The whole key to getting the package delivered in two days is to be there before 6pm or maybe even 5pm. This might change but they currently have a two day delivery special for about $10 but this does not include weekend delivery. I recently sent my tax statements to my accountant and he received them on time without a problem. I no longer trust the U.S. Post Office for important mail items. 1 star because their printers 50/50 work anytime I go in here to print stuff. Half the time my USB sticks won't connect on them even though i hear the chime that its connected. You go to any PC and they get detected immediately lmao...Also, the print from shared drive function on these printers (Dropbox, LionBox, etc) NEVER works. You'll sign in, enter the authorization code and the screen will just freeze. Love that the technology here hasn't worked for 4+ years. read more

Writing another review. This is my "go to" Fedex center to securely drop off any Fedex packages I have. The employees are always nice. Lol this fedex sucks. I walked in and nobody even acknowledged me or asked if i really needed help. The fax machine is really expensive also. $40 to fax 14 pages locally. Literally ridiculous. The manager is really nonchalant also about anything i asked. I was a little worried about using this location to ship something overnight--the previous reviews didn't look good. Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Yvonne was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I needed to ship my work laptop overnight to my company's IT department. I figured FedEx could handle the packing and shipping and it worked out really well. Yvonne took great care in packing the laptop and triple-checking the name/spelling/address for the shipping label. Since it needed to be shipped overnight, I figured the price would be hefty (yay for company reimbursement!). All that really mattered was that my laptop arrived next day as promised. The place looks like the standard FedEx Office Center. Copy machine, packing material, basic stationery needs. It's clean, there is parking in the front and back. Bonus it's across the street from Target so it's easy to make a trip to FedEx part of an errand day. read more

I'll probably never step foot in this location again. Came here 3 times this week. I had to come here to take care of some printing and the strawberry blonde with a headband female employee helped me every time. She is probably the worst employee I've ever encountered in all my customer service experiences. She was so rude all three times and I dreaded coming inside the store when I parked because I didn't want to deal with her attitude. She seems so disconnected from her job. It was like impossible for her to crack a smile. If you're unhappy with your job, it's simple...find a new one. Came back in a 4th time and Sebastian helped me. This place has saved me a couple times by being open late and having the exact machines i needed to make copies and laminate certain papers. If you need printer ink i suggest you go there because its cheaper than at office max. read more

I've gone to Fed Ex Offices and Kinko's going back to the early nineties. I often was in at all hours of the night working on rush jobs so you deal with some surly, underpaid and undertrained people at that hour . I've experienced all kinds of bad attitudes, poor equipment and awful communication skills but this place truly lowers the bar for awful on all counts. I was trying to ship a ceremony flag to a naval ship for my father's burial at sea because the navy specifically requested that fed ex be the shipper. Ironically enough the fed ex staff said they don't ship there... I'm really disappointed that the staff doesn't know how to do their job especially when it involves a sensitive situation and a veterans burial, my dad's burial. We went to print some color copies for a baby shower and were quoted $0.15/color copy. When all the copies were done and we were rung up, the total came out to nearly 5 TIMES what we were expecting. The cashier flippantly said, "my bad, the copies are actually $0.69/color copy." Instead of trying to honor the quote or rectify the mistake in ANY way, we were told that we could choose to get less copies, which we did. She then turned around and tossed the extras. No offer to just give them to us to make up for the mistake. TERRIBLE customer service. read more

This review is about Fedex Print Online digital interface. I use the online service a lot. Fedex seems obsessed with their website updates and constantly change the programming dramatically and not for the better. The staff tries to keep up but it is difficult when they shift the digital interface in such horrible, counter productive ways. Had to ship a few packages back home before my summer trip. Was able to get in and out quickly. The employee helping me was friendly too.

Found myself needing to fax something and was at a complete loss as to where to go. So I hop on the Yelp! app and find this place. The place is laid out pretty well. Pay attention to the signs overhead and you can pretty much figure your way around all the machinery. The instructions as to how to pay and use the machines are right next to and on the machines so it's easy to figure out. Couldn't tell you how the employees are, as the two that were there kinda just stood in the back behind the counter the whole time even though the store was pretty packed. But like I said, everything is pretty self explanatory and you can find your way around with all the signage they have overhead. read more

Went here during the pouring rain during December and the guy was SO helpful. I was able to send a package for under $5!!! I was so happy considering my post office(not usps) always charges three times as much for tiny packages. Staff is great, lots of copy machines and there laminators are ten times better than the ones I have at work. read more

I was trying to make sure that the store was open till 11 o'clock they were open when I got there but beware if you're looking to ship something it is extremely expensive they charge you for your packing your bubble wrap your tape your shipping small box weighing less than 2 pounds was going to cost me $27 for four day ground. read more

well yelpers, i really wasn't sure how to rate this place, but i'm going with a middle-o-the-line, since the good things were really good, and the bad things were equally as bad. let's start with the yays: this place has good hours, is easy to get to, and is very clean and bright. the staff that i interacted with on the phone and behind the desk were helpful and pleasant, if not always incredibly fast. having been in other fedex locations, the staff at this one seem to be pretty knowledgeable (i.e. not running to a boss for every question, stalling, or giving me inaccurate answers), efficient in that i've never had a long wait at the counter, and generally focused on customer service. i have taken print jobs, binding jobs, and shipping jobs here, often with weird or complicated instructions, and they've handled all of them with professionalism. that being said. i think the real problem here lies in that it's a fedex. 1. all fedex prices are absolutely ridiculous, which is why i go through the trouble of sending large print jobs to an online company that does just as good for 10% of the price. 2. for the last month i have been trying to find a package that i had shipped out from here, because the company i sent it to is claiming they haven't received it. having tracked the package beforehand and seen on the computer that it had in fact arrived, i threw out my tracking number. now pay attention please: YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IS YOUR GOD. it is to be worshipped, hallowed, laminated, framed and lock-boxed, because apparently there is no way in hell that fedex can find your shipment without it. it doesn't matter if you go to this store and give them your ship date, credit card, dollar amount, address, receiving address, reference number, blood type, first born son, or eternal soul, their hands are tied and all they will do is tell you to call the hotline. *also, in case you're in a similar quandary and contemplating what little power you might yield, know that cleavage and tears of desperation, no matter how genuine in both instances, sway no one here.* that being said. after multiple visits and hours on the phone with fedex, the elusive shipment and it's tracking number have been found. i would send a thank-you gift to the only helpful person i encountered on the phone, but i'm afraid if it sent it via fedex it might just disappear... read more

Needed to overnight ship something my daughter forgot for her vacation. She texted me the address of the house she was renting, but did not provide the zip code. I waited in line and when I got to the desk I gave the girl the address and she said "I need the zip code". When I told her I did not have it, she insisted there was nothing she could do without it. I asked her if she had a computer and the internet, could she look it up? She said she could not do that for me, unbelievable. I took my package and went to the UPS on Cumberland near Lawrence. They looked up my zip code, no problem, and they were $78 richer for my business. I will never use that FedX location again. read more

Told me that they don't allow solicitors and I asked if she would like to learn more about our organization and she said no! She needs to work on Customer Service.
