonest business.

When I called A-1 Gene's Mail Box Service to get the name of the company they called and let them how much I was charged, they didn't even offer to share in the cost even though they were responsible for the lockout.

This has nothing to do with FedEx and gives a decently low cost shipping option a false ruined image by chopping off heads of everyday customers needing a quick solution. After seventeen years selling on eBay, I can highly recommend the free account and services on Pirate Ship which offer corporate rates without a membership. Please do yourself a favor and drop off your FedEx labeled items at CVS and similar not here.

    So I started a new job this week and had to ship back my old company's work laptop and equipment…read moreback to the headquarters. I was happy to see that there was a FedEx Shipping office location down the street from me. I stopped by this week to drop off the equipment and have the FedEx staff pack it up and arrange the shipping for me. LeAnn helped me out and she was very courteous and friendly. I had two separate shipments to different addresses and Leann did a wonderful job collecting my information and making sure everything was squared away with ease. Leann even repeated the information back to me and had me verify it on the payment screen to make sure it was accurate and correct. I was in and out of the location in less than 20 minutes, which was perfect! I noticed regulars came in to have packages shipped and they were on first name basis with the staff, and that is a good sign of excellent customer relations! This is a wonderful FedEx location, and will definitely come back here for shipping packages going forward. It is very convenient for me and the staff are wonderful! A+ for effort in my book!
