I spoke with Paul on several occasions regarding specifics of what I was looking for and while he would have been able to produce what I was looking for, he recommended a local iron works company that he felt could provide me with more options at a slightly lower price. Paul was personable, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably generous in sharing another vendor as an option - that doesn't happen these days! When we first initiated our business to him, we made some small talk about our sign request and a little bit about his company. I think it's normal to ask questions as a customer and to see if it's a good fit to work w. them. Our business partner called me immediately after I spoke with Andy explaining how two faced he was and how he made racial remarks about not conducting business with us... I was completely shocked since I thought our conversation went so smooth...It was pretty obvious he didn't have the business acumen or intuition to understand that I'll most likely discuss our conversations w. Our business partner. Such low class behavior... This project was only going to take 30 mins to request a non lit sign w. Some letters. It costs less than $200 for materials for sign and he had audacity to upsell us by 600x... All in All a lot these companies try to kill every single penny out of you... don't be an asshole Andy Park

They are very accommodating and very friendly. I have never walked in there or called them up and they did not have a smile on their faces. I have tried other sign places and either they take too long or are way expensive. Sign Stop is fast and reasonable. I didn't negotiate the price, as I just needed the job completed promptly. I was promised that it would be finished within the week, but after a week passed, there was no progress. I reached out multiple times, but each time I received a different excuse for the delays. The job was finally completed on 3/30/26. Fast forward to less than a month later, on 4/20/26, and the window graphics are already peeling. The slow service and poor quality of work have left me very dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
