Aloha Hawaiians, I recently had to return some computers and monitors back to work so that I could get some new equipment. I was very worried cause it needed to get there in a timely manner and in safe condition . I called several times and they were very kind and patient and helpful. When I finally showed up to mail, my two monitors and CPU, they were very helpful. They told me about services and I chose to send it and have them pack it and I was very satisfied with the service and delivery time. I followed up the next day, one of the associates there remembered me , and provided helpful information in regard to my transaction. Package was delivered to the location on 7/3, per UPS tracking stated i had until 7/10 to pick up. On 7/8 I attempted to pick up my package. I was informed my package was not there and would need to contact the seller. I asked why my package wasn't there and was told that I must be wrong. I provided the tracking number and was told that the drivers scan packages they don't deliver. So now the blame is passed on to the driver. I asked her what I could do and she said to come back on Monday The person at the store marked my package refused when I attempted to pick it up. I emailed customer service. If you see my email to UPS Customer service it was sent at 10:03 AM on Saturday 7/8, they are closed on the weekends so they didn't mark it refused. At 10:43 AM the store marked it as refused. I contacted support on Monday and was told I refused the package so they couldn't stop the return. I explained I didn't mark it refused and attempted to pick my package up but there was nothing they could do. Lesson learned, never using this store again. I'll continue to use the store on 19th Ave and Union Hills, I have never had an issue with pick up or returns at that store. . read more

This review is for the UPS location at 625 W. Deer Valley Rd., Phoenix, AZ. We had friends in from out of town and they needed items, some of them breakable, packaged and mailed home. This location was great as it was open on Sunday. Clerk #228876 assisted us. He was very pleasant and courteous and took the time to listen to my friend for instructions for packaging. The packages were received timely, and my friend stated that everything was very bubble wrapped and packed very well. One of the best she has seen. Thank you. read more

I love this store and they are kind and responsive. Most of these bad reviews are for a wrong store and should be removed. The employee turnover is average, so you might get a bad employee, but I've never experienced that here, and I've been using them for a a few years now. The OWNER is direct and upfront while being very helpful and kind. Always respectful and very clean store. I'm unsure if having cameras in the store would correct any missing package issues that a couple people have had, but I've never had an issue. Use this store. read more

I can't believe they don't provide UPS shipping supplies, but rather force you to purchase their own supplies. UPS provides these items to shippers free of charge. This is just a pathetic way to make an extra dollar but in reality it drives customers away. I know I won't be going back. read more

This location is right down the street from my work. I have used it about 5 times now, mostly returning Amazon packages. Super easy process...take it in, they scan it, hand you a receipt and you are on your way. The same lady always works the mornings (of the days I have been in, at least) and she is friendly, quick and efficient. I will continue using this place for my Amazon returns and other shipping needs. Never crowded, close to work and the super nice lady make this a 5 star joint! read more

Wow, I can confirm the rudeness of the staff here... did they used to work for the USPostal service and got let go because they were too bad even for the USPS? There are other places in the area that are better, helpful and more grateful for business. I'd recommend Airpark Pak and Ship just down the street. Edit... yes, I did try and send wine there, and it was via the UPS API in the online store's check out... it suggested the location... I didn't just pick it out of the hat. I thought, well, I guess that's convenient as there is a signature required and I'm not always around. So click button for delivery to the UPS store. On Monday I get an aggressive call saying I can't just ship wine to them without an account (really, it was the website that suggested it) and she goes off on me telling me I need this and that (no idea what she is talking about, I think all I should need is an ID) but after hanging up I spend over an hour trying to contact UPs and the shipper trying to sort this out and neighs know what this code they are asking for is all about, so we do a three way call to the store with the UPS representative on the line to sort out why they require, and I am told that they don't have time to answer the question, and which point yes, I was rude. But I'd suggest you call UPS and get the recording of the conversation, your employee might need a lesson in customer relations, and based on the other reviews this is a pretty well supported assertion. I have had a mailbox here for over a year and the service is excellent. The small staff are always helpful and friendly. I have had things shipped, packed, faxed and copied and I never had a problem as they are there to assist you. I can get to my box after hours and they don't mind if you call to see if you have a package. The candy bowl is a plus too. read more

I went to this store to mail a package to Bose to receive a refund for a product, noise masking ear buds, that was a truly bad product. This store managed to lose my package or the original clerk stole it. Since Bose did not receive my package they did not send me my refund, $265. Both the lady and gentleman who are working at the front counter were so nice and friendly and helpful! Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are very good. This used to be a 5 star location but I'm not sure if they changed the ownership or management or god knows what but I hate it now. They used to be so helpful and they would go above and beyond to help you walk out of there satisfied. Now I feel like I'm overpaying every single time I go there. I just don't like being lied to nor taken advantage of, and unfortunately that's how I have felt the last few times I went in there. I dare you folks to test them out yourselves. I literally shipped an item last week to Atlanta Georgia and paid a certain price, now this week I sold the same item and I was shipping here to a local address in AZ and I ended up paying $2 more!!!! I actually have both receipts to prove it. Needless to say I'm not going back no matter what. They lost my business forever. read more

You have the absolutely most ridiculous woman answering the phone and working the front desk. Not only was she immediately rude to my boyfriend when he called asking her to find out why our package wasn't able to be delivered even though we were home, she was rude when I came in to pick it up. I walked in there with a smile, trying to be as nice as possible but she immediately remarked that my boyfriend needed to come in to pick up the package that I paid for and was marked under the wrong name. When we called again to find out if the package would be at the store the next day, she would not look up the info number given to us on the ups delivery notice. I want my boyfriend to get his money back from ups because he had to pay to make sure it would be at the store after it was their fault that they put our drivers name on the package instead of mine.
