Kaylee and ebony helped me out with printing my nieces graduation pictures and they handled it with grace and so perfect! I had went to staples and nobody could help me out. I also went to cvs and people were acting like I was speaking another language! I just wanted my pictures printed for my nieces graduation poster, so she could see me cheering her on as she was walking down the field getting her diploma! They were very patient and took the time to make sure I knew what size photos I wanted, so that way it came out perfect, even though I was in a rush because I had wasted most of my time looking for other places to help me. After figuring out what prints I needed, they even cut them for me because they knew I was in a rush. So that way, all I had to do was put the tape on the back of the photos and place them where I wanted them. It was nice of them to not charge me for a roll of tape either! i visited the Fedex in Norwalk this afternoon to do a simple print job. Jacob was the first to assit me. he answered all my questions and was professional and friendly. he helped me set up the print job by giving me the appropriate information and i was able to get the job done. he was busy with another customer by the time everything was set up but he was able to offer some assistance to Elaine as she took care of the rest of my transaction. she was also professional and friendly. I asked the girl at the front to print some papers for me. She directed me to the self service area. I spent 20 minutes emailing 45 pages to them only to realize I would have to enter my payment 45 times with each one being its own transaction. When I asked another person to help he quoted me at 25% MORE for him to help. When I asked why it was more expensive he shrugged. Seriously, it costs $50 to print 45 papers? I don't recommend walking into to print copies, their system is slow and takes 10 to 15 min to get code! The staff today was not helpful or caring! The place wasn't packed! Took me an hour to print two pdfs waiting for codes, codes error out! Lady running the desk could care less! Wanted to charge me an additional $2.50 just to print, even after I stood there for 45 minutes! Normally I use the website, but I was in a hurry! Shaunee (please forgive me if I spelled it wrong) she told us she can help us. She was very friendly and helpful. She had us in and out in about 5 minutes. Let me start it with, they need to fix the self serve printers because the color quality is not so good. I usually have one of the workers print it for me because the quality is better but it cost a little more. But overall the paper is better. Also I come to this fedex because of Danielle. She always helps me a and has the best customer service. Service everyone should give. She's genuinely nice and helpful. One time I forgot I had to print something important and she reminded me and I only mentioned it briefly in the beginning. Super thankful for that! Fedex is a damn joke. I prepaid for ahipping an item. $17.00 Go ti drop it off and i get told they need to repackage it and its an additional 25.00 for one of their boxes. The internet here is obscenely slow. It took over 6 min to log in to Gmail and close to 10 min to download a 3pg pdf from Google drive. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're pressed for time. It seems like this location is money hungry. Anytime I go in with a package ready to ship, there's always something wrong with it and they want to repackage it which would mean buying one of their boxes. Why? My item is in a perfectly good box. They have a particular problem with Zara boxes and don't accept them. I literally drove to La Palma location because of this. I went in today and the lady told me my package wasn't filed all the way and it would cause delays for the other packages. Umm how?! When I denied to pay for more filler she gave it to me for "free." I seriously dislike FedEx in general and this location makes the company look worse. read more

I am amazed of the customer service that was shown by Natalie. At 6pm, there's still a lot of customers with different concerns and she is all alone there to attend to all customers. She tries to finish customer's concerns/services one by one in a timely manner and sees to it that she's acknowledging you even when you're still on the line. She's nice not like other places I've been to that they are rude and all. I just send documents internationally. Jaime help me with process of sending my documents to the email to be printed. He asked what I need and explain my options. He help print out 2 different sizes and the paper quality is amazing as well as the printers. The total time i was there I was able to order and take my printout within minutes. I had gone to staples earlier and they did not have a big enough size on site and they said were not able to give the copies the same day. I have to order it online then wait 2 days. Many people complaint of the slow internet...well Yes it is super slow in this entire shopping center I suggest sending your project before going to the store to the link below. Ugh...so I really hate writing bad reviews for places but, the two times I have been here, I have seen the same pattern of customer service. There is usually three people working in the store. However, when there is a long line I would expect someone to automatically step up and help the other associate (or call for back up register). Nope....no one ever offers or requests for additional help at the register. My last visit there, one person was on the register, one was in the back handling boxes and another one was fixing the display boxes on the shelf. Really?! when there is 10 people in the line, this guy find the time to fix the displays. I would say common sense would have prompted you to help reduce the line...nope. At that moment in time I thought of what my husband's saying, there is a reason why they work here. I feel bad for even thinking this way since I have encountered many wonderful associates from fast food places to home improvement stores.
