I use this UPS store quite a bit to drop off pre labeled UPS packages. I can say that the employees here are some of the most inept and unhappy people I've ever met. They never greet you, they let you stand there wondering if you can approach them while completely ignoring you and everyone else. When I drop off packages without needing a receipt they refuse to acknowledge me at all. No thanks, got it, or even a nod of the head. I don't understand how any of them still have a job there. I hate that this store is the closest one to my house but I am considering my options so that I never have to go in here again. At this point I am more than willing to just pay for the UPS pickup service. This UPS store gets credit for every prelabeled package I drop off. I'm tired of giving them free money for their useless employees. If this only happened once I'd just accept that an employee was having a bad day but this honestly happens every single time I go in there multiple times a week. read more

I have had to use UPS a handful of times because FedEx doesn't ship to a certain location and every time I've been here the staff is so incredibly rude, unhelpful, demeaning, and honestly a horrible representation of the UPS brand. When I walked in I kindly said hi and the two younger employees didn't even acknowledge me as I'm standing at the counter right in front of them. The man who "helped" me seemed to be the store manager which is even worse. I left the store without shipping anything and will not be returning. I would recommend going to any other location even if it 30 minutes out of the way before wasting your time or money here. read more

I stopped by this store to drop off amazon returns. I brought in my products unwrapped as instructed. I placed each one on the counter, next to a printout of the qr code that amazon allows me to print out. I find it easier to give back the return if I have the paper return with it ,rather than trying to find/match qr codes from my phone when I get to the store. This also saves me some anxiety about finding the right thing under pressure! There were 3 young people staffing the store. As I walked in, a very nice employee asked if they could help me and immediately nodded their head when I told them I was there to make amazon returns. They were so fast - they had a slip printed out for me within minutes of my arrival. No judgements, no anything - just got it done asap. Thank you so much! I have never been in a ups store with so many people staffing it - who were helpful to boot! Thanks! I think I understand the bad reviews, I think people need to understand that the UPS staff isn't Amazon. They aren't supposed to assume/guess anything from the customers Amazon orders. I have returned probably more items than anybody else there, I have never, ever, EVER had an issue with the staff. It also starts by me being respectful and organizing my returns before going into the store. Sort your QR codes to the matching item, know what you have to do, the staff is supposed to scan your code and take your item, PERIOD. I've had jokes, smiles, and good attitude from the staff there, and again I think it's because they see me trying to make their job easier. If you have no idea how to process a return, chat with the Amazon help chat before going and they will let you know what to do. This a 5 stars review, not questions asked. Please don't go in there with an attitude, be cordial, and I'm sure they will be happy to help you out, like any other store in town. read more

It's a shame I have to even leave a negative review. The support staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. I am a small business owner and I ship lots of packages weekly. The store manager is down right terrible and as a business owner I would remove him from any interaction with customers. He might be great at his job or Great with the other employees but not with customers. Your manager sets the tone for the store and this is sad. I also might limit the kind of music played in the store, dont get me wrong I love rock...but system of the down chop suey (ps song about suicide) might not be the best choice for your business! I watched him dismiss customers ahead of me and instead of fixing a problem with a package he told his employee "let them learn a lesson." And not fix the package. Please UPS DO BETTER!!!!! i came in yesterday to drop off a package, the service was fast i was able to go in and out within 2 mins but during the process this short tanned young girl thought it would be funny to say "konnichiwa" to me (i'm asian), she herself did not look japanese. her and the other two white guys started chuckling with her. it was very rude and made me really uncomfortable. read more

This UPS store is the absolute worst! if I could give it zero stars I would . I came to make an Amazon return ( it was two of the same item) so the poor excuse of an employee tells me "you need to know which return is for which, I didn't order it so you just have to know" didn't try to help me AT ALL, mind you the waste of space manager was standing right there and didn't try to intervene to help either. There was another gentleman that was actually so kind and helpful thankfully. I asked who the manager was and the waste of space clown in the middle responded that it was him, which floored me bc he did absolutely nothing the first time around and I asked him " are you really ok with the type of customer service your employee provided? ", " to which he responded " I didn't order from Amazon so you need to know your order" he then proceeded to tell me that I am not allowed back to this store . So I also made sure to let him know I will have corporate remove him before that happens! Please please please reach out to corporate and get these jokes out of the store if you ever had a horrible encounter with them .let these clowns know that their actions matter, and they won't be getting away with it forever. They're charging $10 per notary stamp now. That's just flat out ripping people off. How about $10 for as many as you have me $1 for each additional. I had 5 I needed. There is no way in hell I'm paying $50 for 5 stamps. Seriously just unethical. And don't even get me started on the employees. Probably the best UPS store for customer service that I have received. I don't understand some of the negative reviews I have read here. I had to return packages quickly and realized that this little location was near by. What a gem to find. The most professional and courteous assistance with help bringing packages in from a young man named Tennyson and continued great customer service from another young lady named Nancy. All the staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and positive. A CREDIT to the company. Maybe the bad reviews came from people who had a negative mindset when they walked in the door. Positivity is contagious, unfortunately so is negatively. Check your attitude at the door and you will be pleasantly rewarded with great service from a team of young upbeat professionals. Go online and get your overnite NDA label direct from UPS. It's 1/2 the price. If you google UPS and see the shipping prices (I only use Next Day Air) for my envelopes. This Store is coded for $84+_, the UPS website has the EXACT SAME zip code to zip code (at the exact same before noon/10:30am), for about half..$47+_. The ups store employee told me "we're independent and have higher pricing"! WTF?! I verified the nda envelope pricing directly with UPS by telephone. I don't send packages much, but the NDA envelopes is absolutely coded wrong at this store! Use the "real" ups website before you walk in unsuspecting. You can print your own label from ups and just drop your envelope at this store for free. read more

