This location and employees are definitely customer friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They are respectful, helpful and work hard to provide great customer service. When I've gone I never have to wait more than a few minutes. If I can't print the label at home, they print it for you. The items shipped arrive on time and intact. From all the local UPS stores in the area, this store is the only one I use. All the other ones seem like their employees don't like their jobs or helping a customer. This place is always quick and easy! Whether I need to use the computer to print out a shipping label or if I don't have a shipping label but still need to send something out, it's always quick. I've been coming to this UPS since I was in college and I hadn't come to appreciate it until recently after having experienced other UPS stores around Miami. The customer service here is always excellent regardless of the person attending me. I'm always greeted with a genuine smile. I mostly go to drop off packages I need to return with a prepaid shipping label and they always help me pack it up before handing me a receipt and sending me on my way. I shipped an $1800 of Remy Martin Louis XIII using this UPS Store. Thank God I opted for the insurance. Unfortunately the bottle was damaged by UPS. I thought thank goodness for the insurance. BE CAREFUL WITH UPS insurance. When they take your package they ask you if you want to insure it. If you agree they price it. The problem lies when you have a claim. The UPS insurance refused to honor the claim and sent me packing. BUT NOT THE OWNER of this store, Jorge Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez was gentleman throughout the whole process. At times I was so angry that my emotions got the best of me. But Mr. Rodriguez never showed any signs of anger. Finally after a process of about a month. Mr. Rodriguez honored the claim partially thru his business insurance and partially out of his own money. Mr. Rodriguez went to bat for me and scored a homerun. If you come in this store and see two young gentlemen at the counter then you can expect to be treated kindly, given any help you need and great customer service. They really bend over backward to make shipping easy for you. Today I went in when an older gentleman and older lady were running the store. There were 5 of us in the store waiting for service. There seemed to be some problem with the computer system not that I would know because the staff never acknowledged or spoke to me. I don't even think they speak English because I didn't hear one word of it. I waked for half an hour while the man and woman went about their morning tasks of paperwork and such while completely ignoring every customer who walked in. No "I'll be right with you" or "our computer system is down do you mind waiting a minute?" Nothing. They were so rude and I knew I would need help with my packaging. Finally I left. The gentlemen tried to stop me but all he kept saying was "label?" And I'm like "no I don't have a label." Finally he just shrugged and let me leave. I'll never go back unless the two younger guys are working honestly. read more

Great customer service but the place itself has a stench. I honestly feel sorry for the employees. It's not their fault since they have a hookah bar right next to them. For quick drop offs, it's awesome. But if you cannot stand the smell of hookah smoke, not the place for you. read more
