I called the UPS customer help line to see what I can do, they couldn't help because I had a USPS tracking number. I called USPS. They couldn't help me because I paid UPS. I call the store. The manager basically told me I'm SOL and there's nothing he can do. I called again today asking for a refund because the service I received was not the one I paid for. He again just tells me that there's nothing he can do to help me. Don't bother going to this store. The post office and fedex aren't that far from this garbage hole. Avoid this store if you care about timely service and getting the correct service. As for my refund, I'm still looking for it.