Too bad they will not get my return business... ever! Had to return an item but had difficulty downloading the barcode and return merchandise info from my phone. The dudes wouldn't go one inch out of their way. IDK why there are one star reviews and I question the legitimacy of same since they seem to be "in a row" .. but I will tell you my experience was 5 Star .. ! I didnt even know this location existed and found it to return (of all things) my comcast/xfinity modem/router box .. ! I had some labels to print as well and another (small) print job but I called ahead of time (because I saw it was .. duh .. a UPS store .. wait .. for my xfinity return ..??) so I called and spoke with Bobby who verified that yes they perform that function .. I also confirmed some other information, including the location, and way on my way .. I showed up looking like a homeless person (I had just finished a roof job on a rental structure I own) and sometimes people in customer service can be less than gracious concerning attire, but not this place .. Bobby helped me in person and in no time I got all of my issues taken care of and on my way .. I do want to add that I received a shipping receipt for the box, no problem .. all of my questions were answered and everyone was just terrific .. again, I must insist strongly that I feel the low star reviews are "planted" here, as my experience from phone interaction to arriving in person, is 5 stars easy .. ! read more

I had the worst experience today at this location. I had a small gun part that I needed to ship to a local gunsmith. After waiting in line, "Bobbie" told me "We don't ship gun parts". This seemed odd, as I have shipped many things, including gun parts through UPS for many years. I confirmed this by looking at the UPS gun part and gun shipment policy. It has not changed. In fact, I picked up a separate gun part from a gun shop today-it was a UPS shipment. I will never return to this facility. And although losing one customer to them isn't a big deal, it's a big deal to me and my neighbors. The store is The UPS Store, 6671 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter FL 33458. Public service post. I have been using this UPS store to drop of my packages as I have an account with UPS. I started noticing on my UPS bills I was getting charged for more weight than my packages where. Today I went to drop an envelope and when they scans and gave me the receipt I saw it was reporting 2 pounds my package was .5 pounds . When I asked the store manager to correct it he proceeded to tell me that he would not that the weight reported would not affect me to which I explained it did affect me when my bill came I got charged for 2 pounds instead of the .5. He again said I was wrong and that they did it to every package because that is how they got paid more by UPS. I asked him to change it and he refused to do it . I tried to get his name he would not give it . I took back my package and will use a different store from now on. So I just want people to be aware when using this store. Check they are really reporting the true weight of the packages so you do not get overcharged. read more

I will NEVER use UPS again! They are the worse! I had a guarantee delivery from Amazon, but the driver apparently did not adhere to common sense. Instead of leaving the package at the door, in a fenced i patio, he decided not to deliver my package and therefore my nephew will not get his birthday present on his birthday. I called several times and the operator told me that they called my phone, yet the number that she had was not even close to my number, and then she had the audacity to tell me I gave the wrong number. When I called the store directly they said there was nothing they could do, it was up to the discretion of the driver, WTH? read more

This store is blatantly ripping off UPS customers that use a UPS account number. The owner refuses to stock the forms needed to ship something ground if you want to use a UPS account. This means you can only ship 2nd day air or next day air at much higher prices using a UPS account number. How UPS could allow this is beyond me? I will never ship anything there again and I urge you not to use them either. Who knows what other tricks they are pulling on their unsuspecting customers there? read more

Make sure when you shop at this location that you understand that it's a "Franchise" apparently you can not return or exchange the exact items they carry in there store! For example I bought 5 boxes from another UPS store just up the road and I just so happened to be at this location having lunch and thought I would return it there...I also had to ship a package that I spent $100 on!! But no they could not return the 5 boxes totaling $10 for me to put towards my $100 purchase...reason being that I did not purchase those boxes at that location!??? To a normal customer out there you can only assume you can go to same store different location to get the services you need but apparently not! I strongly suggest going to another ups location and avoiding this one entirely!! read more
