It was a nightmarish situation using this store. I bought a friend a baseball cap for their birthday. It had to be sent to Quebec Canada..... I asked her several times if this would mean i had to pay any other tariffs or dues because it was going to another country. This Stephanie person who is (apparently the manager!?) at first she couldn't figure out the Canadian Zip Code until she realized she was putting in one of the wrong characters. Then she told me this charge would cover the entire shipment...tariffs and all.... well.... My friend got his gift..... and then a few weeks later he got a bill in the mail from Fed Ex asking for $20 some dollars for the taxes and tariffs..... In short..... these people in this store have zero idea what they are doing and what they are talking about. Beware! read more

I haven't had to use most of the services offered here, but whenever I do come by, the workers have been friendly and professional. One of the workers even recognized me after just the first visit. I came here an anxious mess. My realtor wanted documents, and I could feel the sense of urgency coming from him, another realtor, an attorney, and a lender. Oh how I wished this were a joke about them walking into a bar... I needed access to a copy machine, a scanner, and e-mail. You can send documents to their print system, but they won't print Excel documents which blows. I had to jump onto my laptop to convert the document and then I used Starbucks' slow as molasses WiFi. The headaches in this case were all my fault - not FedEx's. I probably could have gotten things done if there were employees here to help or point me in the right direction. I was here for probably 15 minutes before I determined that no, this FedEx is not manned by robots. Copies are a bit more expensive than your local library. I paid $4 to use the scanner and log in to my e-mail for maybe 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY PLACE. PEOPLE ARE WORKING HERE - The most annoying part of my visit was listening to a child run around this place while listening to "Are You Sleeping?" in Spanish on a cell phone, VERY loud, and on repeat OVER AND OVER until the family finally left. They didn't take the hint when I whipped my head around and stared them down, or when I loudly whispered "shhhhhh!" This isn't a library, so you can't really EXPECT a quiet working environment - or can you? There are computers everywhere. People are obviously working. Again, this is the parents' problem and not FedEx, but still...I tried to sit down at one of the scan stations, but little Ronaldo was too busy playing with his three (THREE!) stuffed "Frozen" Olaf toys. I waited in line for 10 minutes for someone to help me... Finally, when they did, I said I needed some envelopes printed. The guy with the long gray ponytail said they don't print envelopes. I looked up at the "Full service printing" sign and he rudely said "We don't print on Airplane parts either" (whatever that means...?) ... I said I'm glad I waited in line for 10 minutes and walked away and I heard him, under his breath, say "WOW"... Get out of that place, old man... Sometimes you just need to be able to print a whole lot of stuff, or in fun colors, or get a ton of copies made, or some other reason that would bring you to a FedEx Office Center (which, back in my day, was called Kinko's, but I guess that ship has sailed). So this place is a necessary evil and they know it, so there are no airs of customer service or attempts at civility. They know you need what they offer, and that virtually no one else offers it, so what are you going to do? Even in this age of internet, I can't order copies of a flier I need to hand out today at Amazon. Their selection is terrible and the prices are horrifying. This last visit, I needed to print a poem about candles for part of a wedding gift (don't ask) and I wanted to print it on nice paper. A package of 20 sheets of cute paper that had certainly been tampered with / had several sheets stolen before I arrived was 5.99. FIVE NINETY NINE. FOR A TINY STACK OF PAPER. Their shared computers are a little grimy and similarly overpriced, but they function, and I've worked on worse. A single printed sheet of paper in color is over $1, which is actually a marvel of modern capitalism that that is even possible. The service, as mentioned above, is unbelievable. In reading the previous reviews, I literally knew who people were talking about, as "the guy with the long gray ponytail" has been rude to me more times than I can count, too. This past time, he wasn't there, but I was treated to an array of employees all staring blankly at a fight happening between what seemed to be some sort of manager and two desperate customers trying to ship some boxes. The line to actually purchase something was 5 deep, and no amount of deep sighs, frustrated hip swinging, and even a colorful eye roll or two would make any employee move AWAY from the distraction of people disagreeing in a retail store, to help the customer. When I finally got checked out, a shockingly lovely woman apologized for the wait and asked if I needed anything else. She must not have gone through the new hire orientation yet. The saddest part of this whole damn review is that I will absolutely be back when I'm stuck in a jam and need something printed IMMEDIATELY, and I will frustratedly bathe in hand sanitizer to pretend I'm not touching a communal keyboard that hasn't been cleaned since 1998, and I will certainly storm out angry that it takes 25 minutes to complete a purchase. But i'll be back. As long as there are crafty gifts to give and last minute invitations to send... I'll sadly be back. read more

