Been living on this side of town for over 10 yrs and this is the first time I had bad customer service there. Ri is the worst employee there. He took care another person behind me when I was waiting in line just because they had labels but was waiting for a receipt. I let him l know that was not nice or correct. When I left I told him again that wasn't very good customer service and he laughed. I walked and then turned around to speak to the manager. When out of town, it's difficult to find a printer to use that is not on a secured network. Such was my dilemma while traveling in Phoenix. The place I was staying offered no print services as all and then someone recommended Fed Ex. I hadn't even thought about the business. I called, explained my issue and they gave me a email link where I could send my documents. I sent the documents, drive to the business, and gave them my name. Stop calling me to come and pick up my package. Literally do your job. I paid for shipping so it needs to be shipped here. Package was supposed to be delivered Monday, and it was not so whatever. So they came Tuesday and it was raining so they took it back to their office. I called and got a confirmation number to get it redelivered and someone from this office rudely called and told me "we are not doing that you need to come pick it up." Then at the end she said she would reliever. Never came. Tried and speaking with a manager and they somehow can't get me to one. The funniest part of the whole story is someone from fed ex delivered a package on Saturday from that store. He even told me if they would have just gave it to him he would have dropped it off. He also let me know you need to try and redeliver it three times. Get it together fed ex and do your job. You literally deliver parcels. That's the gig. So now do more work and send it back internationally and she will just have to reship it. Literally not my problem even though you somehow tried making it mine. read more

Although it was a little busy, two to three people ahead of me, it was only a two minute wait. Tom ( store manager) not only helped me get the correct size box, but also packed and taped it for me! Great place to ship anything and fax anywhere. I walked in & they asked if I need help and they helped me fax a paper. First you must insert your credit card and there's a hold of $10. Plus you pay $2 something. Plus if there's more papers it's $2 something for each paper as well. Kinda expensive for just sending a fax. read more

It's been a few years since I have had to use a printer service, but this was like waking up from a 20 year coma. To print out a (very small) packet of papers (B&W) from the Internet was almost $20. Yikes. I honestly don't know how this compares to other similar businesses, but if they are all like this then they all deserve 1 Star. Taking advantage of people who need to get work done but don't have the ability to do it from home. You could charge much less than this and still make a profit. Give me a break. read more

About two weeks ago I sent one of my paintings across the country house I have done before in the past the gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted insurance because that would guarantee that if something went wrong I would get my money back which in turn turned out to be $110 even that was not the case about a week later I had received messages from Fed ex ground that had said OK you're painting is in Ohio. And then the next day I come home from work and my box is facedown extremely damaged in front of my patio. So I go back to FedEx and complain. As per usual as anyone else would. They tell me that I need to call customer service hotline. OK. I called three days I called for two hours each conversation I never once got to talk to a person I only got robots. And today I decided to go back to FedEx and try and get my money back the normal way by just going to the store and have the receipt in hand package in hand they refused to reimburse me so now knowing even though all this Covid stuff is happening I have actually had, many paintings sent across the country. And I have never had this problem so I think it was the driver that had some sort of vindictiveness about him/herself. No matter I will never put my money towards this business ever again. read more

Really feeling like I got ripped off here. I went here to ship a package via FedEx and decided to have them pack and ship for me. It was a 20x20x12" box and some bubble wrap and packing paper. Total Charge for this service; Almost $25 with tax. The box itself can be purchased for $2-3 online or local moving companies. My fault for not doing a little research ahead of time. Oh, but I have a Packing Guarantee against damage. Geez. All of that said, the girl that helped me was very nice as she took my $25 for probably $3-4 in packing supplies and 5min of her time. And I also have to add that their internet/computer is a border line scam. Seems like its purposely slow to they can really rack up the charges for using it. I had to refresh the page several times to get it to work and was operating at a speed that reminded me of a 14.4k modem from the 1990s. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!!!! Side note. I just had my local UPS Store pack the same exact item. $13 for box and packing. read more

I hate to give this type of review but this entire situation started because of a mistake by someone helping my mom send an international package from this location. I'm sure the woman would have tried to rectify the situation but I had to file a claim since it was out of her hands. The claim was closed with no prior notification. I have spent countless hours on the phone and today, when finally I get to a supervisor that sounds like I might get somewhere, he says he can't hear me and hangs up! I would be careful sending anything via FedEx. I know I'll never use the service again. I came in today to ship some packages because the post office was a mad house. It was busy for a kinko's, but I was helped promptly and efficiently. I get a discount with my company to ship things here, so it is a great alternative to waiting in line at the post office. This location is out in the desert. Not too hard to find. Like Fort Knox to get to the pick up location. Once you get through the gate you walk to the office. If the package is too big to carry through the gate they get on a little cart and meet you out in the parking lot. The man that helped me was nice. Not too much to say this was my first time at this location. Hopefully I will not have to come back. It was a nice drive to get there though. read more

Tony, the assistant manager, has the best customer service I have ever experienced by any Fedex Kinkos employee. He helped me for approximately a hour with a work document, was friendly, not at all condescending, an excellent problem solver and as a result he ended up staying late at work. I will NEVER go to this location again. My high school son had a quick turn around project two class periods. We went into this location not busy and were greeted by a nice young man who asked my son to email him the file we needed printed. He preceded to cut and paste then print out a completely non sense paper. Then the assistant manger walked up was completely rude and condescending to both me and my son. I had hopes for this place. It's close to home and felt like the people were better trained than those behind the copy counters at Office Max and Staples. I was most disappointed. I took a small half-page booklet in seeking one copy of it, specifying it needed collated and stapled with a plain black cardstock cover. The young man asked me to wait just twenty minutes. I waited thirty and approached the counter offering to return. He stated he was having "some problems." I returned two days later to find my original still in pieces (no stapler they had would work) and the copy of lose pages void of any type of order. One of my original pages had "accidentally" gotten caught in the automatic feeder and was a crinkled mess. They "forgot" the need of a black cover and could not bind either copy. "What a mess!" I exclaimed. His response: "That will be $10.56." I was shocked but the copy was for an out-of-state friend and we were on our way to the airport. I had to take the pieces. I paid and promised myself to never return. If you can't perform the job you've agreed to do, call me with other options. If you destroy my original and jumble the new copy beyond easy use, at least credit me something to compensate for your inabilities. I went in to have the binding cut off of a book. There were three people working at the desk and they seemed a bit annoyed to attend to my request. After explaining to the young lady three times that all I needed was the binding cut off she then became annoyed that I wanted it done today. I left, ran some errands and returned two hours later. Unfortunately the lady did not pay attention to what I said. She cut binding and then wire bound the book. In short I was inconveniencing her and she did not pay attention to my instructions. Their appointment scheduling system doesn't work well. When I had a package that required signature I went online and scheduled an appointment. I then receive a phone call to schedule the appointment?!? So it was scheduled then they didn't come in the allotted time. I called and was given an excuse that the driver misunderstood. Last week I went into this FedEx location for the first time. I went into check the price for a box and purchased a couple food items. The customer service representative Yoshi did an excellent job.
