They cropped my business card and the m moved down in the text. For a supposed printing center this is unacceptable service. They refused to give me a refund or re-print. The manager has an attitude.

Great place to ship anything and fax anywhere. I walked in & they asked if I need help and they helped me fax a paper. First you must insert your credit card and there's a hold of $10. Plus you pay $2 something. Plus if there's more papers it's $2 something for each paper as well. Kinda expensive for just sending a fax.

don't come here for photos for your passport it's a big rip off $16.95 avoid it like the plague everything is overpriced!

*UPDATE* I wasn't…read moreasking them to stay an extreme amount of time, I asked for maybe a minute. I obviously can read the posted time 6PM hence why I called, seems the "business customer service" is another reason this location has awful reviews, with that response it makes sense. I rather get my package out first thing tomorrow then run into having to go after work and running into this same issue, the truck will leave earlier than when I can get into a UPS location with nice staff. I will not be doing business with you tomorrow or ever. I should have read the reviews before considering this location. I called and a woman answered, I explained that I was on my way there and my maps said I would get there at 6:01, I asked if they could please do me this favor I have something important to send. She said "you're not going to make it." So rudely. I understand you close at 6, but that's early for people who get off later in the day or someone like me who's trying to get my kid to soccer. People need to have a little more consideration these days, apparently this location doesn't have any at all. I probably would have been there in time, but I was considerate enough to call and I'm glad I did I rather go to another location.

I've used this UPS store numerous times. All with great success... However, this week, I paid…read more$226.00+ for overnight shipping. My client wanted to take the day off to receive her $450 order. The store said the package would arrive next day by noon. My client called me and stated she had not received the package. I searched on behalf of her, it showed it was delayed until the next day. I called in regard to getting a refund of the difference of shipping. Not a full refund. Meerily, the difference between overnight and two day as the service they ended up providing was two day, not overnight. I called to file the claim. They called back and said it had been denied due to "weather". I understand the weather is unpredictable but not one person at the store said, "there may be a delay". Their words were it will arrive tomorrow. BY NOON. I refused to settle for a denial. They referred me to the UPS customer service line. I called and waited on hold only to be told to call the store. I explained I had already spoken to them. They said they would need to take my complaint. Basically sending me in circles. As a fellow business owner, I can't imagine charging someone for a premium service and then giving them a sub par service and just expecting people to be ok with that. Went against my better judgement and shipped UPS again after this, less than a week later and GUESS WHAT?!!! DELAYED!!! They guaranteed me there were no forseen delays. Now my package is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. If anyone has an recommendation, I'm adding UPS to the list with USPS for worst service. Apparently FedEx is known for being speedy, guess that'll be my next stop.