I came here to fax paperwork because my fax was down. The self service machine was not working and they didn't appear to know why. It took them four attempts on the machine behind the counter. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. The woman that helped was very nice. I felt compelled to write this review due to the extraordinary service I received from Rhett at this location. I needed some last minute documents printed for an early morning meeting. I emailed over my request to Rhett and he immediately called to confirm my order. When I advised him of the short turn around time, he assured me that he would work to get my order turned around before they closed within the hour. Even when I arrived, Rhett was more than helpful, efficient, patient, and kind. One of the best experiences that I've had made at a FedEx Office. Rhett is definitely a cut above the rest! read more

It's nice that they moved to this location versus the one down the street. The staff here is friendly and efficient with getting things done. I usually have my packages shipped here that I get for work. It's usually easy in and out for grabbing my package. They also have all the essentials around for shipping packages if that's what you need to do. read more

We had to ship out a large order of vintage guitars to a collector. Liz, the Assistant Manager, personally took charge of the order and carefully packaged each guitar herself. She was very friendly, efficient, and professional in handling our transaction. I've used this location for most of our guitar shipments and feel very comfortable recommending them. read more

I've been to this Fedex several times for mail and print orders for my office. Each visit was met with poor customer service, botched jobs, and inconsistent pricing. When I walk in, I have to wait several minutes before an employee will talk to me. I typically stand right next to the front desk and try to casually make eye contact with someone. There always seems to be at least three employees up front, all ignoring me. (It really does feel as though they're all thinking, "Maybe my coworker will help her." And when the tension gets too high, one employee breaks and comes forward to help me.) When an employee does finally come over, their tone is harsh - as though I'm bothering them with my business. On one particular occasion, I came in to send a letter out via priority mail requiring delivery confirmation. I was working with a male employee, filling out the information form (to address, from address, etc.) The employee was looking up different mailing methods on his computer. He said, "It looks like we can have the letter there by 10:15 tomorrow morning." I asked, "How much would that be?" The employee replied, "I have NOOOOO idea." He did not look at me when he said this, just kept staring at his computer. (During a previous visit I had sent a letter with this same exact option, and it was only $7.25, so I wasn't overly concerned about price.) I was a little shocked by his lack of professionalism, but didn't say anything. After a moment of silence, I handed him the info form for my letter and said, "Ok, just need to know pricing. I'm sending this for work." He said, "I'll know in a second. After I type in this information." Instead of telling me pricing for different mailing options (like I asked), he immediately rang me up for overnight certified mail and handed me the receipt to confirm the receiving address was correct. I was shocked when I saw he was charging me over $25.00! (Again, in a previous visit - only a week prior - I sent a letter via the SAME shipping option for only $7.25.) I said, "Wait, wait. This is too expensive. Can you show me some other mailing options?" The employee sighed heavily and said, "It's fine. It's fine. Hold on. We can change it." I told him the price I found the week before. He again sighed heavily and droned, "The only option we have for that price is one week shipping. They'll receive it a week from today. But it's $8.35." Is pricing really that unpredictable when mailing a one page, 8.5"X11" letter? On another occasion, I brought in a print order that was to be picked up a week later. The employee this time was actually very nice. He quoted me a price. I said, "Great," and left. An hour later, this employee called me back to tell me he misquoted the price. The print job was actually going to be $300 more than he originally said. After talking to a supervisor, they did agree to give us the price he originally quoted us. On every print job we've done here, however, Fedex has shorted us copies. Many of the print jobs we take in are time sensitive, so an error like this can be a large problem for my office. Having worked in customer service for years, I try to be exceptionally kind to the people I speak with. It's most likely not the fault of the person I ask to fix it. However, when I HAVE called to request more copies of something they printed for us (when they shorted us), each phone call has been met with frustration. I get the picture every time that my request is unwelcome. For my personal print jobs and mailings, I always use USPS or UPS. Fedex, at least this location (and the one on 75th), has been sub par in my experience. read more

Would give it a zero if I could I walked in with a simple question and a older man replied with a sassy answer and had me come up and said I couldn't use the other machine because I wasn't allowed to because I brought cash then when he pulled up the images he said you really want all of these printed " and I said could you delete the top one and he said no your gonna have to pay for Intern time and do that yourself and rudely Walked away would not recommend. Scott seemed nice but I had to work with ken. When my mother came in he treated us better I think he looks at a serious nicer dressed 16 year old looking to print family pictures a lot less serious then other costumers. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had. They helped me out tenfold when I was in a pinch with the printing services. I needed a surplus of brochures printed and folded a certain way that their machine wasn't able to do, so they went ahead and folded it by hand. Another nearby store I went to prior didn't offer that extra mile. Granted it wasn't expected, but that's what made a huge difference for me. Helen was the best. Very pleasant. I came in and told them i had 12, 50 pound boxes in 2 cars. They graciously got them out of the car fir me (60 yr old woman w bad back), weghed and labeled them and had me on my way in 5 min. A coffee at Starbucks next door would hav taken longer. read more
