I never leave reviews. This is the worst fedex I have EVER been to. The staff is sooooo rude. Stood there for 10 mins while 4 people stood behind the desk chatting. Got visibly annoyed with me when I nicely asked if I could check out at their register. Continued to be nasty and then while I was walking out said they hate working at Brickell because of the people here. I was totally pleasant. I didn't even say anything when they were rude. Insane. Probably the worst service I've ever received at a FedEx store. Customer service goes a long way and this staff needs training. They literally just leave you waiting without updating you on why they are taking so long. They walk away and say nothing. A little bothered I ask a young male employee if the lady was printing the return label or what was taking so long because I was in a rush. He looked at the screen without clicking anything and said email hadn't come in yet. When the girl finally returns to me she asked him why he hadn't print the return label for her and he answered in Spanish, assuming I didn't speak the language, "me ataco". It didn't need to be this hard. 20 copies of a 20page document tool 3 hours. I asked the staff to make the copies and they were clear I should us the self service machine. After 6 storages request help each time, they finally said I should have them print. Duh, I tried. Each worker who 'helped'me was progressively less friendly or helpful. Finally Robert takes the prize for most infuriating, condescending and rude. Why are they in a competition to see who can do he least? I sent an overnight an order online and there was no way for me to rush it so I called them in the morning and they made two coil booklets for me at the exact timing they said they would (much faster than website promised)...This was OUTSTANDING service and the print quality was excellent! First off I have lived in Brickell for 25 years and I never knew there's was a ""KINKOS"" here in MBV As my Assitant is in labor and as a high profile CEO I always need someone that can help me with our office duties mainly printing projects, I needed to have a couple of printing and designing projects done, whenever I went to this location I hoped I would find someone that could help to me and someone with common sense / a serviced oriented individual to help me achieve my project and thankfully Marlene V works here, she made a huge difference with my experience, Marlene V help me all the step of the way and for that she deserves a great review, whenever we grow to a 50 employee company she will be my office manager for sure, she deserves a raise and a 10 day paid vacation to Hawaii she is the best. read more

Great place! Easy and quick to get things done. I mainly go to print things and it is seamless. It is always clean and people are helpful.

My biggest gripe with this FedEx location is that they always seemed to be understaffed. Whether I need to ship something, print at a computer (which always seem full), or assistance with a project, it takes awhile to talk to someone. I've also setup projects online and, while my old FedEx store used to call to verify the order and specifications, this location never does. As a result, I've ended up paying way more for projects that I would've altered had I known the cost. Online it says they will follow up, but this store doesn't seem to do that. Located in Mary Brickell Village, it's hard to find parking if you aren't living and working in the area. Street parking is scarce so your best bet may be to park in the big garage across the street and trek over. All in all, not my fave. read more

BIYER BEWARE: Scam to get more money from people. Made black and white copies then printed my receipt and was chat for color copies. I took everything to the counter and was told "the copiers are defaulted to do color copies and I can't refund your money". I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I'm here regularly printing out resumes (if one of you hire me I wouldn't have to print them). Reading some of these reviews since being new to the area I was a bit terrified of what was going to happen when I tried making prints/copies. This place was just what I needed and had no issues doing anything. I will say, I'm only there using the computer for maybe 3 minutes while I pull up my email to print my latest resume, printing it and then making copies. No big projects here. What kind of annoys me is I'm not sure if you can pay cash for anything there. Every machine has a credit card meter attached to it which I guess for technology's sake is nice, but if I'm spending .88 cents on prints I really would rather not put that on my debit card. I also wish they placed the paper bags by the printers so instead of waiting for a rep to give them to me I could just grab my own and be on my way. It's just the little things. Don't be afraid of the customer service, especially when most of the time (for basic projects) you don't need to speak to anyone at all which I absolutely love. read more

I would avoid this Fed Ex at all costs. Their staff works extremely slowly and inefficiently. Their staff is unapologetic for long wait times and overall very unhelpful. When sending any documents express expect at least a thirty minute wait per visit as they only have one computer system which is often not working properly. read more

Fedex has to be the worst courier company in the world. Lazy and lying drivers who claim that nobody was home, wrong address, business closed, no access code, even if all that is irrelevant!! They lie, they charge a lot more than USPS, UPS or DHL. If you want to have your package or letter delivered a day or 3 after the expected day, use Fedex. The managers are pathetic and ask you to go a pick up the package to downtown Miami. No wonder their stock is so much lower than UPS. I made the mistake of saying that I was going to pick it up and went to the downtown office, nothing was given to me because they had no package. Liars, Expensive and Full of excuses. I always come here for binding and shipping. The staff are lovely especially Marlene. They are very good at what they do. The only issue is they are always understaffed. You have to wait long times to get anything completed. Sometimes I get lucky and there are no lines, but it is a busy store and it seems like they get down to one staff member to help so many people. It's frustrating as I only have very simple jobs each time I come here. Nonetheless I give them 4 stars because they are very good at what they do and are professional and nice, but please try to get more people on staff-I think it would be a nice place to work as I said the employees are lovely. read more

I wish I could give negative star because I was almost robbed by the Fedex employee at this location this morning. I went there to ONLY drop off a box, which already had a tag and all... The employee told me to wait because he needed to "inspect the box". I waited him to finish attending a customer. First, he asked me what was inside my box, I told him there were 2 pairs of shoes that I was returning. He said the contents inside are loose! What the heck is that supposed to mean? I received that box exactly like that, I told him that. And then, he inspects the box one more time and says there are "damages" on the box and he would charge me to stuff the box and get a new "smaller" box! I was just astonished to hear all that! WOWWW!! He literally wanted to CHARGE me SOMEHOW. I said " No, thank you!" and left! Worst customer service ever. Went in to ship some items and the guy didn't know what he was doing. The employee provided me the wrong shipping quote by entering the wrong zip code. I requested the manager and sure enough the associate had no clue of what he was doing. I explained the manager that she shouldn't leave new employees alone and that it is her responsibility to properly train them to avoid horrible customer service. Get it together FedEx!
