He's also a notary, which makes the process even easier, and he handles everything efficiently without ever making customers feel rushed or like a burden. I go out of my way to avoid them at all costs. I have had to get refunds on my last two orders and UPS have offered no explanation for why the package was never delivered. I have cameras and would know if the package was delivered and or stollen but UPS simply never delivers anything then have the audacity to send an email update claiming delivery. But the staff here is still giving the same exceptional, friendly and helpful service that made me love this place. Danny, the owner, was amazing, especially seeing that we had 10 packages to pick up. They've remodeled the place too, making much easier to find what you need and take advantage of all the services they provide. So many of these mail box stores are not up to par. After several attempts I was able to locate the store due the presence of Amazon advertising on a ground decal. Had I needed to use the UPS services I would have not found the store. It was difficult to go inside because the store is not American Disability Act Disability friendly. I had to sit at the entrance door for a while as I looked at the employees in the window. They stared at me, but did not offer any assistance. Luckily a person walking but opened the door so I could get into the small building. Amazon services was able to send my package with a label for the value of the Amazon Prime cost (no fee for shipping a return).
