I stopped by this store to drop off amazon returns. I brought in my products unwrapped as…read moreinstructed. I placed each one on the counter, next to a printout of the qr code that amazon allows me to print out. I find it easier to give back the return if I have the paper return with it ,rather than trying to find/match qr codes from my phone when I get to the store. This also saves me some anxiety about finding the right thing under pressure! There were 3 young people staffing the store. As I walked in, a very nice employee asked if they could help me and immediately nodded their head when I told them I was there to make amazon returns. They were so fast - they had a slip printed out for me within minutes of my arrival. No judgements, no anything - just got it done asap. Thank you so much! I have never been in a ups store with so many people staffing it - who were helpful to boot! Thanks! Parking is plentiful in the shopping plaza, though there is no parking directly in front of this particular storefront.
