DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are TERRIBLE! They charged my elderly mother $150 to send two prepackaged Amazon frames worth $30. They told her she needed to send them in "art boxes" that were HUGE and cost $50 and the shipping was over $100! They wasted so much material and money. When I called them, they agreed it was an error but could do nothing to help me- told me to call corporate who did absolutely ZERO. Couldn't even speak to a person. So disappointing to see that they would take advantage of an 86 year old woman like this. Shame on you!!! read more

I recently had a complicated print job and Thu provided suggestions for completing my project and was very helpful. The staff is great! Everyone is professional and helpful and takes the projects received as their priority. My projects have been completed on time and usually exceed my expectations! *****RIPOFF ALERT!***** Rodolfo attempted to double charge me for a box on November 14 and refused to give me the correct price when I showed him he was wrong on his computer. He is supposedly the manager and has been with the fedex since 2013. Only bad experience I've had shipping 100+ boxes with fedex, he needs to be reprimanded or additional training. read more

Everyone here is so friendly and very customer service oriented!! I've come in here for personal printing and they have gone out of their way to get things done quickly and efficiently, so I have now brought my business (from Hoffman Estates) printing to this location. I can always count on them to know exactly what I need, how to help me and get things done quickly. Being able to email them ahead of time is extremely helpful also. Great customer service here! I usually go to the FedEx in Bloomingdale as it it closer to my work, but when I can swing it, I use this one. The employees always greet you and ask you if you need help. I had one guy show me how to print using the cloud and it made me so happy! I get emails during the day with attachments and need to print them and if I'm at a FedEx, it's no problem! I wish this was closer to my work as I would go here more often! A shipment never got to the recipient at her apartment building. It turns out that the order taker never asked for recipients telephone number, and also did not put the apartment number on the label as was requested. When I brought this to the attention of the young assistant manager a few days later , all he did was refer me to a corporate phone number (India) to file an inquiry . read more

I don't usually go to this fedex as I live far away but I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in and make some quick copies. The first machine was out of ink. The second machine kept getting paper jams. What should have taken five minutes turned into twenty. The clerk refused to change the ink in the first machine and said the one with paper jams just "acts up once in a while." I ended up with 6 blank sheets of paper and no copies. The clerk wouldn't refund my money or offer to do my copies on the working machine behind the counter. I will never use this location again. The clerk acted like I was interrupting her daydreaming and offered nothing to help me. I'll keep going to the place in Plainfield where there are actual people there to assist you. read more

I'm surprised by the negative reviews, I've always had a really positive experience here. I do a lot of craft shows and go here to have all of my labels printed. The girls and I pretty much have it down to a science now after trial and error the first day, so when I walk in they know what I need and are ready for me. I certainly don't blame the employees for the 'trial and error' the first time I was there, as Avery labels are difficult to print and rarely line up correctly (hence my going to Fedex rather than doing it myself). I can get a sheet of labels printed for pennies, rather than ordering them from some company to print ship them to me for a couple bucks per sheet. Note if you're getting Avery labels printed - save them as a PDF to your computer and e-mail them over to Fedex (call them for the e-mail address). Whatever way the label sheet says to feed into the printer, they need to feed it in backwards or they won't be centered. Yes, sometimes there can be ink residue if there's a new cartridge in the printer, so ask them to print it on a plain sheet of paper first to make sure it's going to come out clean and line up with your label correctly (they've never given me grief about this and will usually do it without me asking). I've never had to pay for screw ups. read more

This location is amazing. Keep in mind it is a small FedEx so usually 2 or 3 employees are running a pretty busy place-count on being patient as the wait is well worth it. It helps to beat the after work crowd. The employees are friendly; knowledgeable; and patient with we non-technicals. With their packing services, they go well above and beyond to make sure your treasures arrive in perfect condition. Chris is an absolute gem. Today as they carefully took care of my business, Chris handled an absolute crazy man toss a chair; call him a load of crap; and blamed the FedEx guys for his screw up. I was ready to call 911, but Chris was polite and calm; and diffused the situation with the best possible outcome. They have my business! ! read more

The service here is great- although they get lots of "complainy" customers in line sometimes asking for impossible service to be done then and there, like five minutes before they close?? BUT the team is very helpful and always acknowledging you when you walk in. Joey the manager is super attentive to your orders and genuinely cares about giving you the best service. I've printed a bunch of random stuff here, but I recently got my wedding programs done here and the service was phenomenal. I called to see what exactly I should do so that everything prints exactly right, and they had me email their special email address so they could look at my document and make sure everything would line up and look good. Then, Christy made sure she personally cut each of my programs so that the gray cut line wasn't showing on any of the 140 of them! They had everything done for me within 2 days, which was great considering I only had a week before the wedding in which to get these done! They called when the programs were done (ahead of schedule!) and made sure that everything looked exactly as I wanted it before printing. I would highly recommend them and I will for sure be getting more projects printed there! read more

Wish I went to the one in Glen Ellyn instead; I've never had problems there. But tonight I had the misfortune of coming here instead, it took over 20 minutes to ship one package! I was there after 9:30 and there was one person working there and one lady ahead of me. She had a bunch of random things the guy was packaging for her and it took FOREVER. I guess they have a policy where you can't multi task so the person with a 2 minute job doesn't wait 20 and the person who's gonna take 20 can't wait 22. That lady looked guilty that I was waiting so long, and the FedEx guy didn't even care. She said something about letting me go ahead of her because she knew it would take forever and he said no. And though I was waiting 20 minutes to ship one package, he didn't even pick up the pace of packing her stuff one bit. Amazing. Why does this place have a better reputation than the post office? I've never waited 20 minutes to ship a package at the post office, even when people ahead of me need a passport thing done. Totally inexcusable waste of my time. Yes, that was just one person working there tonight. Maybe the rest are ok, but I'm not reviewing a hypothetical situation, I'm reviewing tonight where it took over 20 minutes to ship one package because they refuse to multi-task or god forbid work a little faster when someone is waiting for eternity. read more

Great location. Horrible service. They seem to have a lot of staff in-training right now. I've been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the wait has been nuts. Even if there's just one person in front of me it hasn't taken less then 15 minutes for simple shipping needs. Once you reach the staff theres no "hello", "sorry for the wait", "how are you today". One of the gentlemen and one of the ladies seem to know what they're doing, except they are usually busy helping elsewhere. I will gladly redo this review if the "in-training" staff get it together and learn how to do their job AS WELL as be courteous. If not, UPS and USPS are across the parking lot. read more

I went here to print some documents, and was having trouble figuring out how to connect to the printer. Tori gave me a house email address to use to speed things up and printed them for me, cut the excess paper off and rang me up. She was so nice and so helpful!
