I have been to this locations several times. Phillip has always done a great job helping me. Most recently, I needed to scan a legal document that was 8 x 14 inches. My son also came along and wanted to laminate his "prized" drawings. When the laminating machine was not working, Phillip took care of us behind the counter. I've been to this location several times and the staff is patient, knowledgeable, and excited to help. Especially Javier! He's super helpful and gets the job done efficiently. The only problem I have with this location is that their tap to pay system is not activated so I can't use Apple Pay. Came here an hour prior to close with a request for them to cut off the hard binding on two books, combine and spiral bind them together. Easy peasy! The woman who assisted me asked a couple clarifying questions and then got to work. She was able to get it done while I waited and it was exactly as I wanted. My interaction was 5 stars, but I'm deducting one star because another customer came up 5 mins before store close and an employee refused the potential customer entry stating they 'were about to close and that the closure time was for everyone to be gone from the store not to enter'. I've never heard such a thing, and I would have been upset if I was turned away while a store was open. Overall, I'd recommend coming here, but give yourself a at least a 20min buffer before the store is supposed to close! read more

Sent my print and go retrieval code 4x to the 2 different self service printers which told me that my code was invalid. Danny started off seeming like he wanted to help after I asked him to come see if I was doing anything wrong ... I wasn't. Offered to check my retrieval code on his computer and was able to access my documents. The then told me it would be a $2 surcharge to print the documents since he was going to do it. This is one of those weird bi-polar businesses that completely depends on who is working to determine how your experience will be. Sometimes I go and the customer service is HORRIBLE and it takes you half an hour to get out of there, and you're irritated and angry and rage-driving. Others, it's like 5 minutes in and out even with people in line and everyone is happy and smiling and joyful and you feel like a ray of sunshine when you leave. I don't know why it does that!! Either way, we have a corporate account with this location and I'm always having to use it to print things for work and for our new employees. I placed an order online for shipping. The online system did not correctly capture my selection and an incorrect order was shipped to me. I carefully reviewed the online proof and it seemed correct. After receiving a useless incorrect print out I contacted support. They offered no remedy to the situation nor refund/reprint. Total waste of money and time. I will not be using the online FedEx office products again to place an order. Make sure you grab proof of your selections (screen prints etc.) when you submit because there is no way for you to prove what you ordered. The customer care team contacted the print center and they could care less about any of it. Way to throw it back at the customer. Also, when I called the print center directly before contacting the 800# the guy was totally rude on the phone. "You will have to resubmit the documents via email if you want us to look at it" then he hung up with no directions on where to submit it etc. The original email was sent from an unmonitored account. Duh, how is a person supposed to send an email without the correct information. Terrible service all around. read more

I wish there was an option for 0 on the star count. I visited this location for printing needs and had my flash drive stolen and the help you receive is very limited on operating their equipment. Office staff is too busy behind the counter to care if anyone is having issues on the computers or printing machines. If you ask for help and get it - it is on a very limited basis. Tried to scan their QR code for printing directly from IPhone and couldn't get the process to work. No one there cared enough to assist in this hectic and frustrating situation. I had to go use their computer and spend $45 to get my printing needs taken care of, this was for 7 resume copies and 7 copies of a recommendation letter. TERRIBLE! read more

I come to this location a lot and the last few times I came the same person has always helped me out. I'm always panicked, in a rush and scrambling to get from point a to b. I never realize till now that everytime I've come I've been stressed and rushed never greeted him, and never gave a small or small talk his way, how awful is that, when your so consumed in your world you don't even realize your not interacting with people. I'm that person that has a dozen questions and am always holding up the line. (My scan code doesn't work, document won't print, can't find my card, need to get my box taped up)This guy is always super patient and kind. Today I came in to scan a large file and I had no clue what to do. He came over and helped despite being a bit backed up. I was walking out and decided to go back in and thank him again for the extra assistance. They told me his name was Xavier and he was already off for today. I then realized that when I flagged him back over to help he was already about to leave he was patient and very helpful and I surely appreciate it. I didn't get to tell him thanks but I made sure I wrote an immediate review as soon as I got in the car. This is the sort of customer service that keeps me coming back here and I have a fedex store atleast a mile closer than this one. read more

This place excels at customer service!!! I went in one day to drop of my AT&T modem, but I could not locate my account number from my cancelled account. The gentleman that was assisting me was very understanding. He manually entered some of my necessary information into their system and he accepted my drop off. I normally come to this location to ship items out since it's close to where I live - the store is clean & every time I go in, the staff acknowledges me & they're all so friendly! My only complaint unfortunately is wait time - I've spent 15+ minutes every time, rather than a quick-in, quick-out. I'm a patient person & I understand they can get busy. Sometimes I get unlucky & the person in front of me has 50 million questions or items to ship. Whoever is in charge should give this location more hours so they can schedule or hire more people. Only needed to use their fax machine. I called ahead of time to ask how much it was to fax 6 sheets, including the cover sheet. Came out to be around $10. Friendly and informative over the phone. Same friendly service in person, in-store. Directions to fax are listed and easy to follow. Different charges for either local, domestic and international faxes. They provide complimentary cover sheets too if you needed. At the end you insert your card for payment, and then wait for a printed confirmation that your fax sent. Easy, and was in and out in less than 5 mins. I would consider coming back to this FedEx for other services, if I ever needed! read more

RUN FROM THIS LOCATION!! I express mailed my sisters clothes on Tuesday for her memorial services to be delivered to Austin on Thursday. When I checked the tracker it showed the package was dropped off at another location in Irving. When I called customer service they were in the Phillipines and only saw what I saw online. So I called the manager Rusty who by his own admission couldn't help with anything and after 30min of back and forth he finally got me in touch with the distribution center who said the delivery guy just left the package at the wrong location and they couldn't get the package to Austin until Saturday and that is too late. The services are on Saturday. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO MAIL OF IMPORTANCE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had to ship something at 11:55 pm so the first place near me and open was this location. Very clean, very quiet at this hour of course. Okello was the only employee and he was a fantastic fellow. I come in and he's smiling, helps me ship my parcel out, speaks to me professionally and with a great attitude. I felt bad he was alone at that hour yet shows that no matter what, he's got this! The only reason I give this four stars was that all delivery rate is £11.21 and I had to pay that amount to send a 0.05lb, £13.74 ring. Everything else was great. read more

The services they offer, the prices, the timely manner and the people working here are wonderful!
